We stopped in at Quatro's after hearing so many people sing their praises! We are from KY and made about an hour drive to give it a try. On a Sunday night at 5pm, the place is pretty much full. We lucked out and snagged a seat as soon as we walked in and didn't have to wait. It took several minutes for someone to get our drink order, but she brought them back immediately. Finally after several more minutes, our actual waitress took our order. For how busy it was, I don't think it took long to get our food. We got a deep dish pizza called, Meateater Bonanza. It was definitely worth the drive. I would say we will be back to try other specialty pizzas like the Buffalo chicken pizza and the chicken bacon ranch.

I'm a trucker and stopped at Quatro's in Carbondale at the suggestion of a customer of mine in the area, and I'm glad I did! What a find! It was a Sat afternoon and they open at 11:00am and I arrived by noon and it was already packed! I was immediately greeted by a smiling hostess when I walked in and only had to wait 5 min to be seated. My waitress was Lauren and she was really nice and pleasant! I ordered a salad and the quarto challenge small personal deep dish pizza and it was AMAZING!! The small is more than enough for one person! Lauren checked on me a few times and refilled my drink before I ran out and had to ask which I appreciate at places where refills are free! There were so many other delicious sounding items of pasta and sandwiches on their menu, I want to go back soon and try more! In the famous words of Arnold Schwarzenegger, "I'll be back!"

Best pizza in Carbondale. If you go at a busy time, plan on waiting a bit. Their pizzas are worth the wait though, and always come out to you fresh and delicious even when they are slammed. The crispy cheese at the edges is so 🔥

Always great! Can be a little slow to get seated when they are busy, but the service and food is always top notch! I always get the Challenge and it is always delicious! The wait is always worth it!

Always the best and extremely tasty pizza. I know many travel to southern Illinois to this place just for this wonderful pizza. I used to eat at this place every once in two weeks when I was studying there. Recently I visited this town and I was surprised to see they sell mini pizzas, which was great because I was on a diet lol. It was like mini deep dish Chicago style pizza. More flavor and more taste. One of the best pizza place in Carbondale and definitely a great place to try. Their bianca quartos and meat lover are my favorite pizza. I can assure you that you will become addicted to this pizza like me lol 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Quatros is one of the best Pizzas I've ever had! Growing up Italian on the south side of Chicago our family made pizza every Friday night! I love this place! Great food and vibe!

If you're looking for a slice of delicious pizza Quatro's has you set. Easy to order online process and quick cook time, we got our pizza within half an hour of ordering. We ordered the Chicken Alfredo Pizza which was very delicious. Seemed to be a little light on the Alfredo sauce but overall very delicious. Even comes in an easy to carry circular box!

Best pizza I have had since Italy. I was going to take a pic prior but it was so good I forgot. A must visit.

Great tasting pizza, although I would not describe it as deep dish. It was more like thick crust pizza. Still, the staff was friendly and the pizza was very yummy. I had spinach and pineapple (an amazing combination) and my friend had the chicken bacon ranch pizza. If I'm in the area again I would stop in!

The pizza is awesome! Thicker crust that is SO good. Decent prices that will make your mouth water. This place is my backup for pizza when I am in the area. Bonus points if you guess my go to!

Great pizza but WATCH WHERE YOU PARK. THREE CARS TOWED WHILE WE WERE DINING. QUATROS, if three of your clients were towed in one hour perhaps you should ask your patrons where they parked when they arrive. Seems like a we, not a me, problem. That’s my Camaro, impounded. We parked in the lot on Freeman Street, accross from the restaurant, and were towed at 7:30 p.m. Apparently, Quattros only owns part of the lot accross the street from the restaurant.

This pizza was super good! 100% will return in the future. We had one slice and took the rest to go because it was piled with cheese and toppings! We had the supreme version (can't remember their name for it).

Favorite pizza place. Deep dish has the perfect crispy cheesy edges. I stop here multiple times a trip when I am in town. Parking can be a little tight sometimes but definitely worth it.

Excellent pizza worth the drive from Memphis for a weekend trip. For some deep dish pizza. Service was excellent food was ready on time and hot.

This being a pizza spot, I can't speak for the main attraction. I had a Reuben, and it wasn't too bad, though, not as good as what you'd get at an actual delicatessen, but not bad, either way. I'd like to return and try their pizza. I'm sure I'd enjoy that as well. All in all, it's not a bad place.

Quarto's is the best deep dish in Southern Illinois! Famous for cheese all the way to the crust and an amazing crunchy cheese ring from the pan. Small local pizza joint with fresh beer on tap! A must stop for pizza enthusiasts!

First time trying this pizza it was delicious call in a head because it takes time it was ready when we got there our waitress was wonderful

Always amazing. Last week we went again for a pick up order. It takes us a while to get there and we had a gift card. The to go sodas didn’t taste right, and they immediately made it right! Great customer service, amazing pizzas and food, always hot and fresh. It didn’t take much to make the soda issue right, and it was much appreciated. Our trip back home was 100% better with our yellow cups full, and great customer service! Thank you quatros pizza for making a fun date night, and always making it right for the customer.

We dined in on a Friday night. Nothing unusual, the place was busy. Still yet, the food and service was amazing! When our waitress was busy with other customers, a different waitress noticed our drinks were empty and refilled them. We had the Challenge pizza and a Chicken, bacon ranch pizza... both were great but the Chicken bacon ranch was our favorite!! They also bring out croutons and cheese for the kiddos to enjoy while waiting for the pizza. Overall great experience!

Just solid. No issues whatsoever. I don’t know if it’s the best pizza ever, but definitely is the best I’ve had. Apparently is the exact same as when my parents went to the school. Only issue is post covid they aren’t open as late into the night as they used to be, but still open every day of the week.

Stopped in Carbondale for a night on my road trip. My late brother used to deer hunt the area and always talked about how good this place is. Had to try it. I got the Chicken Ranch pizza and had them to add mushrooms. I’m 43 years old and I can honestly say this is the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Strongly recommend if you happen to be in the area.

We very much enjoyed this pizza. I’m from Chicago so I appreciate a good deep dish. But this wasn’t quite that. It was somewhere between thin and deep dish. The sauce was excellent. We ordered a couple different pizzas to try. The caramelized cheese on the crust was killer. We would definitely visit again,

Quatro’s definitely doesn’t reflect this pizza restaurant’s ranking in terms of best pizza in Carbondale. Quatro’s is #1 in my book and I love the crispy cheese crusts and overall taste of these amazing pizza pies. I had my first slice of Quatro’s over 27years ago, and I have loved it ever since. The establishment itself has stood the test of time and looks just like it did when I came to SIU straight out of High School. I must end this review now because the more I write, the older I feel. Keep up the good work Quatro’s!!!
