Sadly there isn't a zero rating which is what this business deserves. Went to the one store in St. Davids to be met by a completely disinterested shop assistant who told us to go upstairs and see if they have what we were looking for. This is not how customers should be treated, between the two stores there should be a way to communicate with each other so that customers feel as if they have been treated well. We went upstairs to more disinterest and a simple no. No, we don't have it although the perfume in question was on their website. The assistant was more than happy to just leave us with a simple "no". If this was my business I would fire people who don't try and secure a sale when people are begging to spend their money. Rude, unpleasant and not what perfume shopping should be about.

Bad company for getting discount. I pay money and after five days I not getting perfume I give you advice for everyone not trying membership if want discount got john lewis and boots and customer service. Just killing time

Didnt honour their black friday deal and still havent got my refund 2 weeks on. Have asked and sent many emails and no response. Why is it so hard? Wont use the online store again. Online shopping is supposed to be easier and hassle free. Not in this case

Beautiful shop floor in St. David's shopping centre. They have really good deals and nice packages. Some of the packages and deals come with free bags and travel kits. Prices however I don't think are as competitive as the perfume shop nor do they compare in stock.

The server in this shop was amazing. June Jones was very knowledgeable, caring and happy.

This shop is great. I frequent this store for gifts for everyone. The staff are extremely helpful and will find the perfect fragrance especially if you don't know anything about purfumes.

Absolute Shocking customer service. Apparently they prioritize new orders and not exchanges. Then the staff member goes and completes a return for someone behind me in the Que. Then he was rude and unhelpful when i asked if its a return then i would be next. Would never order from them again! Customer Service was appalling.

Avoid if you can. Company takes your money but doesn’t provide the products. Would of been zero stars, but won’t let me give a zero. If there was an award for the worst customer service they would definitely win it. Ordered through their website which boasts collet within 30 mins for click and collect. Placed order via click and collect and 4 days later I’m still waiting for my product. Went to store and was told item is being delivered, spoke to 4 different people at customer service all unhelpful and clearly lie to get customers off the phone. Why have a click and collect service of the item that has to be deliveries or just simply say when placing order that item isn’t available for click and collect. All other major retailers do. Next time I’ll pay the extra £20 to their rival who offer an amazing customer service.

I went to this branch in Cardiff St David shopping center at 7:55 this evening. I planned to buy a perfume for my wife, but I didn’t know what to buy, so I sent a message to my sister-in-law asking which perfume to buy. One of the employees wanted to help, so I said give me some time, I am waiting for a message, but since I waited there for 15 minutes, the security guard and two girls behind the desk harassed me and on top of that, they literally kicked me out of the store! Even though I showed my messages, they did not make any sales and reported me to St David Security. This situation really upset me and I don’t think I and my family will ever shop this place! Skinny girl and big girl are very rude! Even when I left the store they were laughing at me:/ No manners !
