He patiently sat with us for 3 hours to explain in details everything we need to know about purchasing a diamond without pressuring us to buy anything! He was able to custom make my fiancée’s ring and make a dream a reality. The amazing service and outstanding work kept us coming back for more! We then purchased our wedding bands, birthday gifts and had many jewellery repaired with Noam. He was always inquiring if the repair was correct, if resizing is necessary and if we like the item! The quality of the jewellery, his honesty, caring, availability and professionalism definitely keeps us going back! Stumbled upon Redmond Diamond Center, and had to go inside and take a look. We were so impressed with their knowledge and friendliness. I fell in love with a pair of Diamond studs earrings, and went back the next day to purchase them. Noam went out of his way to make sure the backs were switched out and had an appraisal done also.
