I rated this store 2 years ago with a 1 and didn't leave a written review. I had to go in again today and thought I should write why this store 2 years on still retains a 1 from me. Visited on a Saturday morning so fairly busy, greeted with a hi and then went to a desk to wait for help. No help arrived so.asked the front of store greeter how we actually get served, was told to head to the back of the store where there was a small "queue here" sign so joined the queue then waited for a further 15 mins to get served.....at this point been in store for 30 mins. Service from the assistant was just fine, got what I needed but then payment time, I cannot believe it took 25 mins to ring through my 8 items, seriously 25 mins, due to the till being slow!!! By the time I had finished I was ready to just hand it all back and walk out. It was ridiculously organised and clearly lacking efficient or functioning points of sale!!! My recommendation is AVOID this store and SHOP ONLINE to save your sanity

We were served by Lauren who was so lovely and created such a great experience for us, she was so patient and was amazing at recommending further products when she quickly understood what types of styles we liked, she went above and beyond and is a credit to the store. Can’t wait to come back!

Love love love this shop. I had to wait for 5/10 mins before someone serve me as it was so busy on Saturday. Bought bracelet for my bestie and I couldn't decide what's the best and the lady who serve me was so nice to suggest a few options and be very patient waiting for me to choose again and again ahaks. Nice place and will buy again later for myself sksk.

Yasmin(e) was amazing, I'm not from around the area and she made me feel so welcome to the city, so sweet and caring. And credit to Josh too who helped with my purchase too, very friendly people.

Today we were severed by Catherine in the Cardiff pandora store, and we had some excellent service form her, she went out of her way to track down the triology Princess yellow gold ring for us, and let us know of store offers, which was an amazing help, great service all around!

Bought the better half some earrings and was served by a nice young lad, can't remember his name though.

I’m literally stood outside store, waiting on click & collection (So all paid for), spoken to sales assistant as Google shows open times as 08:00-20:00 but sales staff advise 09:30 opening and are just stood having a chat behind the counter ….. totally baffling 🤦‍♂️

I've been into the store a few times durinh my current visit to Cardiff and have been served by some amazing ladies. My most recent Nahla = she was patient and helpful, had a smile on her face and apologised when the engraving machine wasn't linking and my sons picture was lost on cyber space, cue 3rd time lucky with him drawing. My youngest took his time to draw and she didn't rush him and waited. She included both boys in pressing the buttons for their engraving. When visiting the store on another occasion the staff were helpful and spoke about my boys needed to be with me to do their doodle and explained how it worked. Another occasion I went in and purchased a heart pendant with engraving, it says on my receipt Tyler served me. She was caring and gentle = I was having something engraved in memory of my dad who had recently died and for my graduation. I got upset, and she didn't make me feel embarrassed and was very compassionate. All the staff are smiling in the store and happy. They all help and support one another with shows what a great place this is to work. I did meet the manager who was on duty on Sunday 30th July, and like her staff she was happy and friendly and setting examples by supporting her staff.

Not living in Cardiff and wanted to check your stock before driving in I'm 62 and disabled so its very difficult particularly this time of year, I understand your very busy ATM but what's the point of making your phone number available if you have no intention of answering it I've been trying to get through for four days

I visited the Cardiff store last week with my fiancee to buy her a birthday present and we were served by a young lady called Summer. We were looking for a thumb ring and she was extremely helpful in assisting us with our choice. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products and her customer service skills were excellent. It was a pleasure to be served by her and she is a great asset to your company.
