Fast & convenient location. Staff were pleasant and friendly despite the influx of customers. Be sure to go early in the day as the doughnuts tend to dry out by mid-afternoon.

Dropped by for iced coffee, cold beverages. No issues with ordering, got our drinks fast and the way we expected it.

I know they try with food selections but I just can't get into anything they sell but the coffee is always delicious

Donuts coffee and sandwiches. Decent food for a fast food chain. Wait times can very from a few minutes to 25 mins depending on how busy they are.

The short morning shift manager told me to leave after I stepped outside to take a personal call. He ran over to me and interrupted me mid call. He told me I was there for hours when I had, in fact, just walked in 20-30 mins before. I asked him to check the cameras as well, he declined to do so. He told me I am trying to operate a business at DD. I stopped in to charge my phone, drink a cup of coffee and check a few emails. He didn't say a word to the other ppl in the lobby.

Twice I’ve gotten a stale donut. The last time I ordered I got a stale donut and an iced chai latte with almond milk that tasted bad. I threw it away. Called the store and the lady apologized , but I won’t be returning. Has anyone else had these issues lately. Surely I can not be the only one.

I've been coming to this location for a year. By far, my favorite Dunkin!! Staff is amazing, wait times aren't awful, and my drink is never wrong. This location has ruined me for all other Dunkin's. I expect other locations to be as awesome as this one, and I'm let down every time. Keep rockin' guys and gals!!!

Found a hair embedded in the egg of my sourdough breakfast sandwich.

There was only one employee that didn’t give me attitude and now I never see her anymore :( They get mad when they make your drink wrong and you ask them to fix it and since i’m paying $5 for a drink i do expect it to taste good. If they don’t like making drinks for a living, they should work elsewhere

I stop in here everyone morning and normally don't have a problem. I go before work so I order online at least 10 minutes before I leave the house. This morning, I was running late so I didn't get there until 20 minutes after I ordered. They had finished the pancakes I ordered, but the tea was no where to be seen. I thought maybe that are still working on it, but 10 minutes roll by and no one even asks me why I am there! Finally, they help me, but by then I am already 10 minutes late to work. By far the worst service I have received from this location. Only reason I gave them 2 stars was because my food is always good. I wouldn't come back if it wasn't the most convenient location for me.
