It's a good shopping place I have two nieces work there I'll do going the shop to have a look around I don't think I ever bought anything there that's that's all I can tell you one day there might have something I want still keep in touch look around

On previous occasions I have been served with happy chatty shop assistants who has gone beyond their job descriptions with their friendliness and helpfulness,but today at work with a person with learning difficulties in a wheelchair we waited to use the fast disabled checkout, the shop assistant was arrogant and with a horrible attitude she couldn’t raise a smile even if she tried, she was a lot older than the others on the checkouts but if I were management I’d remove her completely off the tills where customers are concerned she’s a discredit to all the other pleasant staff that I have had the pleasure of been served previously in the Carlisle store a fresh course on customer service skills is well needed for the sour faced woman that served me today !!

Clean tidy and lots of choice items bought for my grandson, 8 who loved looking around, it's great to see boys eagerly looking around as much as girls. Great shop.

It's good but limited boys clothes. I have a 1year old and really struggle to get clothes for him at primark as there isn't much choice for his age

Busy but plenty of choice. Recommend for some things, but marks Nd sparks is pure class. No comparison unfortunately. But a very busy shop.

Brilliant customer service from Chris the department manager at the Carlisle. LESS can be said about the member of staff whom we met in our initial approach!!! TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HER!! Chris said there would be no issues when exchanging a pair of xmas slippers that was too small as a present. HOWEVER, when we initially approached a member of staff, she was reluctant and said we could not exchange without a receipt. Explained that it was a present from my sister in law for my wife who lived over 300 miles away. AND ONLY AGREED TO CALL A MANAGER WHEN WE SAID WE WANTED TO COMPLAIN!! BUT, due to Chris's great service, my wife paid extra for a more expensive pair of slippers and bought additional items. Lesson to be leant, have an open mind and compromise rather than shut down a customer on initial contact!! My wife I are ONLY giving the 5 star review because of Chris, otherwise it would be a 1.

It's cheap and the clothes last for ever. I love it. Just visiting to see the new designs of t-shirt prints. Anyhoo. I got a pair of jeans from their for £8 and they are surprisingly good quality. Great fun visiting there, and I always leave with a new belt or ankle socks.

Great store, great prices and friendly staff. Right in the centre of Carlisle, the store is bright, modern and easily accessible. Went here on the off chance left with a bag full of clothes 😂

Great place for cheap fashion. Queues might look long but they go down quick. Staff do their job and no more really. Gets really busy at peak times.

Shopped for presents. So pleased they have height sizes in metric on their children's clothing, made the task much simpler. Nice one Primark.

Helpful staff. Very limited stock of safe mens slippers. Most had no backs in very bad design from a safety angle.

One of best clothing store for budget shopping. Don’t expect high brand quality, but we get the quality what we paid. If you are brand conscious then primark is a good option. Most of the products are from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. There are also some cheap china made t-shirts , it looks good but it sweats a lot and after a wash it shrinks litterly.

Primark has lots of choice, prices have risen, so not as many bargains as in past times. But always worth a visit

The management of this shop is ridiculous. The shop works until 6pm but the fitting rooms close at 5pm! Wasted my time to choose clothes just to find out I can’t try them on anyways, no signs around the shop that the fitting rooms are closed, found out only when got to actually try them on. Just close the shop all together rather than wasting customers time!

Great value but ranges can sell through common sizes quite quick so buy something you like when you see it!

Always clean and tidy and staff are friendly. I always try to fold items after I've looked at them....never succeed. I tried....that's the main thing. Sorry guys. Prices I've noticed have gone up loads on pj sets....£30! I would expect a naughty silky set at M&S for that price...not Primani.lol

Problems with ill fitting clothers that rip easy.. when worn Make up cosmetics problems with allergies with lip liner and lip gloss .. eye shadows. Most clothers are value for money, in a variety of striking colours and small to large sizes .. Doesn't seem to cater for the XL or XXL Sizes .. I find nightwear is made well and comfy although some quite expensive at £15 for Disney ones . Other night wear is cheaper, and love the vest tops in different colours.. And again bra's and underwear seems to cater for small to large sizes..
