Look,
I’ve
worked
in
the
service
industry
for
ten
years.
With
that
said,
my
wife
and
I
came
in
tonight
at
8:55.
The
kid
at
the
counter
said,
“We’re
closed.”
I
said,
“It’s
8:55.
My
wife
just
has
to
use
the
bathroom.”
Before
I
could
finish
my
sentence,
he
cuts
me
off
and
says,
“I
just
cleaned
it.
I
don’t
wanna
have
to
clean
it
again.”
I’m
like,
“Bro,
so
you’re
really
gonna
treat
a
person,
inhumanely,
because
it
inconveniences
you
to
have
to
clean
the
bathroom
again?”
Anyway,
that’s
not
okay.
I
don’t
like
to
bring
up
the
personal
side
of
this,
but
she
did
end
up
having
a
bowel
movement
on
herself.
So,
let
me
make
this
clear,
if
you’re
completely
closed,
lock
your
door.
But,
if
it’s
8:55
and
you
close
at
9,
you
technically
cannot
close.
If
someone
approaches
your
restaurant
during
that
time,
you’re
obligated
to
let
them
in
unless
they
cause
a
disturbance.
With
that
said,
you
do
have
the
right
to
refuse
service
to
anyone.
In
this
case,
because
you
didn’t
wanna
clean
a
bathroom,
my
wife
faces
problems
of
incontinence,
and
loses
her
dignity.
I’m
definitely
going
to
have
to
write
corporate.
This
is
sad
that
your
management
doesn’t
preach
a
better
customer
service,
empathetic
mentality.
