Another M4 service station visited today. Parking is very close to the front door, with the electric car charging points. Access to the Travelodge is also here too. Normal facilities as expected and it's a nice small service station. Fuel is on the exit but a bit of a drive compared to others so you might think you've missed it but it's on the way out.

Disabled parking, well placed at front of outlet. Good clean motorway facilities with staff constantly cleaning down tables. Food outlets provided, although rather costly. Toilets modern and clean. W H Smith, well stocked with newspapers, books, car accessories, stationary, confectionary etc. One of the better motorway stops l have encountered

A busy service station, parking is ok but that's it, it is free though. The services are fairly well laid out but as expected toilets are at the far side so you go past all the offerings on the way! Only a quick stop so not a lot else to add for this visit.

The service station is on quiet a Slope and the Main Carpark at the bottom of the hill with a lot of steps! there is a Small accessible Carpark on the side going down but the sign is easily missed, I had to go back around again it also lacks a loop back road I had to go out to the road and back in to drop my passengers who can't do steps!

Unfortunately vans were taking up most of the spaces in the truck parking which is already too small for purpose, these vans should have been in the car side which was not even half full. I spent ten minutes driving my truck round in circles trying to park.

Stopped in for a quick bite and toilet break. Whilst toilets were clean and Burger King was good meal and sitting area was clean, overall the Service Station looked like could do with overhaul as looked dated.

Pricey as all service stations are but usually clean and tidy and most of the staff are pleasant. Costa, Burger King and Greggs here.

Drivers point of view. Entrance Door to lorry park hasn't been cleaned for months. WH smiths must think we are all millionaires. Burger King.. £9 for a meal! Costa.. Is Costa lol. Love to sit in comfy chairs, as we don't all want to sit in cabs, but music is always so loud you can't even have a phone call. The good things.... Reasonably clean and seating is decent, Toilets are ok. Greggs keeps us fed at a decent price, plenty of bins, usually parking available so... Overall.. It's a 5/10.

Not very campervan freindly. £15 to stay overnight in your van for a carpark is just greed. Was desperately looking for a stopover as had a long drive but decided to carry on and ended up in a lay-by farther down the road.

Stopped here for a coffee break and EV top-up. Huge parking space. Good food / coffee options. Clean, but dimly lit toilet. And no mirrors in the ladies. Had a coffee in Costa and the staff was lovely.

In general these services are clean and well managed. What let's them down is the small, poorly signposted disabled parking facility and there is regularly cars parked in this disabled parking area not displaying a blue badge, one car that is regularly parked there is a black Aygo with a sticker on the back saying black box fitted .

My partner's flight to cardiff airport was delayed and we live an hour away, Isobel helped me sort out my parking so I didn't have to drive home then back, which was immensely helpful. She was absolutely fantastic, thank you so much.

Very poor. Little signage in the car park meaning that myself and other drivers ended up going around the motorway roundabout a few times. If you want a flat entrance, ie no steps you have to find the disabled parking which I eventually found in the truck parking. Expensive too. £3.25 for a bag of Haribo.

Stopped here last Friday night. My wife and I opted for the Burger King as Greg's was closed (at a service station at 6pm?). The meal itself was very good. Burger and fries both hot. BUT... 2 meals came in at £23!!! Not great value.

Needed a drink and to walk around quickly. £11 for 3 drinks despite having our own cups seemed high. Service was good, tho' staff were equally busy talking to a couple of acquaintances as serving pr IDing drinks. £2:50 for 5 tiny shortbread biscuits meant we are yet to find out how they tasted! Saving grace? We found some very nice seats, quite by chance.

As services go this is not bad at all. Quite small but has all you need when you take a break from driving. The toilet facilities were spotlessly clean and let's face it that is probably the most common reason for stopping at these places. The fuel prices are outrageous of course!

The services look a tad tired inside and out. Staff friendly at Greg's and Costa. Restaurant furniture has seen better days....sofa chairs ripped, stains and marks on chairs.

Small but perfectly adequate services. Free WiFi and plugs in the Costa if you need to do a bit of work there. Clean facilities.

Stopped off enroute to our holiday destination. A few spaces for caravan parking. Somewhere to give our dogs a stretch of their legs and used the toilets. The services are just off the motorway and the exit at the roundabout to get back on the M4 isn't the easiest with towing a caravan as the road is busy.

Stopped for a short rest break So from what I could see see very clean and tidy. Plenty of shops in there food and drink . That's it really good place to stretch your legs

One of the most relaxing services I have been to. Beautiful location. We took coffee from costa and spent some quality rest time in the garden. It was not overly crowded like most services.

Maybe a bit smaller than some Mway services but that's good - slightly less noisy. But, if you've ever been in 1 anywhere, you know what to expect.

As motorway services go, this is a typical average one. Generally clean with the usual facilities. Plenty of parking and grassy bits to walk dogs. Places to eat and drink and WH Smiths.

Be aware the burger king closes at 10pm. The Costa is all night and there's a machine. The Costa staff are exceptionally lovely. I am there 2x a week and no matter who is on shift, they're just lovely. The WHSmith is absolutely extortionate as with all services. The petrol station on site is a Spar and Subway. If you need food late in the evening you will find better prices there for chocolate and snacks and a much bigger range. There is also a Greggs on site with a fair selection. It closes fairly early so evening travellers only have the option of the Smiths or the Costa. There is also a travel lodge on site. The disabled toilet here is operated by radar key. If you do not have yours the nice people at the Smiths will loan one. Ask at the desk. If you need wheelchair access ***do not use the main car park**** As you come down the slip road into the services there is a very small sign for disabled access parking on your right immediately after the HGV/Bus turn. That's where the main/flat access wheelchair entrance is. The disabled toilet is either sparking or fetid. There is no inbetween. Friday when we used it...sparkling. The following Sunday it was absolutely vile and I had to take my son into the ladies and hope it was empty. This happens fairly regularly here. The cleaner deserves hazard pay for constantly returning this loo to a pristine state to be fair. Just hope they've been in when you visit as you will not get a chair into any cubicle in the ladies they are some of the tiniest on the planet. There isn't a double wide on the end as in some toilets. I can't comment on the men's room.

This is return journey of our trip and the second time we’ve stopped here. The state of the outside area is disgusting. Litter everywhere- no wonder there is a rat issue! While I understand it’s humans who drop the stuff there should be hourly staff excursions outside to pick up the waste. Gives a really bad impression.

Called in for a break. Place very clean and tidy. Well done to you all. Had a Gregg's bacon and sausage, which was very nice but I wish they would take the time to cut the bread rolls in half. It was all at one side. My grandchild could cut a roll better.
