I'm usually not one to leave sour reviews as I know small businesses are struggling right now- but this was a huge disappointment. The burgers and fries were SUPER overcooked, like brittle fries and dry dry dryyy burger (we ordered medium rare)but my partner and I were just down from a 20 mile hike and ravenous so we ate it and paid the 87$ bill without complaint. 15$ burgers and they charge extra for putting anything other than American cheese on it... beer was amazing though. We went to the pizza place across the street the next day, paid a third of the price, and had one of the best eating experiences ever- recommended that place over this one 100%

They have a great spot with a great outdoor area. The beer was good and the beer was tasty. What I really liked was that the had numerous guest beers on tap, so even if one of their beers did not suit you, you were sure to find something tasty.

I just want to say Thank you to Carbondale Beer Works! They hosted a rehearsal dinner for my friends. They were absolutely amazing. Beautiful location, friendly staff, and great food. Not many places would accept this challenge last minute, not only did they accept, they blew us away!! Thank you to Patrice, Chef Pete, and Staff !!!

We loved our lunch here! Not only was the beer good but they had great fresh healthy food options! Highly recommend!

The staff was very unprofessional and lacked friendliness. Our waitress acted aloof and said “whatever you want” in response to our questions and requests. It was an odd experience. Chile Relleno veggie option was poorly done and cold. Chicken sandwich was dry. Tofu bites were delicious. Not sure we will go back or take guests.
