I had the worst experience ever with McDonald's Carpi. The girl at the entrance called some Andrea. Treated us very badly shouted at the face for changing the table infront of nearly 30 people sitting and having lunch. Should've just made small request or told us politely rather than shouting from 20 meters away. Never again. I've made my complaints with mcdonalds. Hope they take necessary action.

Eating there in peace after a long work day isn‘t possible. How can it be that the staff there is downgrading to other workers? Hearing slurs and insults isn‘t the thing one looks forward to. Wish I could give zero stars, never going here again.

In this specific McDonald's, they don't really know what the concept is about probably. Fast food doesn't equal waiting for your food for 20 minutes after you ordered and paid. Then they give you incomplete order and once you start eating it, you realize it's cold already.... Probably the worst McDonald's I have ever been in.

Typical McDonald's but with two exceptions: Glorious coffee and some of the most helpful cheerful staff you can ever encounter.

It’s a McDonald’s, no separate Mccaffee but they do have one.
