It was somewhat busy when we got here and only one employee was working. She was nice and reassured us that she would be with us soon! Clean. Everything is spaced apart. Relatively quick and easy. Bonus: they do rapid and PCR!

Other times has been great. The lady working today had a terrible attitude and would not assist anyone with their questions. They posted a tiny little sign on the door outside and she continued to say "read the sign" instead of helping people. She also talked to another employee the whole time about how she will not help people who dont read the sign. She talked very poorly and had just an overall negative and unprofessional attitude. Other than her, this was an easy place to get tested.

Stacy was very helpful in the testing process. She answered all of my questions and walked me through the registration and testing administration process. This was very quick and easy. Much appreciated!!

Didn't receive my rapid tests. Had to call in and then when I did, they had the wrong date on test making it invalid. Never received my PCR test -even after multiple calls- and standard turn-around is 72 hours when new requirements are within 24-48 hours (Dec 6 2021) for many locations and MAX is 72 hours making precise timing critical with no room for error. In the end, a complete waste of time. I needed to do at the Airport who turned it around in 1 hour but cost $200 some dollars. Staff however was very nice although not informed on the latest policies which although changing all the time really shouldn't be that difficult. This is a problem at a bigger level. If me -not in the business- can take a few hours to read up on the latest why is it so hard to have a point office in 2021 who would stay on top and disseminate the information to all testing facilities??? 10 people could easily daily cover the 193-220 some countries depending on how you count.

I was in today and though it was busy they did have a good system. Surprised to see only one person working but what I did not like was we were no more than 3 ft apart and the worker was calling out each persons result. I work in healthcare and I don’t find this to be appropriate since what if you test positive? That’s your personal health information. I feel that will set panic in the rest of the room. Currently, besides the worker, there are over 20 people in this small space.
