We
walked
in
around
16:30,
everything
seemed
ok
at
first,
not
at
all
a
busy
restaurant,
sat
outside.
I
ordered
off
the
set
menu,
asked
for
no
sauce/no
onion
on
my
burger
and
for
dessert
while
I
was
there.
Food
came
later
with
the
things
I
asked
to
be
removed,
and
a
mountain
of
salt
on
my
fries.
Fine,
I
took
them
off,
wiped
off
the
sauce,
and
shook
off
the
fries.
After
we
finished
eating
we
waited
over
20mins
for
someone
to
clear
our
plates,
the
waitress
caught
my
eye
multiple
times
but
ignored
us.
Was
on
her
phone
again
and
again.
No
check
backs
to
ask
if
our
food
was
okay.
We
finally
asked
for
help,
and
asked
for
the
dessert
that
had
apparently
been
forgotten
about.
After
dessert
arrived
at
our
table,
we
were
left
waiting
with
no
cutlery.
After
five
minutes
of
watching
my
ice
cream
melt
on
my
plate,
we
grabbed
forks
from
another
table
and
dug
in.
Ended
up
going
inside
to
the
waiting
station
to
ask
to
pay
as
we
had
been
waiting
around
for
most
of
our
dining
experience
there
today.
Was
handed
the
bill,
and
ended
up
being
charged
twice
for
what
I
had
ordered,
overcharged
by
£15.
I
usually
go
to
Bills
in
the
centre
and
have
never
had
a
bad
experience
there
but
coming
down
the
bay
was
horrendous,
and
I
will
absolutely
not
be
coming
back
in
the
future.
I
had
to
go
back
in
to
ask
for
the
refund,
and
also
asked
to
have
the
service
charge
taken
off
because
of
how
bad
the
service
had
been.
Was
met
with
coldness
from
the
person
processing
my
refund
when
I
asked
for
the
service
charge
to
be
removed.
I'm
also
in
the
service
industry,
usually
happily
pay
service
AND
tip,
but
today
was
absolute
garbage.
