Still no toilets in the arcade after at least 6 months. Just a sign saying "closed for public safety". What exactly is so unsafe that it has taken so long to reopen. The next closest toilets are all the way at the end of the next arcade over. Not a suitable distance for a lot of people. Please fix this. We're fed up of waiting for a basic necessity.

Lively pedestrianised area with plenty of eateries and bars to suit all tastes and budgets. Popular with hen parties and smaller groups. Try Prego for an authentic Italian bar experience

A good shopping experience with plenty of options. My favourite bit was the bubble tea station as you go in near the steps. Also a very good cut through if you wish to go into the main centre, towards the museum, Cardiff Market, Cardiff Bay or principality stadium.

Love the arcades here. Like a tunnel of hidden delights! Always something new and unseen.... also, stops you getting wet.

As arcades go this one is always clean and spacious. Always worth popping in when visiting Cardiff. Never had any problems here, it's just a shame the majority of shops I used to visit are no longer there.

Very good shopping center in the heart of Cardiff city. Very big in size. Lots of shop options. Was able to find Tim Hortons (Canadian Staple) as well in the mall. Definitely recommended if you are looking to do shopping. Decent food area as well.

The upstairs was very clean and spacious lots of shops loved the American candy shop had so much choice and price was reasonable for Cardiff could not go downstairs as they were doing work

Great range of shops and facilities are good. Public toilets are small and queues should be expected.

Queen's Arcadia is a wonderful memory for me. It is wonderful to find shops open and busy, the same find as in 1982. Beautifully dressed people enjoying stores from yesteryear.

Had a pizza there , the surrounding edge of the pizza was just plain could have done with more sauce on the base, also was charged for 2 large diet cokes and only recieved 1and it was tasteless,in the end it cost me £7-50 just for 1 coke, didn't realise until I got home, when I looked at the bill. Wont be going there again.

It was clean tidy and most shops open. Plenty of people looking for black Friday deals. It is well worth a visit with some lovely shops in there.

Very tasty ice cream but the pancakes are reheated and served with a very weak sauce, just like the waffles, they should be made fresh. It looks different in the photo and in reality

Cute, plenty of shops and places of interest. One of many arcades around Cardiff.

  • 3/5 Boyz In The W. 1 year ago on Google
It's feeling like an empty shell of what it used to be. It's mostly sweet shops and stuff for kids. There's several coffee shops too but not much else to explore.

  • 4/5 Jonathan B. 1 year ago on Google
Cardiff is in decline...lots of shops boarded up. Probably the greedy council over taxing the shops. Though the way they have interfered with traffic flows and shut roads must also put people off coming. Oh ..and avoid cycle lanes and yellow boxes as Cardiff if the fine and penalty capital of the UK.

  • 3/5 Christine L. 9 months ago on Google
It's sad to see so many shops empty. Does not give Cardiff( a capitol city) a good expression. People used to say what a great place to shop and experience.

  • 5/5 RICHARD S. 11 months ago on Google
Perfect place to shop and enjoy the experience. So many shop's to choose from and many discounts and bargains to be found in the Queens Arcade shopping centre 😁

Much better and fully recovered from the Covid era. Everything you could possibly need is here. If St David's 2 is a bit too much for you, this arcade is where you will feel at home.

  • 1/5 David M. 1 year ago on Google
Town now not the same, why anyone would come for a shopping trip here i don't know, dirty streets loads of homless asking for money and druggies. Prefer out of town shopping. Parking easier and nowaday same shops as the towns.

  • 3/5 Mark J. 2 years ago on Google
Needs better shops but then the high Street is in decline. if you compound that with covid I'm surprised we have a high street to go back to

Queens arcade is just one of the many and vast shopping facilities. Cardiff offeres a full eatery and a huge array of branded shops

Very pleasant with nice selection of shops.

Queens Arcade is of its time. I can't remember the last time I actually shopped in here and used it as more than just a cut through. It's clean, it's airy and the mall is decent looking, but the shops in here don't cater for me at all.

Well after going to town I was so disappointed most of the shops were boarded up and there was nothing to buy as it was all rubbish the streets were stinking and it smells there was tramps everywhere harassing me for money and no I didn't give anything no wonder we all buy of the Internet its not by choice its cardiff city has nothing to offer.

  • 5/5 Russell J. 1 year ago on Google
I love the Arcades in Cardiff. So special and unique. Taking a short cut through makes getting around town easy and there are some lovely independent shops and it all looks so beautiful.

Went to the Soft Play Centre in Queens Arcade Cardiff this morning, with daughter and 15 month old granddaughter. Had a great time, granddaughter loved it. Equipment nice and clean, plenty of space to run about, tables with colouring in pictures and opportunity to buy drinks, crisps etc. Only £3 for unlimited play. Dennis, the man in charge was lovely. Highly recommended if your in town with little ones.

Great stores inside, only let down is the fish smell. But that's my issue as I can't stand it. Lovely cooked breakfast at the top or bottom. Surprisingly alot of cultural foods from other regions there too.

  • 1/5 David P. 1 year ago on Google
Awful setting next to a public toilet. Nasty food, a very dark seating area. And in bitterly cold winter with wind whipping about the tall buildings and the doors opening ever two seconds a very cold strong wind on you. Avoid.
