    One star because I can’t give negative. I placed an order on the app at 20:30, and just like this website, it says they close at 23:00. The app took my order and charged my card for the meals. When I arrived, the dining room was closed. They closed at 20:00. I managed to find some employees inside and got them to the drive up window. I was informed that they were closed and had been for 40 minutes. When I mentioned the app had charged me for the meal and showed them open for another couple hours, the person I spoke to stated that he could comp me food at another time or I would have to deal with my bank to get reimbursed. This is totally unacceptable. I have waited to see if the website had been updated but despite my bringing it to the store’s and corporate attention, nothing has changed. Bye bye arby’s.

    terrible attention, 20 minutes of waiting in a line of three cars, arriving at the window, 4 minutes later they give you your order without asking what you need, they want to give you the drink they want, and without giving an explanation why "No" they have their new Burger, they only put a sticker out of order, incredible, I do not return.

    I placed an order on the Arby's mobile app for 2 meals and was prompted that my order would be ready at 11:56am. After getting to Arby's at the prescribed time, the door swere locked and we were instructed to use the drive through. Upon getting to the drive through window at 12:00pm, we were informed that they had not yet received our mobile order, but if we parked and waited, it would be brought to us when it was ready. After waiting 14 minutes, I walked up to the drive through window and asked if they had an eta on our order. I was then told that it had been ready, and we needed to drive around and wait in line again.. it is now 12:23, 27 minutes after our expected pickup time and we've just gotten our meals... and to top it off. They left out our Arby's Sauce. That aside, she was pleasant when finally handing us our drinks, and Arby's food is always good.

    Look me and my wife went here couple days ago that way out of Turkey that's all my wife wanted was this turkey sandwich then they were out of barbecue sauce and also out of curly fries the inventory manager needs to get on point

    The food was fresh, and the service was good. I believe the front counter manners might be improved. Both inside and out, the restaurant was excellent. They were prompt with my order.

    Lights off and drive thru blocked at 9:10 PM. They are clearly not open until 10 PM. Please update google and app hours, I just wasted time and gas placing a mobile order and driving over here.

    Decent food for what it is, however, this evening I ordered a small fry in the drive thru and sat at the window waiting to get it for 7 min. I was the only one in the drive thru and there were just 2 cars in the parking lot. Every time I eat here it takes SO long to get food. Unless you have time to wait, go somewhere else.

    Husband and I ordered the Gyros with extra sauce on the side. We also got the new Reeces peanut butter cookies. Everything was delicious! Fast, friendly staff, accurate order. And they give you your receipt, unlike Wendy’s….

    The service is consistently rude. We've been there several times over the last year and a half. The staff acts inconvenienced especially if you are ordering 30-60 minutes before closing.

    This waSsby far the worst experience I have ever had with wait staff. The woman yelled at me on the InTercom and then was rude again when I got to the window. We had to wit this time approximately 20 minutes. Yesterday her behavior was pretty much the same and the wait was even longer. If you want to go out of business...

    This update is regarding our visit on Tuesday the 16th. The girl at the counter was very slow with our order, she couldn't even speak up so we could here us and when we didn't answere she just stood there staring at us. My husband has a hearing problem so I had to repeat everything. The food order took forever and the fries were way over cooked and the huge for my French dip was cool. There was also empty food containers in the parking lot. Don't think we will be back.

    This Arby's is so unpredictable. I have currently waiting in the drive thru for over 10mins and now I'm late to my job! If I could pull out and leave I would but I'm trapped Now I'm rushing to eat and this is my slider with hardly any chicken. 😡

    I recently ordered online to purchase a meal. On Google maps is clearly states that the store is open until 11:00PM. When I went to order online I chose for the food to be ready by 8:45PM. Unfortunately when I arrived, I found out the miserable news that Arby’s was closed. I did not receive my food, and I couldn’t dispute the issue to any workers there since no one was there. FALSE ADVERTISING

    Visited at 10:30am on a Sunday. The restaurant opens at 10am. Tried to enter the dining area however the door was locked. I could see employees inside and they ignored me. Went back to my car and THEN they unlocked the door. I left and went to Wendy's instead.

    three words, STOLE MY MONEY. the google maps location says that this place closes at 11pm. THIS IS A LIE and downright CRIMINEL. If you actually go to the location there is a sign on the door that’s says it actually closes at 8pm. The website mentions NONE OF THIS. I bought some curly fries only to get there and no one to be seen. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! If I am not reimbursed there will be legal trouble coming for this location. Please fix the times on the google maps page so no else has to go through this.

    Buffalo sandwich was ok, fries were overcooked and the Reuben barely had any ingredients on it. What little meat was put in the sandwich was in the front to make it look more full. There was also barely any sauerkraut and dressing. It was two slices of bread mildly disturbed by the main ingredients.

    This has got to be the worst Arby's I have ever eaten at. The staff act like they have better things to do then wait on the customer. We stop here when we have to go to unc hospital, which is a lot, and I wont be coming back.

    Omg, this is an amazingly poorly managed location. A disaster in the dining room. Clean much? The drive thru is even worse. Hope you're not in a hurry: you could spend the rest of your natural born life in line.

    Fast service most of the time. When line is long in drive thru, service can slow a bit but remember this because of pandemic. Few places can get the workers they need.

    This Arby’s used to be okay. I went in last night, and all the employees were on the phones. I had to wait more than two minutes for my order to be placed. The only reason I didn’t leave was that I was hungry. The food was not up to standards. My cheese sticks were cold. Thanks, Arby’s corporate, for responding to my review. Unfortunately if a customer takes the time to give you feedback why do you send them my link to create more work on them?

    Food has been really good here the last few times I've been through. MIn issue is with the pace of the drive through and I took 1 star off for that. It's slow... Food always good, service is always professional. Overall hood stuff. Shocking tip...? Try the way better than it should be Ruben

    Been coming here for a while and every time I order the turnover I also ask them for a cup of icing on the side even if they have to charge me for it and I always get it. Today are walking about 1220-ish and saw a big dude sitting on the counter with his back to the public looking at his phone. Pants or not my food is settled on that counter regardless that’s kinda nasty. The lady Who said they don’t serve icing on the side looked miserable and sluggish. I’m thinking they should do what they do at my job and have a mandatory monthly meeting with every single employee and talk about courtesy, morals, rules and how to treat a smiling customer. I swear if I wasn’t so hungry I would’ve walked the minute I saw that dude sitting on the counter. I went from smiling and saying yum food to yuk. Maybe better pay would help yes?? Something to help them appreciate their duties and customers yes?
