We went there twice during our trip to Cardiff. We really enjoyed their food, best service and very welcoming. Thank you for the great food. Will come again

Once a 5-star restaurant with 5-star hygiene rating. Today a 3-star hygiene rating and due to the quality of service a 3-star experience. Once the best restaurant in Cardiff and now not any more. Some hints of its superb history with the chicken wings, tabbouleh, chicken Musahab and the grilled prawns. But also very bland side lettuce, and lacking flavours in all the other dishes. The most telling aspect was the poor service. Had to ask to cutlery, napkins, water, drinks, food etc. Felt like we were managing the experience. Food overall had some good bits but hard to justify coming back as frequently. Due to poorly cooked kids burger, manager removed it from the bill.

This place is one stop shop for all your cravings, right from dessert, fresh juices, Italian, Mediterranean and coffee. They have the best Mediterranean food, the lamb kabab, whole chicken, hummus, falafel, everything was excellent in taste.

Not sure what has happened here, a few years ago this place was really good. The waitress who served us was rushing and wasn't very attentive, but then again she didn't have much help. The fuego wings were terrible, they were the smallest wings I've seen and no way was that a main portion. The sirloin steak was extremely bland, it was a good size however it lacked any flavour. Overall was really disappointed, I'm not sure what has changed.

Unbelievably poor service. I’m sure this place is great but my experience speaks otherwise. Issues: Plate full of knife and folk left for us on a single plate (17 of us came here). Waited ages for water to be given. Was told there were either not enough glasses washed or something (didnt clearly hear what was said). Drinks were served 3 people at a time and us having to constantly ask for other group members drinks. What was the meaning if this? Food, semi ok. One of us was served burnt food which was quickly changed. The burgers were dry with the chicken burger especially having no sauce within it. Also Why did I have to ask for sauce when many of us had chips with our orders (waited for this for a while). Why did I constantly have to ask for the bread and once it arrived it was rock solid. The star incident that epitomised the establishment was the waiters constantly going to the same table with plates of food and looking bemused when told it wasnt theirs. I watch with eagerness for this to happen to our order and sure enough it was given to that table and then picked up and given to us. I asked whether the food had been touched and the waiter said only plate was. This waiter, clearly new, was confused and was simply following the waiter in front and upon my re-questioning understood I was watching carefully to ensure the food was replaced. The service was appalling. The food is ok/good depending on what you order Dont get the burgers, none of them. Dont get the wings, Dont get the fresh mango juice (it’s not fresh). I doubt my review will dent their business. But this is my only way to express my displeasure with this business.

I love this place. So much to choose from and it's Halal. My favourite is the lasagne, my sons is the calamari rings. Staff are very welcoming. Portion sizes are good, you won't be leaving hungry!

Food is nice but manager is visibly very rude and passive aggressive to staff. Noticed on a few occasions. Definitely something the restaurant should look into. Staff themselves are very kind and deserve nicer treatment! Not sure what the tipping system is but I would tip your waitress when you can :)

A very BIG Thank you to Deli Fuego for the beautiful birthday cake they made for my Mum's 60th! Thank you for an amazing experience at the restaurant, the food was amazing and the hospitality and service was above and beyond! We will definitely be back!

We just got our civil ceremony done, came to this place to have food to celebrate our civil ceremony . Unfortunately, the manager was quite rude, did not offer as any replacement nor took any responsibility. Very bad experience

Food is good. Customer service is poor. There is a guy in glasses, probably the manager. Who only greets some people well. I went in to order, and he said two seconds to me and started scolding/talking to the workers there. I waited two mins. 1. The customer should not be asked to wait while there is 5 workers standing and talking. 2. If you are telling your workers something, you should respect them enough to give these lessons in private.

I would like to say that Mohamad and his team was amazing by supporting me. I was organising a babyshower and they could not be more helpful and the food was amazing and everyone was more then happy 😊 that left myself feeling that I have organised a successful baby shower for my best friend ❤ Thank you Deli Fuego

I was looking for a halal place to celebrate my son's graduation. The booking was easy and then I ordered the cake online from their bakery. I would recommend this, as it was just so simple. The venue is good, and the food was tasty. One small point if you order the platters but are on a long table, it might be best to ask them to split it into 2 halves. We had a really lovely afternoon. Parking is however a bit tricky so maybe a cab would be better.

The star of the show here was the whole sea bass, we thoroughly enjoyed it and would go back for that alone. The 5 stars is given purely on the basis of this dish. The king prawns were tasty, albeit a very small portion with 4 prawns. The Pizza was average, something was not right either with the dough or cheese. Steak was okay, and the peppercorn source was good. Staff and management were pleasant, but they missed key things like cutlery and straws etc which we had to ask for. Atmosphere was abit dull, but that’s perhaps we went towards the end of their opening hours. Try it if you’re in Cardiff.

I always order from deli Fuego cakes and always something happens. This time I ordered a cheesecake slice and found mould in it. Everytime we preorder cakes we get hair in them as well. I’m not sure why they don’t just be extra careful and actually care for their customers.

