I have been there many times. I can never get them to understand my teeth do not fit right. They insist they will work and give it time. Tired of spending my money to have them looser rather than tighter every time I bring them in. I think this is all about having you come back another time and pay another fee to get them worked on again. Prices may be great but next time I guess I just pay more and maybe have the doctors and nurses actually listen to what I have to say.

The Staff was very friendly and polite. The doctor was great very kind and understanding. Loved the X-ray machine it was very comfortable. I have a small mouth and the old traditional mouth things always cut up and bruised my mouth. They have the new chin and bit, which makes it a breeze to do the X-ray.

I have been very satisfied with everything here so far. They are prompt, and they keep me informed of what's going on and helping me with my health. (Blood pressure) lol. I'm super excited to get this done through affordable dentures!!

I have been calling and calling. Obviously so has everyone else. I had a repair I needed to get done. I have left NO LESS than 7 messages without a response. I had to stop in the store for my last appointment because of the same issue. The receptionist was rude, like it was my fault they didn't answer the phone. Completely unprofessional. If the dentist wasn't so nice, this review would be a lot worse. I'm completely frustrated with this situation, but I need my repair, so I will have to go in to make my appointment when I get near... smh. UNPROFESSIONAL

So far I been very welled pleased with the kindest of the staff . The young female Dr there is simply amazing. She Made My visit there very comforting. The front office was super friendly it was almost like I had been there before and we all had a great rapport . The office staff is very welcoming and Friday.. but one thing the lady that did the impression didn't wipe my face from the paste from the impression but another office staff noticed that on my face... And gave me a wipe.. Good looking out Teamwork makes the dream work..

I've been using AD for 15+ years. (Extraction , Dentures, repair, and replacements) and while no-one likes to go to dentist, they do make it less dreadful. And out of all my visits to the two locations (Carrollton and Commerce) I'll say the last 2 or 3 have been the most comfortable. I'm being fitted for my new Dentures, and the 2 Dr's I've been dealing with take as much pride in my new smile as I do. I thank you very much.

Have always had a good experience with Dentists and staff. I understand the long wait time. They are very busy because of all the clients they have.
