I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Raymond for many years. I feel very comfortable with her scope of knowledge. She is unpretentious and compassionate. I would highly recommend her to any pet owner.

Being on a limited budget, I was dreading the cost of a checkup. These people offered me a very reasonable price,. Gave me free eye meds, and we (Angel dog) are getting spayed gratis! I cant say enough how much we appreciate them. I highly recommend this veterinary. Big Thank you to the Dr. And staff.

One of the Best vet clinic. I’m super picky and they are pretty amazing!! So that means they exceed my expectations!!! So kind, respectful, affordable and knowledgeable. They won’t take things Lightly if something is wrong with your pet.

Just so grateful for Dr Raymond and the staff there at Blue Cross. We transferred from a different hospital because they were very overpriced for the services at the suggestion of some friends of ours, and I am so glad for the thoroughness and detail oriented care given by Dr Raymond. She got up to speed on my dog's health and recommended a good course of action. Further the dental cleaning was less aggressive than the other pet hospital had recommended and his teeth look amazing! I will definitely be coming back here

Called to check on payment options. Asked about CARE CREDIT. In answer, the receptionist said it has to have a VISA logo on it. So........... No..... They don't take CARE CREDIT. Response from the owner 3 hours ago Jason sorry for not taking CareCredit. Their system is very expensive. Most clinics that take Care Credit are forced to increase their prices. We have some of the lowest pricing in Sacramento because we will not take CareCredit. Best of luck to you and your pet going forward! MRaymond owner BCPH EDIT: In response to the "Very expensive" comment in regards to Care Credit. Care Credit does not set the prices for your practice. They allow me to pay over time for healthcare services. They have absolutely NOTHING to do with setting your prices. To further prove this point; I just affordably had my puppy's surgery performed and paid with Care Credit at one vet when at another vet that same surgery would have been almost three times the cost. Something I was calling your practice about, but, you don't even accept Care Credit as a form of payment. Your loss, I guess. My puppy is alive and doing well, now, though, thankfully. So, at least we can be thankful that other veterinary practice here in Carmichael Area are a little more knowledgeable.

Love this place! Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Our little Peanut just had surgery to remove kidney stones. They took such great care of her! Really going above and beyond to keep her comfortable and pain free. Very thankful!

I will never take my dogs to another office. This team goes above and beyond every single time. They have been so wonderful with making accommodations for my reactive border collie, including taking the time to gain his trust for care. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Great vets, great techs...can't ask fot better than that!

We have taken several pet here, and they always do great. Recently, we took "Prada" our 100Lb Carne Corrso for a cherry eye procedure. The anxiety over the procedure was high, but the staff is so attentive and caring that we knew she was in good hands.

For over 25 years, I have called Blue Cross Pet Hospital to always hear a sympathetic concerned voice on the phone. They treat me and my dog Bella like a family member. Bella was seen the same day and is feeling much better today.

Blue Cross Pet Hospital is super! The waiting room is pleasant, and they got us into a room quickly. Dr. Raymond did a thorough exam and answered all my questions.

We adopted our Lil Penny from there. Been years now. She is such a Blessing.

The amazing doctors and the staff have been caring for my family pets for over 20 years. When I lost my best friend Skippy, I was too devastated to drive so the staff drove me home. I would not take any animal to any other veterinary facility. Blessings to them all!!

I have four dogs, they love our dogs. Tanner, our biggest fur baby actually likes going there to see his other people. The best place you can take your animals they are kind and caring and our animals love them and we love them for making sure my fur babies are good to run and play to their little hearts out. My dogs are healthy and happy thanks to them. Thank you for all of your time and work to them there.

Dr.Berge always Nani with tender loving care . This time she came to the truck to see Nani because it’s to hard for my dog to get out of the vehicle . I really appreciated that the doctor did that . It made my visit so much less stressful.

I appreciated the time time that Dr. Vasquez spent with me going over Patty Cake's previous paperwork and history and her instructions and advice on how to best go forward in keeping Patty Cake as healthy as possible. I, also, appreciated the demonstration by the technicians on how to clean Patty Cake's ear. That "live" demonstration was worth a thousand words. I appreciated the help out to my car with my bags and the evening phone call telling me the results of the heartworm test. All in all, my first visit with Patty Cake at Blue Cross Pet Hospital was 5 stars. It got Patty Cake off to a good start (with her newly clipped nails). Thank you! Susanne Williams
