First time staying in Easy Hotel and I have loved it so far. Prices are great! The beds are really comfortable to sleep in and it just like a modern hotel room. Staff are really helpful and easy to access rooms and it is really close to the city centre. Just a 5 - 10 min walk. A great location to the train stations as well. Would definitely come back and stay here again and in other locations too. It is worth it.

I stayed here the weekend just gone with a friend for the Rocky Horror picture show. The hotel was exactly what we needed, short walk into city, clean, tidy and really friendly staff. They even charged my phone for me because I’m a plum and forgot my charger! I’ll be honest I wasn’t expecting much, but the room was a good size and incredibly clean. Will definitely be staying at this hotel or another of there chains again.

Decent hotel; nice and clean with good beds. It is properly small in the rooms, could do with some creative solutions for temporary storage for things other than the beds. Also would have liked a cup in the room. Overall really good and lovely staff

This hotel delivers everything you'd expect from the "Easy" brand - no frills, just the required basics. The room was open planned, clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. There were 2 hangers but no wardrobes which is why I'd struggle if staying more than 1 or 2 nights. Towels are provided as is shower gel (which I didn't expect) and there is a TV with free view. The location is ideal for Queen Street (approx 5 min walk) and Cardiff Castle (10-15 min walk). Very good value for money hotel in a convenient location. I'd definitely stay again.

Good hotel for a budget hotel but when we first arrived from a 5 hour drive our room wouldn't work (door was broken) so we was downsized to a smaller room which we was not happy about. We spoke to the staff and they were absolutely rude, the morning staff was a lot nicer. We booked by mistake as I didn't notice it was a 1 star hotel which I wouldn't normally book but I was in a rush and it was my fault, however for a budget hotel it is all modern and colourful. The rooms are small (well the one we was downsized to) but other than the above it was a nice budget hotel

Rooms Location and service was absolutely amazing.and the lady on the reception was fantastic and very polite and friendly. The only thing I would say it could do with a shelve in the room and bathroom. Apart from that honestly opinion it's lovely. And I would definitely recommend it to others. And yes definitely would come back again. The lady on reception was called MEG. Fantastic personality and person.

Hello. I booked for a stay at the end of January for a single night. Unfortunately the room I was given hadn't been cleaned by 'house keeping' according to the front desk staff. When I arrived in the room, wet and dirty towels adorned the bed and the bed itself was clearly used from a previous customer. I politely returned to the desk and the amazing front desk staff who were very polite and friendly and gave me another room instantly. The service was fantastic and I'd recommend the hotel. Please understand though that it's difficult to give four or five stars to a hotel who accidentally give you an unclean room, even if the staff are lovely and make you want to come back. I look forward to my next visit, give me a clean room next time and you can have five stars :)

I had a really nice stay, for the price the room was excellent. I would have liked a proper bin and there's zero places to put anything like a table are my only complaints. (I know it's a small room but a bin and a small side table would easily fit.) Staff were really friendly and had a nice chat as I checked in, I'd stay again and would definitely recommend the hotel. No tea or coffee making facilities are provided but it's a short trip to the check-in desk area where hot drinks are available and can be bought 24/7 for £2 each.

I was extremely satisfied with my experiences. It’s a bit small but for the price it was absolutely worth it to me. I requested a room with a window which was important to me. I went with 2 other friends and we each got our own room, but the bed is big enough to share. I don’t need anything fancy. Clean sheets, the building was in good condition, and the staff are amazing. I believe it was Shannon that helped us, she was so kind! I will come again!

First time staying in an easy hotel it has been a great experience. Very convenient location, friendly staff (even at 4am), great price and rooms have everything you need. Perfect place to go after a night out. Will definitely be going again.

My friend and I stayed at the easyHotel Cardiff for one night and we enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the room meets the expectations for the very affordable price. However, the room not very spacious and a shelf would have been nice. Nevertheless, it is perfect for short term stays and totally affordable.

Brilliant clean little hotel that does exactly what it states on the tin! Nice and clean, no tables in the room however but then what do you expect for £25 a night?! Parking was £11 for 24 hours. Literally cannot complain, also a stone throw from the city centre. Highly recommend the place. Iron facilities and hair dryer available upon request.

Cardiff is a beautiful town, and easyHotel made our stay that much better! It’s pretty bare-bones in terms of service, but it gets the job done. We were a 15 minute walk from the city center and our room was quiet, clean, and nice for our stay. We would consider staying here again in the future!

The room was very clean upon arrival and the staff was very helpful. Joe was very kind and personable. The rooms were smaller than expected, but just fine for a weekend visit. Plus a great way to travel on a budget.

