Confusing booking experience on website where believed I was booking a lane for 4 people but showed up only to be told that I had only booked a table and my £40 DEPOSIT was just going to be used towards drinks. Had definitely booked for bowling specifically but bartender on duty said "this has been happening quite frequently...". Great! How about look into that?! Setting was dark and loud. Had a table but had to go to bar for service anyway.?? Ordered drinks and the cherry on top of the fiasco was my EXTREMELY watered down glass of white wine and my friends dregs from the bottom of the beer barrel. Too annoyed to stay any longer, asked for rest of remaining credit, denied this as they claimed "it was part of the table deposit". No attempt to resolve the issue by staff, manager nowhere in site. Spent the remaining credits on the cheapest shots they had and then got the hell out of there. Total time spent: 30 minutes, all of which was a waste of time and money. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND.

Had a very poor booking experience and found the staff member concerned could not have been less helpful. However, manager got in touch with me and addressed the issue! Staff at the venue were very friendly and accommodating! We all enjoyed the bowling and the Escape Room (Subject 11) was one of the better ones we have been to. Assuming the staff member in question has received the relevant training - I would recommend

Great experience! Great couple of games of bowling, pool and table football! Fantastic cocktails including an experimental one. Staff were fantastically attentive and polite. Will definitely be returning for the escape rooms! We both had a Fantastic evening here!

Booked to do a cocktail making session for 8 people at 6pm, costing £200. We asked to wait 10 minutes for the last of our party to arrive and were told this was fine, after this the woman doing the session came up to us and said she needed the toilet so we had to wait for 10 more minutes. There was no music playing during the session causing an awkward atmosphere, the woman doing the session was on her phone the majority of the time and did not interact except when she rushed us to make more drinks. We had booked for a 90 minute session but were kicked out before our session ended (having already started it late). Definitely not worth the money we paid for it and would not recommend this experience to anyone.

Me and the lads went there yesterday. Lovely little bar. Had a laugh. But was well overpriced. About £6.70 for a pint. Bowling was £9.50 for each player for one game. Plus there only small lanes. £25 for an escape room per person. Like literally got to be having a laugh. Oh and the pinball machine was card only That was pathetic tbh. So didn't bother Would recommend if they drop the prices because it is a nice little place. But personally you're going to have a better time at another bowling alley

Booked an escape room here for our group of four. As with several other comments in the reviews section, it really is a waste of money and sub par to any other escape room challenges we've done before. The staff here, whilst lovely, really didn't know what was going on or in some cases unable to make a drink because they didn't have the right type of glass or even knew how to make them. The actual escape room was horrendously uncomfortable. Stank of body odor, clearly because of the lack of ventilation. The clues and items you interact with were in terrible condition, and it just generally lacked narration or any kind of fan fare to set the tone of by the host. Won't be returning again, which is a shame because in theory it could be a really good place!

Double booked the escape room so ended up having to do a different one. The room was so hot with no fan or window, we had to keep the door open as it was unbearable. Paid extra £10pp to have the arcade games and drink, unfortunately you have to get a member of the bar staff every time you want to play on the games( the staff were busy so spent a lot of our time just hanging around waiting). Nice place to take pictures, the decor was on point. But I wouldn’t recommend spending £35pp on the escape room package as it’s not worth it. Would come for drinks but that’s all.

Bowling was a good way to relax at the end of the day - the cocktails were only so so but the staff quickly replaced one mojito that was incorrect. - so can't complain. Shuffleboard was such a laugh.. would definitely recommend to anyone who's listening.

Not a lot of atmosphere. For the most part it was empty. It didn't have a lot of drinks that were on its menu but overall had quite the enjoyable time. Lots to do such as pool tables, arcade machines, bowling and even escape rooms.

For pinballers, currently they have a V.Good condition Deadpool pinball. £1- per credit £2- for 3 credits, 1 credit per person per game. Game payment by card only (and that was even before Covid) Updated 04 August 2021

They are scammers, be aware!! They charged £16 for booking online a tiny little pool table for 45 mins. We went in there and pool was only £1.50 for a game!!! When we told the staff, they were bloody rude and didn’t do anything about it. You guys should be ashamed of your scam services.

We booked a company Christmas nightout with these people. Avoid like the plague .. we got there at 7.45 we all bought a drink although there were supposed to be a drink on arrival ... the next drink we had was at 10.00 o'clock there was no ingredients there to make the cocktails we were promised. We had paid for a 54.00 package each. not even supplied with the pizzas we were promised they had run out. (Frozen pizza they had run out off)very understaffed and no remuneration..please people stay away and if you have booked demand your money back. Go somewhere else. Shocking!

The games were super fun and our group had a good time bowling, on the shuffleboard and arcade games. However the communication and overall organisation from the employees was really sub-par. I continually kept being told different things from different people. This started during the booking process (booked and paid £300 for a party package and then was told it was different to the one I was originally offered so then had to negotiate back to 2 games of bowling not 1; was also told we’d have 2 welcome drinks and then by someone else just 1). And this continued at the venue when booking the arcade games. It was very confusing which were bookable or not, we were told it was super flexible and we could do what we liked. We were playing on the air hockey and were told quite rudely by an employee that there was a booking and we needed to stop immediately. I was confused as I was told by someone else it wasn’t bookable. I enquired into booking and paying for shuffleboard (as this was not included) and was told it was available in an hour. I said ok and paid for it. I was then told by someone else it was available now and had a booking in an hour and we had to use it now or lose it. I just felt a bit cheated on multiple occasions when I paid for something and then was immediately told something different to what was offered/advertised. So overall the games were good fun but the organisation and communication from the staff needs massive improvement. I wouldn’t rush back.

Ment to be a fun games and bowling night. Atmosphere ruined with boxing and no music. Drinks were slow. Everything is overpriced. One game of bowling for 2 £19…. Also the sides weren’t working so it was no fun for my partner who needs assistance.

Arrived to do the escape room for my daughter's 16th birthday only to be told we had to be out by 8pm as it has a licenced bar. Email confirmation mentions under 18's but as we were booked to do the escape room and not using the bar didn't think this would be a problem. Our booking was for 7.45pm so we had no alternative but to reschedule for another day. Very helpful customer service via email. We look forward to next week.
