Came for a family wedding here in September 2019 and stayed for 3 nights.The staff have been very friendly, helpful and attentive and the food and wine was excellent. The scenery was amazing and the pool area was lovely. Being the countryside in summer, mosquitos were a problem, so would advise bringing anti-repelent sprays and plug-ins. Would definitely recommend this venue for a wedding and would love to come back again for another stay.

We joined family and friends for our nephew's wedding at La Borriana. Wow!! Fantastic place, rooms were comfy and homely, food is amazing as are the views. Even the local mayor turned up at the wedding and gave a lovely speech. Many thanks to the owners and the staff team, you were just fantastic and made us so welcome. You must try their wine!

We had our wedding here the 13.th of July. And a more cooperative and friendly staff is hard to find! Everyone is friendly and want to make the best out of your stay. There’s a smile on everyone’s faces. The rooms are rustic farmhouse rooms and the beds are good. There’s no air condition but if you do like the locals (shut the windows at daytime and leave the fan close to the window at night) you will have no problem sleeping. And it’s Tuscany! The restaurant and their staff really does an amazing job using local ingredients according to the season. They also produce their own selection of cured ham and salami. The pasta is amazing and the tagliata is the best one I’ve ever had. This combined with the in house produced wine makes it a super nice meal, lunch or dinner. The Borriana is situated for nice explorations in the nearby Tuscan hills. So: Staff - great Rooms - great Restaurant - great Their own wine - great The pool - great If you don’t like your stay at La Borriana then there is something seriously wrong with you!

Amazing location, great hosts and accommodation. The Food and vine on the farm is outstanding. Didn't want to leave after our holiday and can't wait to visit again.

Incredible wine tasting experience. My mother who was visiting is a vegetarian, the chef made her a dedicated plate of bruschetta and snacks and a special pasta for lunch! Alessandro (the owner) was the best host, he sat with us, explained all the wines, had a casual conversation while drinking with us followed by a personal tour of the vineyard and wine cellar. I knew it would be good but I didn’t know it would be this good, experience exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend visiting here for a wine tasting, lunch or agriturismo stay! I will definitely be back with all friends and family who come to visit us!

An incredible place with amazing views. The food and wine were outstanding, as was the service. Mostly Italian guests, they don't speak fluent English but communication works well anyway. There is a bus stop 1.4 km away but would recommend taking a taxi or car to the accommodation as it is very steep slopes. The wine they produce is very good and the food if possible even better. Breakfast as you would expect, nothing to complain about. The pool is the perfect temperature to cool down as the property unfortunately has no AC. The rooms were beautiful. Would definitely go back!

Absolutely gorgeous stay with a beautiful hiking trail nearby and a perfect pool to cool off after.

Beautifully set in the landscape with an infinity pool with enough lounge chairs and also shade. The restaurant is tasty and fair prices and very nice and many local wine choices. Aperol and Café also very tasty. Mostly non-English speaking personell but with a bit of effort on both sides it works. Our 3 person room is nice. Light flooded at day and thanks to blinds nicely dark at night. The mosquito nets installed in the windows are a huge plus. No AC but in September fine. Smal bathroom but everything super tidy. The shower would be a bit small for bigger people but it’s absolutely all right. Nice hard bed. Even a desk and a little fridge included. The breakfast choice was quite a lot compared to Italian normal and fair with 8€pP. Easy 40min drive from Florence, roads absolutely doable only last 200m are not a real road but no problem even with small car. Apparently good for celebrations also, they decorate nicely. But not well organized when it gets hectic, so bring some waiting time ;) and just enjoy the very nice views and charming overall impression.

The rooms are big and have everything you need. The bed was very comfortable too. The pool area is fantastic with beautiful views over the valley.
