Made a booking, provided card details, phoned up on the day to check and been told my booking was cancelled, as the first part of their inane booking process was just reservation and not payment. Now I'm stuck, thanks a lot.

So happy to have found this place! Our stay was very affordable - and the room was modern, comfy, clean, and so well-equipped! It had everything we could have needed. The bed was unbelievably comfy, and staff really friendly and helpful. The walk into the city centre only took about 5-10mins which is a bonus. I’ll 100% be booking to stay here again on my next visit. Thanks!

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment in Cardiff. It was great! Comfy beds, two bathrooms and great location within easy walking distance of city centre. Will definitely use again.

Great location and decent staff. However the room is quite basics and the reception area is a bit too small for checking in. Requires a deposit that is charged immediately to your card not a pre authorisation like most hotels do, not ideal but quick refund so that’s okay. Got upgraded to a two bedroom apartment but one of the bedroom is locked so dont see the point of being upgraded. Not much amenities in the room but just enough for a short stay. Awkward tv positioning in the living room and no telly in the bedroom. The corridor and the public areas need some refurbishing. Overall not a bad apartment in city centre to stay in, however there’re better options out there.

Great studio room a short walk from the city centre or there was a bus stop right outside. Good facilities with everything we needed. A really good size for two people and the beds were converted into twins. The room was lovely and clean - so much nicer than a hotel room. Nice they provided tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and washing up things including dishwasher tablets. Found it a little hot. We could open windows and there was a fan but unfortunately it was a muggy day so room still a bit too warm, even overnight. Richard on reception was friendly and helpful.

Yes it’s an apartment be we booked an apartment rather than a hotel room for a bit more space and some laundry facilities as we travelled through the uk. The room was the size of a hotel Room and just over furnished. Yes it has a dinning table and a couch but they were unusable The king bed is not a king. It’s tiny and very uncomfortable There is also no common area in the building were a member of the family can sit and let others sleep - this can be key if jet lag is involved. Parking is a challenge In short we booked for good nights sleep and more space and got neither However all staff I interacted with were very nice people and service was good and the location is good

Great value rooms and decent location, Richard very helpful on check in. Online check in / security deposit policy feels a bit laborious however.

Probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. They gave us a massive flat (two bedrooms, two bathrooms), everything was spotless clean. Great Wi-Fi. Self check-in and check-out. Dog Friendly. What else can one ask for? Definitely recommended.

Spent 2 nights in apartment 1 which was clean, modern and with a separate lounge/kitchen. Location was great and within close proximity of city centre and pubs along cathedral road… cf11 a must for gin and rum drinkers :) Booking process and check in process was smooth. Richard and Alex on reception were personable and very welcoming. Will definitely be coming back here again :)

Apartment is amazing! The view from our room overlooks a beautiful park. Nice and modern. The parking is limited which is my only disappointment. Would have been great to be able to park here whilst we stayed but the spaces were all booked during our stay.

The room was super comfortable and they had everything very well organized, it was incredible how in a single room they had a kitchen, living room, dining room and bedroom so well managed. It is very close to a huge and beautiful park that made the stay with our puppy very comfortable.

We stayed for 4 nights and we loved it. Rooms are newly renovated and had everything we needed. Located near the city center and also near bute park which is very enjoyable. Check in and check out was very easy.

Just like a hotel - only better! Apartment 7 has separate bedroom, kitchen with lounge, and non-plastic shower. Only slight minus is funny hangers. Big plus is plenty of USB charging points!

Couldn't fault the room. Was everything we needed for the night. Location mark is based of our mistake picking the wrong Arena for NDubz.

Clean, functional (great kitchen facilities in the studio), comfy (good bed!), and an excellent location for visiting Cardiff. Easy walk into town, and also access to the water taxi to the bay from Bute Park (although that stops fairly early - a taxi back from the bay is not expensive).
