No waiters, you seat at the table, choose from menu what you want then go to bar to order and pay, they bring your food to the table when is ready, tea and coffee is unlimited, if you bay it you can drink as much as you want, food is very nice and professional staff,

This hotel is very nice and excellent value. The indoor kids play area is a really good idea for families and the food in the adjoining bar/restaurant was good value and good quality. The woman who managed the bar/restaurant has very good customer service skills and could not do enough for us. Good base for visiting Belfast.

Regrettably this hotel has deteriorated quite considerably. A real shame; we have previously had some mist enjoyable stays.

Unfortunately we stayed when there was a wedding party in very noisy. And people coming to breakfast with not much clothing on. Staff tried there best to keep things quiet

Normal premier inn, but located next to a Norman castle, harbour and Sainsbury’s. A lot cheaper than staying in Belfast but only a 25 minute drive or train journey from the city centre (station is 10 mins walk)

Great location, right on the harbour/marina. No extortionate prices for 1 night stays. HDMI on the wall connection to plug in a Chromecast/firestick too.

I have always like Premium Inn chain since I stayed in Premium Inn Stirling South a few years ago. Considering it is a 3 star hotel, it is very consistent in term of not only the rooms but the Brewers Fayre that accompanies the hotel. Brewers Fayre provides way better hot breakfast options than American chains such as Quality inn. This stay in March 2023 is no different. The staff is very friendly, and makes us feel like home. They go above and beyond in many cases that I can share, as there were 32 of us staying there for the week. I will stay here again in my next visit.

Great location god welcome on arrival.. had to wait for reception but only for 5 mins. Good car park and pub next door. Time I would suggest to bring room service back daily..

Standard premier inn really, a little frayed around the edges. Waited at reception for ten minutes to check in, poor guy seemed to be running the hotel on his own. Free parking in a nice setting just over from the castle. Don’t bother with the restaurant, it’s pretty terrible.

    - The staff are very friendly - Rooms are of a decent size - Warm water is always warm - Beds are pretty comfortable - There is a bar and restaurant right beside the hotel (you don't actually have to leave the hotel, there is a door into it)
