AMAZING!
After
emailing
and
speaking
with
Leah
about
my
concerns
(age,
weight,
health)
and
hopes
(become
confident,
become
physically
strong)
before
trying
out
a
class,
I
was
very
reassured
and
decided
to
go
for
it.
Leah
said
she
would
look
forward
to
my
email
after
my
first
class
as
she
was
sure
that
I
was
just
the
type
of
person
who
would
benefit
from
them.
Before
we
get
to
that
email,
I
would
like
to
clarify
that
I
am
no
spring
chicken.
I
have
physical
ailments
(arthritis,
fibromyalgia,
rotator
cuff
issues,
Achilles
tendinopathy)
but
I
declared
all
of
these
in
the
comprehensive
online
form
required
before
being
able
to
book
a
class,
and
at
the
actual
class
we
were
very
much
advised
to
go
at
our
own
pace,
and
speak
to
the
instructor
if
we
needed
to
adjust
a
move
-
which
would
allow
us
to
adjust
it
safely.
And
so,
here
is
my
email
to
Leah,
after
my
first
class:

here's

as

predicted
I
absolutely
LOVED
it!
Kristy
took
the
class
this
morning
and
she
was
so
welcoming,
friendly,
and
encouraging.
She
really
broke
down
the
moves
so
they
felt
easy
enough
to
try
-
though
as
you
already
know,
easy
is
not
what
they
are!
Came
home
and
cleaned
house,
now
having
a
soak
in
the
bath
to
help
those
'pole-kisses'
come
out,
then
onto
the
laptop
to
book
our
next
few
classes.
Both
me
and
my
daughter
had
such
fun,
and
left
feeling
really
positive,
we
cannot
wait
for
our
next
class.
