I highly recommend ATI in Carpentersville. The therapy team works well together. Everyone treats you with kindness and respect. I mainly worked with physical therapist Scott, but occasionally I had Jordan and Natalie and they were all great. Scott was excellent! He listened well, changed my plan as needed, was personable, encouraging, competent, caring and helped me progress after 2 surgeries. If I need PT again I would definitely go back there.

This location is comfortable and welcoming. I believe they care about your progress and work with you to get you back to better than before. The therapists are knowledgeable and able to answer questions.

ATI is a wonderful place for physical therapy. The staff is amazing, and genuinely care about getting you back to your best. They do a great job of targeting the problem and are very specific in how they treat each individual. Overall, my experience with ATI has been nothing short of great! I would absolutely recommend ATI to anyone who needs physical therapy.

Scott, Jordan, and Natalie were great with my PT for my foot issues. All were very knowledgeable and willing to work with me and my schedule. I can’t say enough good things about my experience here or how grateful I am for the work they did. I’m back to my activities and living without pain. Thank you all!

The staff at ATI were great! I had a hip injury and the pt's were very helpful, friendly, and explained everything to me. Scott and Jordan did an amazing job helping me be pain free!

The employees at ATI in Carpentersville are very professional and I enjoyed working with all of them. Scott was my main therapist but I was also helped by Jordan, Natalie and Echo, all very nice people! I’ve come a long way with my shoulder since I walked in their facility in Oct. grateful for their expertise!

Place is fantastic, the PT’s are friendly, caring, and charismatic. Overall, a great place to enter the healing and recovery process.
