The floor was so dirty when you walked your shoes stuck to the floor. The bathroom was so nasty!! I really thought I was going to throw up after I ate my food & saw the employees use that bathroom & cooked my food. Will never go back. Just dirty & nasty

Arrived at 11:40pm on 10/12/2023 and they told me only fried items. Why are you open till 12am??? I asked her why cant they make cheeseburgers she said they need 10min to clean. I said it's 11:40pm. Not sure who owns this castle but your idiot workers are refusing customers and taking money out of your pocket. these are the same workers that want $15 hour wages lol for what. Lazy workers

The ladies working drive-thru last night were fantastic. Even though a lot of fast food places are short staffed and wait times are longer, they were very nice and got the order perfect. Hard workers. :)

Eaten here a few times in that last month. I don't know if this is a side effect of lockdowns, but they make it really clear they don't want you inside the restaurant. The crew looks at you as an inconveniece, or walks past you multiple times, Floors are sticky, the restaurant is generally just not clean, and no offer of a tray for dine in. Getting ketchup or sauce is like pulling teeth. They either only give you one packet, or ignore you completely.

Well.... it's White Castle! Seemed like a good idea but the aftermath is brutal. Thank goodness I have a dog to blame.

Absolutely filthy. I don't even know how this restaurant passes the health code inspections. The food isn't great. It's all Indian people managing this location and working here so that will explain a lot. They skimp on filling the French fry box. I clearly ordered a drink but the cashier missed entering it on the register. When I got my order and asked about my drink, the cashier claimed I didn't order a drink and decided to just argue with me instead of just giving me a drink cup to get me on my way. I went ahead and paid for a drink after the fact; however, good fast food managers will just give the drink to let the customer on his/her way. I honestly don't know how this location is still open seeing how disgusting the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms are. There's even a sign on the door from the fire department stating the sprinkler system non-functional. The sprinkler system hasn't been functioning here for over a year now and the franchisee hasn't done anything to resolve the issue. I don't know why I even ordered food here today. Hate to say it, this location needs to be shut down for good or at least get a new owner/franchisee.

Came here late at night to try out some white castle, and was not disappointed! The drive thru was nice and fast and the food itself was pretty good for the price. I definitely enjoyed my time and the food there, and I’d definitely come back when i’m back in Illinois.

By far the best White Castle location I've been to. The woman who took my order at the drive-thru was very nice and helped me out with the coupons I was redeeming and patiently ran through what my options were. I pulled up to the window to pay, and she was all smiles. I had a fairly large order, so it took a bit to get it cooked and bagged, but I didn't mind. Once I got home, the sliders and fries were still steaming. Hands down the best sliders I've ever eaten from any White Castle. Great freshly made food and friendly service.

I want to start by saying we love White Castle food. We're from the city and grew up on this stuff. But, this location has gone down hill. I waited to write this review until we had tried it twice in a row with consistent horrible service. We went around 7 pm so not a rush dinner time and waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru for dinner. Then the order was wrong. Our food was not hot, perhaps luke warm at best. Last time we went was the exact same thing! We spent $33 for two people!!! We could have had Five Guys or even Chili's for that price. Super disappointed.

Food was okay. Dinning room closed kinda early. I was forced to sit inside my truck and eat. Overall cool spot at least they were friendly. They opened the door so that I could pick up my order.

The food tasted good. Same ol white castle you'd expect. The interior was a mess though. No napkins in the dispenser, no straws, minimal lids, and sparse condiments. I'd probably just recommend using the drive thru.

Absolutely ridiculous experience. Spent an hour in the drive thru with only 5 cars ahead of us. The last truck we were behind took an half hour to get his food alone. Looking in the restaurant and at the drive thru, there were not nearly enough people for the wait to be this long. Will definitely not be back to this location. Absolutely outrageous.

Went through the drive through and realized that I left my wallet in my desk. The manager compted my purchased and asked that I pay the next I stop. This doesn't happen any more. What a thoughtful person. I will be stopping in there tomorrow to settle my bill and will sending a note to corporate to let them know that they have some exceptional people working there.

It's White Castle, what do you expect? Burgers of the drunken gods. Amazing food just don't fly on a plane the next day.

This location should NOT offer Doordash. As a dasher, I arrived, let them know I was there for a pickup... I stood there watching customers who came in after me get their orders and leave for 25 minutes BEFORE they even STARTED the order. After 30 min total I finally left with the order. No apologies... nothing. The order was not a large one. This whole experience cost me an inordinant amount of TIME and MONEY. Nevermind their actual customer who ordered from them in the 1st place. I have waited 10-15 min there before, but today was absolutely absurd. Check my other Google reviews... I never leave bad reviews but this is strongly deserved. I will be refusing orders to be picked up from there from here on in and encourage other food deliverers to do the same. They are incapable of accommodating the service.

My first time here and everything was great. Folks were friendly and food was delicious. Thank you, I will be back when I'm in the area again.

Fast and fresh food no complaints nice staff ! Sad to see two close down this year ! But this location is still thriving!

I specifically asked for my two double cheeseburgers and chicken rings to be fresh. Yet they still gave me old burgers

Pretty long line at 11:00 at night for sliders. But White castle is still a tasty treat every now and then.

Good food, go the often when picking up load in town, would have give 5 if the employees were greeting with at least a smile

The dining area was closed so you had to use drive-thru must have waited 20 to 25 minutes. Do not know why we waited that long for White Castle the burgers were the usual terrible but we stop once a year just because.

Had to wait in a 20min drive through line for a take out order, since they decided to close the doors and not change the status on the app. Food good, 20min for what Was hot and ready is stupid

Never coming her again ordered online and was supposed to pick up at 6:15. I get in drive through at that time and wait for another 15 minutes. Then when I get there my order isn’t even ready and they start making it. I wait another 10 minutes for it to come out. I was late for my thing I had to go to. Never coming here again

Disgusting..... Will not go back to any of the white castles . Not only was our food luke warm the fries were soggie and limp the sliders were cold. Very disappointed because I wanted my boyfriend to enjoy the 1st time he went and tried them and he will not try them again. I don't recommend unless your drunk and even then I probley wouldn't!!

Wow! Ok, it's White Castles, so you're not here for the ambience, you're here to satisfy a craving. These employees were great. The sign at the drive-thru said "closed", but they were taking everyone in line, and the kept growing. Thank you.

I was charged incorrectly because I was given the wrong order. I asked for the chicken ring combo, a number 5. This is why I usually order in the app. I only ordered at the restaurant for the cheese stick coupon. I want a refund for the sliders I was given. I should have received 6 chicken rings instead.

No! Lettuce nor tomatoes for the 1921 hamburger. Disappointed, a significant loss for a signature staple known has the hamburger. Additionally, there's a change in their vendors with substitute German brown mustard .Even with two packages per each slider there was no taste ,flavor that would allow the onions & meat to be complemented. Those two negative's would suggest think twice about this over 100 years old establishment. 😳
