Last night I tried to place the following order :- 4x Garlick Nan Bread 11.80 Mega Platter 34.95 + Extra hot 0.00 + Garlic mayo 0.00 Subtotal 46.75 As you can see thats £46.75 before discount , After discount it was 36.22 My order was cancelled, when I rang up to find out why, I was told that the minimum order on Just Eat in my area is for £50 which is a lie as the minimum order is listed on Just Eat as follows :- Delivery from 15:05 No collection £3 delivery fee £35 min. order I just copied this from Just Eat (photo attached to prove it). If Piri Pronto had followed the rules of Just Eat and actually delivered my order instead of canceling it, I would most certainly have done business with them very frequently. As it stands if Piri Pronto doesn't want my business, then they can take their chickens covered in extra hot sauce and shove them where the sun doesn't shine because I will NEVER again attempt to do business with Piri Pronto and I will be advising everyone else I know to do the same. Clearly Piri Pronto doesn't want your business and will lie to customers, so I strongly suggest you shop elsewhere !

Went to holiday in wales, phoned them to order some food at 12 morning, was told if I order above 50 pounds they will deliver as it’s far. So did I throw just eat. They called after 15 mins and asking to order more 12 pounds because it’s far from them. Absolute bizarre and poor service.

Ordered twice from this place now. Both times food was stone cold on arrival. Called the owners, told no refund & really rude. Second time the driver shot off while I was on the phone! Food particularly bad second time, overpriced, tasteless microwave rubbish. If that's your thing crack on, but I'd advise going somewhere else if you want hot, decent food that's probably cheaper anyway.

Poor quality ingredients, rude staff and confusing information about delivery and pricing, this is supposed to be a chicken shop not a circus!

I’ve not tried and a don’t dare to based on the reviews and the £50!! Minimum when your foods not even guaranteed to turn up or you got asked inappropriate questions like Snapchat details by the delivery driver, seems dodgy to me like some sort of front for like money laundering or something, way too dodgy of a minimum price delivery charge, sod that.

Food over an hour late called to cancel order was hung up on twice DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this joke of a restaurant

They won't tell you anything over the phone and hang up on u and turn up 2hrs later with cold food. Don't waste your money

Ordered a chicken breast burger, bursting with filling, plenty of chicken, no skimping on fries either. Was exactly what I craved. Arrived on time, food well packed to stay warm. Food delivered adhering to covid rules.

Ordered food at 12am turned up almost 2 hours later and ordered 2 chicken fillet burgers chips and keema naan, the chicken fillet burgers turned out to be chicken tikka which I can’t stand so was not able to eat any of it, chips was stone cold and not edible and the keema naan was anemic soggy and falling apart probably the worst food I’ve ever had £45 down the drain will be complaining to Uber eats over this

Absolutely disgusting customer service and disgusting food too, I called up to ask specifically what was in the burrito and mixed grill only to receive completely different items, who puts tofu in a mixed grill??? They bulked it out with tasteless tofu and my £14 burrito didn’t come with “lamb and chicken tikka” rather it came with some pieces of chicken in a vile sauce with mostly rice, and was soggy so impossible to eat as a burrito, the £16 Mixed Grill was mostly rice too!! They blatantly rob and scam customers. When I called up to ask why my order had taken 40 minutes to arrive since being out for delivery despite living 10 minutes away I was told they’d be out for 15 minutes max, given a load of attitude when I argued I have been watching the time and then I was hung up on, worst £40 I have ever spent, cardboard chips, salad was just lettuce with a piece of cucumber and half a tomato - my whole night is ruined because this business decided to be scummy scammers instead of a legitimate takeaway place. No refund of course!! Only part I enjoyed was the bottle of coke to go with it and no wonder - they had nothing to effing do with it, thank lord. Disgraceful business.

food was disgusting and vile, we ordered a lot thinking it was peri chicken(like nandos) however its so bad that we only ate half the naan bread and 3 chicken wings. the rice was so bad and the spice was only on the top, not even mixed in.The chips were soggy and cold and the chicken was a neon red mess, i can't even begin to explain how bad this was. DO NOT ORDER HERE.

The food was absolutely atrocious, my “half peri peri” chicken was actually a quarter chicken and was covered in chilli sauce not even a peri sauce, nothing I ordered was fresh they are over priced and have horrendous service. When I called to complain I got hung up on.
