Black mold in the older units, laundry amenities always broken, undesirable neighbors, don't expect anything from the unprofessional manager. Cockroaches infestation. Management is always changing without notice, and are never in the office. -updated 7/2019

Terrible maintenance, terrible managin, roach infestations, rats. The property manager goes out ewof her way to slap tow stickers on everyone’s car when she wakes up in a bad mood. Put a tenant parking sign in a no parking space to make people think it’s ok to park there, let it sit there for months, then moved it as soon as the morning started and tried to get my car towed for parking there. This lady plays games, has an attitude problem. Plus utilities and rent is getting higher randomly when these apartments are getting less and less livable. Do not live here, I promise you will understand what I mean Update: Just got 30 notice for leaving a bad review and blocked me from leaving anymore reviews. Petty manager, do not live here

I've lived here four years and have changed managers every year. theses Apartments are to expensive and every manger has been worst then the last. Hopefully this new manager will be better but not holding my breath. Tentents aren't to bad except for lazy people who leave there garbage by garbage bin instead of throwing it inside which happens every day the pool sucks ass they dump the dirty water out but don't clean bottom of pool so when the fill it there's dirt all in the pool stupid ass people

DONT MOVE IN THESE DUMPS!!! This has been the worst place I have ever lived in. My unit is infested with roaches and black widows for the whole 3 years I’ve lived here. The manager natalya hasn’t done enough to get rid of either. The first few months I would get sprayed here and there, with the pest control not being reliable. I emptied my kitchen cabinets April of 2021 and haven’t put anything back in them and the roaches have went to the rest of the apt, I’m also not able to buy food that’s how bad they’ve gotten and there’s kids in the house. The past few months when they’ve came to spray, the whole house was sick even got a Covid test, today I get a 30 day notice to move for not letting them enter my apt 4 times. She’s been putting parking notices on my cars and my cars only for random things, worst one was due to not having a bumper (looks) when there have been a lot of foreigners with wrecked vehicles without getting notices.

#1 (most importantly) the COCKROACHES ARE OFF THE HOOK IN SOME UNITS! the office lies about them, but ur taking a 50/50 chance with being infested to the point that its all i can think about when im inside because i have to look around before i walk in every room because theyre everywhere and its only getting worse.(ill be posting pics and videos) and were cleaner than most people.every day my cats water gets a few drowned roaches floating around in his bowl :( #2 Ridicilously overpriced(and misleading about the cost of rent online, they advertise rent online thats half of what it actually id. #3 THE PARKING IS THE WORST IVE SEEN. #4THE POOL! =(...we used to love the pool here, especially in the summer heat but (mind u im far from racist) but there are a lot of foreigners here, about 9:1 , theyre very sweet and ideal neighbors apart from two years ago one family WASHED THEIR RUGS IN THE POOL 😮 & now the pools shut down for good.(check back ill post pics because the pool hasnt been sanitized nor cleaned once since then) #5 they changed the entire complex to a non smoking complex too 🙄 #6 they wont allow us to lock a bicycle up outside as they claimed it was an "eye sore".that goes for any chairs on our front porch aswell.

Honestly this place was nice but the bugs are bad thier is black mold growing in units and when ever you make a complaint to the city the apartment complex management start to target you they have been leaving me alone pretty much but I have made multiple requests for things to be fixed and repaired because my unit is not in any good or safe living conditions I don’t recommend this place unless you like bugs and mold and your unit to be in non safe living conditions feel free I will be making more complaints to the city untill they fix my unit and control the rodent and insects infestation once my unit it fixed they would have rent but I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here it’s that bad. I left some photos for example on what I’m talking about as well.

New management is on top of things. Cleaned up the place. Very responsive to the tenants. Work ordered addressed promptly. Location is great. Love living here. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for an apartment.

Lived there until 2014. The only nice apartments are in the back/east side. The sun burns into the front all day. Downstairs neighbors complain about walking because ceilings creek. Some upgrades; ask for new carpet or no carpet (those are redone). Had my dog attacked there because someone didn't have theirs on a lead. Otherwise, nice pool, okay atmosphere, and close to shopping/bus.