Good food, friendly staff, always used to come and check if we need something. Portions are great, worth the money. The mix platter was really good. They do have a wide range of desserts.

The food was outstanding. The flavours and meat was cooked to perfection. The birthday cake that they made for my daughters birthday was also incredible. It looked beautiful and tasted amazing. Would highly recommend their food and cakes here! Look forward to returning.

Food was good. Portions were really good and the food was tasty. Owner came up to check on us which is always a plus. The venue itself is a bit confusing though. There's too much going on is it a cake shop? Is it a pizzeria? Don't know it's just Deli Fuego. The venue is the only reason it loses a star definitely worth a visit for good priced food.

One of my favourite Mediterranean restaurants in Cardiff. Kids booked this for Father’s Day and I was delighted to dine in with them and the grandkids as well 😀

We celebrated our graduation there. We had dinner and the food was delicious. We also had a cake which was very tasty and beautifully presented. The service was also great. We enjoyed the atmosphere. A bit noisy but because of that we could also talk loudly with each other and enjoy it.

One of the best restaurants in Cardiff. We tried everything from starters to desserts. Everything was perfect! The quantity and quality of the food was very good, with reasonable prices. You definitely get what u paid for. All staff were friendly. Waiting time, after ordering, was only 15 minutes. Their cake are so soft and delicious as well. Would go there again a hundred times. Highly recommend it.

20+ min wait until orders where even taken. Had to ask for water 3 times. Food did not all arrive at the same time. Waiter ignored me dispite looking at him. Manager also insulted me by saying I look 15 (I'm 21 with a beard, just short lol) in response to me stopping him from charging us on an item that never arrived. Wouldn't ever come here, the place used to be decent but management clearly don't have a clue what they're doing. I didn't enjoy my food as it was really bland but the pizza seemed decent.

My family and I attended the Deli Fuego Ramadan Iftar Buffet and had a thoroughly good time. The buffet is located on the top floor. There’s no lift so be mindful of this. Drinks cost extra, there’s a jug of water and dates on every table, but it’s worth having a refreshing mojito. Each table has a number for convenience of ordering drinks and payment. The toilets were clean and prayer rooms are available. Make sure you get there early to find parking in the area as there is no designated parking. There are two buffets with the exact same spread to help with congestion. The buffet was very rich and varied. There were soups and all kinds of salad, plenty of grilled and cooked meats, kofta, rice, pizza, chips, and biryani to name a few.The chafing dishes were replenished often. The dining area was large and a lot of people were in attendance but I can honestly say we were all stuffed by the end. There was a dessert table set up with mini gateaux etc. and a tea making station with tea on tap. Service was good and tables were cleared promptly. My family really enjoyed the evening and were very pleased. Thank you!

So disappointed with the buffet iftar at Delifuego today. It was a total mismanagement with poor quality food and decor. The buffet price was equal to the good quality buffet restaurants in the city, but food quality or quantity was no match. It was worse than a£10 buffet. For the price we paid, we expected drinks to be included. We paid for fresh juice, but only received canned juice. A large number of seating was cramped in an utterly dilapidated hall with poor quality furniture, cutlery and utensils. Number of staff were minimal and they all looked terribly overworked. As a regular customer we expected better service.

One of the best services in Cardiff. Very professional waiting staff and food is great. Ordered mixed grill, nice lean meat. Meat quality is very good. We will come back again

Very average. Ordered medium steak,got it well done, slightly burnt, just saved by the taste. Pasta had no taste. Pizza was greasy and salty. Had to ask for water 3 times. Very confusing interior, part shop/part cake shop / part restraunt. Did not have deserts.

The food was overall good. Complimentary bread sauces and tea are provided to everyone.

Excellent dining experience here with top class service from Mohammad & his team. Warm welcome, great atmosphere and excellent food. Prices are very reasonable and the food is exceptional providing great quality and quantity. Complimentary Turkish tea at the end. Great selection of cakes available too. A must visit in Cardiff.

A brilliant choice with good service and great food. Also has a good selection of deserts! Would recommend to anyone visiting the area. All dishes are halal.

Really good place. Very good value for money. Fresh tasty food. My personal favourite is the Arabian Nights for starters. 👌🏼 Really friendly staff and very spacious place.

Absolutely fantastic place. The food is great for the price and service is fantastic. Had a group dinner with a large party of 40 and they managed to not only get all the orders right but it all came out together, all hot, all correct and delicious! Even the steak was made to the ordered medium rare. I have found many places that do nice food crack under the pressure of a large group and the quality drops. It is not the case here. The quality is just as great if you were at a table of 2 or 20 or even 40! Thank you!

Great food and a lovely atmosphere. Greeted with a warm welcome from Mohammed. Food was delicious and was served quick surprisingly as we ordered quite a lot. Brilliant place to come with family. Desserts looked delicious but we were too full for any but Mohammad brought a complimentary slice lit with sparkler for my daughter and sang happy birthday. What a lovely gesture absolutely make my daughters day special. Thank you Deli Fuego!! We will definitely be coming again.

Excellent staff and quick service despite being busy. Wood fired pizza was definitely worth the spend. Overall must to go place for nice food experience
