Went
here
for
my
first
routine
cleaning
as
a
new
patient
having
just
moved
to
the
area
from
another
suburb.
They
did
a
4D
Scan
and
said
I
had
3
"new"
cavities.
I
thought
he
was
going
to
cleanup
my
existing
fillings
not
create
3
new
fillings.
So,
when
I
went
back
a
month
later
and
heard
him
correctly
I
said,
"I
don't
think
I
have
3
cavities".
The
dentist
was
very
hesitant
to
show
me
my
scan
which
doesn't
really
zoom
in
so
you
can
see
the
full
effect
of
each
individual
tooth.
He
didn't
take
close
ups
or
any
colored
photos
just
a
scan
model
of
my
whole
mouth.
I
left
for
a
second
opinion.
About
two
weeks
later
I
get
a
letter
saying
the
trust
between
patient
and
dentist
has
been
broken
so
he
removed
me
as
a
patient
for
good.
Just
had
my
next
routine
cleaning
at
another
place
(2nd
opinion).
After
their
array
of
new
full
x-rays,
zoomed
in
colored
photos
of
each
back
tooth,
my
new
dentist
said,
"no
cavities".
I
just
need
a
deep
cleaning
b/c
of
deep
grooves
and
gum
pockets,
and
my
current
fillings
are
fine.
So
new
patients
beware
of
Randall
Oaks
Dental,
and
don't
be
afraid
to
question
any
dentist
on
your
oral
health
especially
when
you
know
you
brush
2x
a
day
with
an
Oral-B
electric
brush,
use
Sensodyne
toothpaste
and
don't
eat/drink
as
many
sweets
anymore.
Good
luck
new
patients.
He
basically
wanted
to
create
3
new
unnecessary
holes
and
fillings
in
my
teeth.
