This gym is small and over crowded...for the same price you can go to choose and have a better selection of equipment...NO classes and customer service is rude... So I found out they keep a writen record of you...if you ever complain about anything Bill, other customers, broken equipment etc...they write it down and goes in a permanent record.

The gym isn't bad and the night staff is awesome but their computer has been having glitches and charging me for things I shouldn't have been charged for and I have been double charged but this planet fitness absolutely refuses to give a refund. I'm not the only one this has happened to and I've tried contacting regional managers, the owners of the club and have had no responded. I've even contacted news channels. This gym is thievery. But the night shift people are nice.

This place is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. There’s only one free weight area with about 6 benches. There’s 3 Smith Machines, 2 Cable Machines in the main area and at least 2 of everything as far as machines go for upper and lower body. A lot of Cardio machines, and AB machines. They have pretty much anything you could need for a good workout. I have had to get creative at times but there’s plenty of space to do so. I feel comfortable to workout freely. I have seen a few meatheads but they mind the rules. Which I enjoy. Over all good clean place!

Broken shower heads horribly dirty, massage chair for members black card occupied by drunk people who just sleep there. At the front disks a person who has no control over the situation. The worst fitness gym I have ever been to.

Too many pieces of equipment out of order. And I feel deceived by the "No contract" marketing pitch just to find out I'll be charged an annual fee equivalent to 5 months of my "No Contract" plan. If I don't pay the fee, I can't use the gym.

Very clean. I appreciate that. Not all Planet Fitness facilities keep up this level of cleanliness. Friendly staff.

Brand new gym, nice equipment, spread out so it's not so crowded, one of the best planet fitness I've been to. Only bad thing is if a machine is down it takes a month to get it repaired

The equipment is easy to use, I've already seen results, and the staff is so friendly and helpful, they've answered any questions I've had about the facilities, and it's just nice to go here. Very clean too!
