If I could give it less than a 1 star I would... I booked to go to this apartment over a month in advance, I paid on my credit card. After checking to see the payment the deposit was taken instantly even though it said it would be requested 14 days before arrival and/or upon arrival. Now I cancelled my booking on booking.com after finding out that Wales is in lockdown and that I couldn't travel there by law and wasnt even given a full deposit regardless of it being out of my control. I am very upset and angry that the money I worked hard for wasn't refunded when the situation is out of my control. I worked all of lockdown and never stopped and this was the only break I booked and took holiday for only to be screwed over last minute but the apartments owners. I understand I booked it knowing there was no cancellations but as the situation is out of my hands and that I would still be more than happy to go I would of thought they would of been a bit more lenient but no. I couldn't even change the dates... Definitely wouldn't recommend, I would warn people to avoid any business to do with this building

Nice apparment, everything you need is supplied, TV, washing machine, dish washer, tea and coffee and fridge! Can't ask for much more. However the bed needs improvement as it's very soft in the middle and you roll in. Sofa was better to sleep on. Had to unblock the bathroom sink myself, due to blockage, see picture but they did send cleaners to try and fix. However having difficulties getting any compensation back as promised from Booking.com for the 5 days we had to put up with the blocked sink. Parking can also be an issue too.

Misleading posting through bookings.com from Primero Apartments. They advertise the apartments as having balcony and bath. One listing of the apartment has pictures of 2-3 different apartments, so even when you specifically requested balcony and bath they refuse to give you the correct apartment because the pictures don't show it and it's your fault for not checking and selecting that apartment.... How does this make sense when the same listing has pictures of multiple apartments? Amazing con artists. Make sure to take pictures of the apartment, as they charge you deposit.

I would love to be able to give 0 stars. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with a double bed, 1 single and a sofa bed. When we arrived it was only one room with a double bed and a sofa bed. We were missing one bed. We reach the owner and he was very rude pointing out that 4 people can sleep there. Sure they can ,unless in our case , one of the people is disable and cannot share a bed. And whether they can or not is irrelevant, the point is that I booked a 2 bed and gave me a 1 bed. We're force to sleep 3 people in one bed that BTW was broken. It was a nightmare of a night barely sleep and pain in all our bodies. He even try to kick us out at one point . Is a central location but it doesn't worth the hazard. I rather be farther than having to deal with people like that. And let's not forget that the sofa bed was like sleeping in a stone.

The apartment was very nice , the staff was great , unfortunately the apartment I was in never had no hot water

They will take your money without notifying you but will happily take the p*** refunding you and replying to you, so many other gorgeous places to stay in Cardiff , stay clear

Very nice sleek modern plush secret out of the way hidden gem in an edgy up and coming area. Was a pleasure to call this a home whilst renovating last year;) great neighbours and good people in the businesses underneath. Try the healthy hangout for amazing and healthy food. And speak to Adam if you need a prep talk 👍

Great apartments. Security so tight I couldn't find a way out other than through the car park main shutters! Once you're in though you'd never want to leave.

The apartment was great but it felt like they had provided the bare minimum in terms of TV, toilet paper, pillows etc. Looked like a luxury flat but didn't feel luxury

Beautiful and homely. The apartment sells itself, not the service from the people running it. Staff was not friendly, instructions to access the apartment was not user friendly. Staff should empathize especially with guests who come from different continents.

Although the apartment was well appointed, it fell short in several areas. We booked as a high standard 5 star city break (2 bed, 2 bath, balcony and parking) and paid accordingly. Unfortunately, 3 days before arrival we received an email telling us there was no onsite parking available and we could park on the street or at the railway station, both at an extra cost to us. This was not what was advertised. The apartment was rather a disappointment due to the very noisy air conditioning system and the second bathrooms wobbling tap on the sink and broken toilet flush. This added to the ironing board with no cover, insufficient pots and pans for cooking, chipped IKEA plates and generally lower standard of essentials. An overall underwhelming experience.

Stayed at these apartments for a week and it was a really nice place. Nicely decorated and a good location next to the train station. My only complaint is that there was limited car park spaces in the private Carpark, which meant I had to pay hourly/daily rates on the street.

This is very misleading. Brickworks is an apartment building with 100 apartments. We live there, this is our home. Many own their apartments and some are long-term tenants. This is not just serviced apartments, only a handful of them are.

Clean and comfortable. Well appointed and in a fantastic location. Great value for money.
