Just got a wood burner for free so called into the range to buy this product the clean it up, not used yet. Was a bit chaotic as the exit was blocked off so everyone was pushing past at the tills.

Amazing selection of home, garden and food products. There is a dedicated garden area and an in-store Iceland (be warned you can't use your Iceland Bonus Card here). Good value products, prices even compete with the nearby Dunelm. Only issue - there were several items which were marked up and only had a sharpie line through the price on the product. Not sure if that's policy, but still good value.

As a big company have always found spot on but last time visited. I Tried to purchase some Christmas no sale items , label on racks were all 75% off Christmas things tried to buy and price was wrong only 50% off when asked told yes it's been problem all day it's head office .was descusted . They would not explain why prices are not correct and not sell at advertised price . How many people did not realize and just paid .

Pretty much like any other range. Narrow aisles making it difficult to get around. Bottle necks in every aisle. No room to breath.

Nice place and loads of choice but younger staff are not very welcoming and seem to want to stand about gossiping with each other. Don't have the best way of communicating with people and to be honest left the store a little narked off

Excellent service in the Carlisle branch. Spoilt for choice re Wall paintings. Staff friendly, helpful and polite. In and out within 15 mins and got what I needed.

I went with someone else who wanted to buy windscreen wiper blades. They were cheap and have proved useless and are being taken back. I don't drive and the place is inaccessible by public transport. Had a look around ......some useful stuff but also lots of cheap tat. Not worth going there especially as the cheap stuff is rubbish and anything branded or better quality seems to compare with other retailers prices.

Staff generally good, apart from the younger females just stood around just chatting with each other, or messing about, not good really. Store has way too much clutter about you can't get around properly there's that much stock stacked on the floor. Not the stores fault I guess as most of the old tat they get in probably doesn't sell.

It's a great shop with very pleasant prices, cheaper than their competitors. A lot of things for your house!

Visited during festive season. As you can imagine, it is very busy, but staff at tills were working very hard, and queues went down pretty fast. The dude that served me still had an amazing smile and great attitude

Always a massive product range now with freezers full of Iceland stuff. Been a while since I had visited.

I love the arts and craft department in here. Lots of selections. If you can't find what your after, the staff know where it is.

Helpful staff but store looks rundown and unorganised. Not convinced that having Iceland in the store works. The Range is best known for exactly as the name suggests in a great variation of Home / Hobby products not food.

The range are notorious for being a nightmare when returning items, but I went today thinking because the item was faulty they'd sort it for me..... No such luck!! So I bought some chalk spray paint approximately 1-2 months ago, paid around £8 for it, when I came to use it today, after shaking it for the suggested 3 minutes I got to work spraying my piece of furniture..... The tin said 'classic duck egg' but it came out of the tin cream, I shook it some more and tried again.... Still cream! When I took it back the lady on the till was very helpful, but when they looked on their system to try and find it they couldn't, so whoever searched the system 'upstairs' said I must have bought it over a year ago!!! I can assure them it was within the last couple of months!! Customer service not their strong point!!!

Great value, plenty of varied products.Unfortunately the staff are like extras from the Walking Dead,u can wait for up to 15 minutes in a queue at checkout

No prices on must of the stuff. Some staff are very rude stock on the floor. Ladders left in the way and set up with no staff near them a danger the kids and people. Trip hazards left everywhere. The shop needs a complete shake up is a disgrace

The Range is always really great as its got a bit of everything, for the home, pets, arts and crafts and also a iceland section so can stock the cupboards and freezer up while you're there.

It's very excellent I got myself some things in the sale yesterday and believe you I will go back agai couldn't it's absolutely great to see something on sale that I wanted a while ago but it was too much money so I ended up paying half price for it and I will definitely go there again

The staff are so polite even when an angry customer started arguing about her place in the queue. I felt very sorry for the staff after the two women spending more time being obnoxious than getting served. I was the one who said just let her go I don't want to argue

Huge shop with plenty of parking. Beautiful Christmas displays atm. Staff are helpful. Great place to go for xmas shopping.

Nice selection, not badly priced for most things. Most of the stuff I liked though was missing a price tag so didn't end up buying them.

Can normally find what I need in here. Great selection of items at good prices.I always try to see if I can find an item first before having to ask but the staff are always friendly when needing assistance. Clean and welcoming. Always love their Christmas ranges.

This is a pretty good store that has a good 'range' of products that are reasonably priced. My biggest frustration are the constant 'slow' queues which often put me off visiting. Often there is one person serving and 10 people on the ground stockings shelves. It shouldn't be difficult to focus on paying customers and add more cashiers.

It is the most amazing store I have been in, like ever, it has literally everything anyone could want or need. It's wow, just wow but then I am here from South Africa on holiday, I've never been overseas or seen any other amazing shops like this in my life before. But even so, it's really my favourite shop so far in UK. Also their prices are reasonable.

Dishes on the example table set up were very dusty. Alot of the storage boxes were broken yet still on the shelves. Good range of items, didn't realise had a little Iceland section.

Good selection off bits and bobs.nice friendly staff. Handy shop for all sorts off stuff.

  • 4/5 Chris 1 year ago on Google
OK so a bit grotty looking from the outside, could do with re cladding or painting to smarten up but once your inside it's pretty much the same as other Range outlets. Everything you want at very reasonable prices.

Good selection of goods but just all too close together. Difficult to find anything, the place is like a maze. Not my favourite shop

  • 4/5 Andy C. 1 year ago on Google
It's fine. I think like so many similar places they are pretty much identical. Good selection of stuff and reasonable costs.

Loads of different items to pick from, obviously a massive RANGE to pick from, could be a little cleaner looking outside, tho, prices really decent, will definitely be back, especially for art materials which are top of the RANGE, for great prices