Staff at the door were extremely helpful and friendly, each time I've visited. The rooms are simple and open planned, even if not always the largest. Rooms were perfectly clean and tidy, with the bathroom being stocked, but easily able to get more at the front desk, willing to provide additional pillows as well. As others have mentioned there isn't a wardrobe, hangers for a jacket or two yes but no proper wardrobe, great for overnight or a weekend but probably not a full week. Freeview TV is available as well as additional plug sockets for any electricals that you bring. The beds are simple but comfortable as well. Overall I'd wholeheartedly recommend this as a nice and simple weekend hotel.

Great value for the money. Very good location near city centre, so many things within walking distance including Cardiff Castle and the main streets with all their shops. The rooms are truly no frill, there's no fridge, hairdryer or a kettle but everything essential you need bed and bathroom wise. Front desk has always been helpful and ready to answer any and all questions, special shout out to Alice.

Arrived at the hotel and Connor was very helpful upon check in. My friend has autism and when she came in she felt very at ease, top notch work by Connor! When arriving in the room we were a bit disappointed with it. The room was a twin and was very small with zero space in between the beds, the bathroom also had no lock (which wasn't an issue, if some one was in there, you just wouldn't go in), the real issue with the toilet was the fact that there was a big gap in the door door allowing sound and smells to come through and with the room being very small the sounds reverberated through the room and smells engulfed the room. I have asthma and when my friend or myself went into the bathroom to use deodorant or any spray it basically gassed out the room, the window wouldn't open so I would say this is a safety issue. Overall it was a room that did its job, which was to sleep in.

I stayed here for one night. The rooms were modern and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were ok with late check I'm as I was arriving from Heathrow. The staff member Aneta was especially friendly and helpful with everything I needed including my check out.

Nice location, easy access to city centre and great staff. In particular: Nicola, Shannon, waz& Alice, great ora and energy, greated and treated us nice. Other staff members were polite and friendly too but didn't get a chance to engage properly. Overall experience for me n my daughters was very nice. Would recommend and definitely will be visiting again.

Great budget accommodation. Entire place clean and modern. Staff always helpful. Just one advisory, rooms are very basic. Not even a chair or table or kettle. Lovely comfy bed, big TV and great shower made up for it.

Booked this because we needed a bed to crash into after a gig at the great hall. The hotel provides the basics but does so in a great way. The beds were comfy, the shower and toilet clean. Everything we needed for just a night. The staff is absolutely excellent, super helpful and kind. I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is just amazing! It’s located perfectly at the centre: A 15 minute walk from the station, 10 minute walk from the centre, and a 15 minute train ride away from the Cardiff Bay. It’s spotlessly clean and the amenities are just right. But the real winner is the staff: They are polite, cordial, and very informative. They’re always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied with your stay. I requested a hair dryer at the reception and they provided it immediately. I asked for lunch recommendations and directions to the Mermaid Quay, and the amazing staff could not have been of more help. I’ll be back here on my next visit to Cardiff, that’s for sure!

Great City Centre location. Rooms are new and modern, just like the pictures. Rooms had everything needed for a short low budget stay. Would definitely stay again. Both the staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful.

Booked hotel for a one night stay in Cardiff, room is compact but ideal for shorter stays. Although there are no amenities in the room itself there is a coffee machine in the lobby with friendly reception staff 24/7. Great value for money.

Good location for a short stay, 1 day. Stayed 3 days and it was OK. Very friendly and helpful staff, lady called Aneta was great. Avoid coffee machine, coffee very weak but staff happy to help. Free Internet, not too slow. Rooms clean, missing kettle and usual amenities.

A wonderful, modern and clean hotel in the centre of Cardiff perfect for those who want to stay somewhere local whilst exploring the sights. We were greeted by a fantastic receptionist named Connor who went above and beyond for our group and we couldn’t thank him more! Very grateful for his help. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!!

The room window are fixed and this was not mentioned in the advert, at my level which was level 5 was a horrible and strong smell on the corridor, the room was very small but clean which has been nice. I would not come back to this hotel due to reason mentioned above...

Very clean and new. Basic but well set out. The girl on the reception desk was very friendly and very helpful. She gave us the rooms we requested. Good location to walk into the City Centre.

Check in very slow only 1 girl on desk, sped up after a 2nd girl turned up to help. Needed a lot of personal info which they already had in my booking and card details. Room really good for what it is shower nice and roomy

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel for the price, I paid less than £35 for a twin room. The staff are super friendly and helpful and despite being small the rooms are fairly modern. They lack basics though - no shelves, desk or bedside tables to store things so the already cramped room is made worse by the clutter of your stuff all over the floor. They're not luxurious and some finishes (especially in the bathroom) leave a little to be desired but for how much I paid for a room in the middle of Cardiff I'm happy. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Cancelled my last week booking in last minute. Still haven't received my refund. I have booking tonight and no communication at all from hotel. Their phone is not getting through. No reply of emails.... SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE. You have lost a regular customer now....

