We came here when visiting family. The food is fairly fresh and well prepared, but it is a little over the top. We ordered their version of a Tommy burger (chili cheese) and it was really good. We also ordered their copy of In n Out animal style fries...skip it unless you love eating gobs of thousand island dressing. The garlic fries aren’t simply seasoned with garlic, they are bathed in it. Seems like most people love it, but it was more extreme than I expected in terms of flavor delivery.

This is my BF favorite place... I enjoyed a nice crisp Chilli cheese dog and it was delicious... the onion rings were well cooked but no flavor .. no salt... nothing... I enjoy eating here even though it's hit or miss sometimes...

It’s been a family favorite for years for a quick dinner. Just the right balance of price and being better than other quick options to make it a no brainer choice a lot of nights. I’m here now picking up food for my own family now so I guess you could say it’s now been loved for generations! They did an update to give it a cozier feel, upgraded the alcohol selection and have some fun games like bocce to make it even better spot to stop and hang out for any group.

This place is one of my favorite local classic burger joints. They have a large variety, if you’re looking for a tasty burger and my favorite fried zucchini, this is the spot. They can get a little busy on the weekend, but this place never disappoints.

This is an awesome place to grab a burger. Delicious food. Wonderful service and fast turnaround. The place had burger shack with modern class vibes. With the rolled stell wall panels and ceiling. Along with clean wood accents throughout the place. Simply put, it's a great place for delicious burgers and fries.

The place was clean when we entered. The staff counter help was efficient but not friendly. Didn't respond to either time I attempted to strike up a chat about the restaurant. We were the only people at the counter and there was nobody behind us. The food came out pretty quickly and it looked fantastic. We got the Chili Dog, Cheese Burger with Pastrami, French Fries, and drinks. The chili dog and the pastrami burger were delicious.

I ordered from DoorDash. The keto selection is almost nonexistent, but they were willing to lettuce wrap and take the sauce off! A burger as near as good as in n out, but bigger with doneness options! Affordable! Thank you for the meal!

The Burger was almost identical to In and Out. Was expecting a higher quality. The zoo fries were tossed. Way to much sauce.

Only passed by this place at first, but when I asked the missus what she wanted for lunch, she said we should try it out. Really enjoyed the shake and fries. Simple menu. Outside dining. Kind and quick service.

Food is overpriced cost $55 for 3 people to get a cheeseburger/fry worse than in n out. They served me cold fox fries with a cold slab of cheese on top. Had to ask for new ones where they reheated the same French fries. Staff was rude to my wife when she asked for a side of sauce. When I confronted management they made no sign of correcting their employee. I didn’t hate the food and was giving this place a chance. Have come here about 3 times in the last couple months. I am done after this last experience. Looking at the reviews this isn’t an isolated experience. Hirer managers that will correct your rude staff and do better. Serving cold zoo fries just proves you are an overpriced version of in n out with bad service. Avoid at all costs if you don’t like wasting money and time.

Got a chili burger, o rings, and oreo cookie shake. The o rings and shake was delicious. The chili on the burger was pretty greasy and bland.

Willie's is a good place for a burger just about anyway you want it. The HUGE Cheesy Bad Boy filled my s/I to the brim. Their French fries are not so good. Our order was soggy and barely warm. I won't order a large fry anymore! But, the star was the chocolate malt! Thick, rich and delicious are the adjectives that come to mind! The large schools of malt really brought out that flavor that so many restaurants lack. I thought it was awfully small for $5+, but after we both attempted to get that malt up the straw, it was plenty big enough! The hamburgers are juicy, cooked well and the condiments were fresh and ripe. Nothing I dislike more than a beautiful burger on a great bun with limp lettuce or green tomatoes. Not at Willie's! So the next time you're at Arden and Fair Oaks, pull in and grab a burger or a hot dog or tamales (yes tamales). Enjoy!

I’m not one to leave a review unless something is really good, or really bad. Unfortunately this is not a good view. I am bummed because my husband and I wanted to love it. We live 2 miles away and have driven by many times and have said we need to give Willie’s a try. Tonight we did and left very disappointed. Upon walking inside i loved the decor and the menu seemed promising. I was excited to see they had our favorite hard cider too. We ordered a double cheese burger, chicken sandwich, garlic fries, and fried zucchini. All of which sounded delicious. The food took quite awhile to be prepared, about 25 minutes. The fries were soggy with zero garlic on them. The fried zucchini were sliced paper thin with way too much greasy breading and had a heaping pile of garlic on top (which was meant to be on the fries). The burger was soggy and had zero flavor. The chicken sandwich was bland, had wilted lettuce and way too much thickly sliced onion. Honestly it was some of the worst food we have ever had. You could tell that zero effort was put into the cooking. I was prepared to ask for a refund or for at least for the fries and zucchini to be remade but after waiting over 10 minutes for ketchup and ranch when we asked, I felt like asking for a refund was not worth the hassle, plus the staff did not seem like they were very with it. Complete waste of $55. We really were hoping to find a great local spot but unfortunately Willie’s is not it. We will never be returning.

Always an excellent cheeseburger, made cleanly, very polite staff, and freshly made and far faster than in n out. This is now our night spot. Great staff who really care. I love this place.

First time here, was greeted at the door by very friendly staff. Ordered a Hammer 4 - As lettuce wrap with avocado. Food came out fast and hot. Tasted good but patties were a little on the thin side, next time will try three patties. Place was clean and wifi password was printed on receipt!

The service was great, but maybe I just got the wrong meal. I tried the chili burger (single), and honestly, it was very underwhelming. I thought it was going to be an awesome burger, but maybe it just wasn't for me? I'll give them another shot when I'm in the area and grab a regular burger and update my review then. Other than that, it wasn't slammed, the food came out in very good time, and the fact they had Seltzer and local beer was nice 👌

This place has one of the best garlic fries around this area. This spot tends to be a local high school hang out when school is in session. The burgers are just as great here. Best time to grab something is at lunch time or after 5pm to miss the high school traffic.

Filthiest bathroom ever. Stuff stored in the corner. Portion size sweet potatoes miniscule. Staff busting to manage influx. Kudos to them❤️

The place looks run down. There is water seeping through the roof! The garlic chicken sandwich was presentable but the taste was not good too much mayo. Dirty tables.

If you're craving In-N-Out but want something better, come on down to Willie's. Grab a napkin, you're gonna need it!

Given this place plenty of chances but the burgers and fries do not impress me. I can’t help but notice how the burgers tend to taste very similar to in-n-out. Which is not a bad comparison but I could go get the same thing from in-n-out for a lower price. The shakes are amazing though and the only reason I will be coming back.

Lots of flashy lights clean place but my burger bun tasted like a cheap rainbow bread bun. So lightweight. And didn't have any juicy dripping goodness I expect from a burger in America. What a shame. I was disappointed in only the food. My beer was perfect icy cold IPA in a frosty Glass. That's nice. I will try em once more with extra care in what I order.

Willie's have professional experience and great costumer service. And the burgers are excellent. Hot when you get them. People don't understand when you get hot food that's the way it should be. If you what a great burgers. I recommend Willie's on Arden
