Unless
you
want
to
be
lied
to
constantly,
not
receive
your
dress
until
3
weeks
before
your
wedding,
and
be
sold
a
dirty,
used
veil,
please
do
not
use
this
shop
for
your
special
occasion.
I
ordered
my
dress
in
January
2022
for
our
wedding
in
June
2023.
We
were
told
that
I
would
need
to
pay
for
it
in
full
straight
away
and
that
the
dress
would
be
with
us
by
October.
Between
October
2022
and
June
2023,
we
called
the
shop
a
number
of
times.
They
informed
us
there
were
delays
due
to
the
designer,
we
were
always
patient
and
understanding
that
these
things
happen.
Every
time
we
called,
we
were
promised
a
callback
when
the
dress
would
be
ready
–
they
never
once
called
us
back.
Two
months
ahead
of
the
wedding,
and
real
panic
started
to
set
in.
How
long
could
they
keep
using
these
excuses
and
never
actually
call
me
back?
I
decided
to
take
matters
into
my
own
hands
and
called
the
designer
directly.
They
told
me
the
delay
in
it
arriving
was
purely
due
to
Allison
-
I
won’t
speculate
as
to
why
but
we
are
more
than
aware
of
the
reason.
Finally,
3
weeks
before
my
wedding,
I
finally
tried
on
my
dress
and
veil.
Unfortunately,
the
issues
didn’t
stop
there.
Allison
took
my
veil
away
to
be
boxed
up
and
when
we
arrived
home
it
was
filthy
and
had
3
holes
in
it
-
it
was
clear
we
had
just
been
given
the
one
from
the
shop
floor.
My
seamstress
told
me
that
the
water
after
cleaning
the
dress
was
grey!
Needless
to
say,
we
are
beyond
disappointed
in
Allison
Jayne.
She
was
completely
gas
lighting
us,
we
were
made
to
feel
like
a
nuisance,
overreacting.
In
the
lead
up
to
our
wedding,
both
myself
and
my
Mum
were
unwell
with
the
worry
of
whether
I
would
even
have
a
dress!
We
are
also
yet
to
receive
any
form
of
apology.
Do
not
use
this
shop.