Booking in was an issue, not on the system, took some time but we got there eventually. Otherwise clean and tidy

Decent budget hotel. Clean, new rooms. Stayed a couple times and they’re always friendly staff. Some noisy guests but nothing too bad. Rooms are small, but to be expected. No tables or tea/coffee facilities in the room. Only space to hang a couple of clothes. Edit: Not a criticism around the small room with no tables etc. - It’s to be expected in smaller rooms, just stating what the room offers. Very happy with my stay. No issues with some noisy guests - doesn’t bother me. It’s never been late into the night so wouldn’t complain.

For the price, I've got no complaints. Room wasnt massive but enough for me for an evening. Bathroom was a good size with decent size shower. Bed was comfortable enough. And working air conditioning! The only thing that wasn't advised on their website was a lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room, but there is a hot drinks vending machine in the lobby. Overall a good stay.

Room is tiny just a double bed , TV and price is high. No furniture provided like table, wardrobe, shoe rack. No space to keep bags. This is the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. No place to keep towels as well in Washroom. If you like smallest rooms then enjoy your stay. I would never stay in easyhotel or either recommend to anyone.

Really nice stay here. Comfy beds. We stayed for a weekend break and had a lovely experience. Clean rooms, quiet no disturbance from other rooms and friendly staff. Would recommend and return again for another stay.

Emyr davies and myself had a lively 1 night stay in the easy hotel in cardiff. The manager Mike was very welcoming and polite and very eager to recommend local pubs and eateries, if which the food was fantastic. The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. Very basic and tidy. We both agree that it was ideal for just a room to sleep in when there is sightseeing to be done. Thank you and the staff for a very pleasant nights stay. We will be back. The 😉

I am liking my experience here. The room is quite basic. Don't expect a big room, there are no drawers or much room where to open a large bag other than the bed. It's definitely for short stays with no more than a carry on. It's quite clean and sufficient. A tad pricey compared that with a bit extra you could get a full fledged hotel but this is a great service and super clean rooms. Location is good. Not excellent as you do have to walk a bit but not too much depending where you are. It's about 15m from the castle.

Rooms are very small here, but very clean with modern ensuite and comfy beds. Staff here were very friendly and helpful. Reason for 4 star would be due to booking a room with a window but upon arriving we found that the window is there but blacked out so technically a room with a window but not really. Overall this hotel is great to stay at for just sleeping purposes but not if you plan to spend a lot of time in the room itself. There is parking round the corner which is free after 6pm and 8am which is good if just stopping by overnight.

Great customer service from staff. Martha was very attentive and polite young lady. Price meet room expectations. Perfect for short stays. Located in the heart of Cardiff with the main shopping areas and clubs just a five minute walk. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again within the near future.

Room is way too small, beds are comfortable, but there is literally no space to move at all. The location is great. There is no option for breakfast in the hotel, even with additional payment. Staff are very nice and really willing to help, but they can't do much about these things which I found to be not so good.

Staff are so so friendly and easy to communicate needs with, room offers everything we need was a perfect stay for a little getaway. We will definitley be back again- 2 towels would’ve been better for two guests but I’m sure this would’ve been available on request! Thank you for a lovely stay

Staff are incredibly friendly and the room was very clean. Good location too. Only complaint is the room is too small to place any luggage, which was a bit of a hazzard. I also got a room with a window, though you cannot see out as the glass is glazed.

Great room, very affordable great staff!! I stayed for 5 days and I got a free cleaning in the middle of the week! Room is clean only shower was a bit blocked. Apart from that it was great in general. Great room view also.

Great value for money being clean and easy! I enjoyed my stay and enjoyed my late check out which I decided in the morning and added it on. The receptionist Aakshi was friendly and checked me out quickly. She was so polite and informative. I witnessed her help the customers before me with checking in their bags early. She was so friendly and welcoming! Great customer service from her!

Reasonable location for the city centre. Rooms were spotless but very basic. Just a bed and TV, no seating or furniture. Staff were really helpful and knowledgeable about the area and things to do, places to eat, etc. Door closures all set to slam so it was quite a noisy place to sleep and the sound insulation isn't great so you do hear noise form surrounding rooms. One of the cheapest hotels we could find for a weekend break.

Perfect hotel for our needs. Super clean and modern. USB port sockets were really handy. Very friendly helpful staff. Hotel is a 1 star so don't expect frills, but if you simply need somewhere to stay it's 100% perfect.
