I have never left a hair salon happier! 5 stars for skills, knowledge, customer care and service! Of all the hair salons I have visited around the world, Salon 17 has been my favourite. Not only did Natalie manage to fit me in for a quick cut and dry, she minimised the amount of hair I needed to cut off from my damaged hair and weeks later my hair feels so soft and still looks beautiful! I honestly thought I was going to have to cut off a lot more hair to get rid of the damaged feeling! I will 100% be coming back to wales for a hair cut from Natalie ❤️ I only leave reviews for the best places so you can know if I'm leaving this review, I enthusiastic about spreading the word to others who want reassurance about someone not getting their hair wrong! I've never walked out with hair dresser exceeding my expectations before, but thanks to Natalie I have now! Very happy customer, made my day ❤️

Booked in for a wash, blow-dry and curl. Great experience start to finish with a wonderful head massage and my hair looked amazing. I stupidly forgot to bring an umbrella and Nat leant me one to protect my beautiful curls! Little things like that make great experiences even better. Highly recommended.

I am very happy I discovered this hair salon. It does not only look fabulous, but makes their clients look fabulous too! My haircut is always impeccable, and all the stylists are amazing and super amicable (they also feed you with candy and chocolate bars). My hair colour did not come out as expected but I know it's just my hair being funny, I saw other clients coming out with absolutely fabulous hairstyles! (mind, my hair still looks really good and has an interesting colour pattern, just not exactly what we planned for) And I am addicted to their hair conditioner, the smell is intoxicating. Next time I'll bring a jar to take some home with me 🤣

I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my hair! The salon has a lovely atmosphere and all the staff are super friendly and helpful. I always feel super relaxed and comfortable when I have my hair done here. Sophie is a brilliant, competent hairdresser and always gives the best advice for my hair type. I would not go anywhere else. Rachel has done my hair for 13 years and is truly exceptional at what she does. I visit Salon Central for cuts, colours and more recently up-dos for events and I always leave a very happy customer! Not only are they experts at what they do, the salon has a lovely atmosphere. Rachel and Natalie are always incredibly kind and welcoming. Plus the coffee is amazing!! I can't wait to go back in a few weeks.

Natalie always gives 5 star ⭐ customer service and works her magic with my hair ... The salon itself has a relaxing run vibe. My favourite is the wash room it's like being in a spa! I've been going to Natalie for 20 years and on occasion used other stylists if Natalie hasn't been available they are all fantastic at what they do and always make me feel special . Keep doing what you do ❤️
