This place is beautiful and it's in a beautiful location. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Parking is good and the inn is right next to the road to the cog. Those are the pros.... Now for the cons: No coffee pot No minibar No robes No slippers No microwave No view No valet No room service, no food at all unless you leave the building and go to the main hotel. That's where the pool is too. Extremely expensive! Over $350 per night and no basics. I'm disappointed. Every room in the USA should at least have a coffee pot. How much would it cost the inn to put in coffee pots? The hotel should be able to deliver food. I gladly would have even paid a small fee.

From the front desk team to the shuttle drivers, the team here is superb. When our 2 year old got sick in the middle of the night, Olivia went above and beyond, sourcing a thermometer at 3am and had it delivered to our room! Just wow. Leah came in shortly after, made us some coffee and was extremely kind and made us feel comforted. When we had a challenge with something, the manager Parker called us directly, making himself available in a very genuine human way. We were so taken aback by the amazing service. As frequent travelers, we have stayed in our fair share of locations, some of them very high end, but the service at any of these places pales in comparison to the treatment and care we received from the staff at Bretton Arms. Thank you so very much. We will absolutely be back be for years to come as a result of these wonderful people.

Attended a beautiful wedding at the Main Hotel, but we stayed at the Arms. Alan is great and very attentive (as is all of the staff). Beautiful grounds, stables nearby, golf, trails, etc. My only wish is that I had stayed longer. We plan to go again.

No seance of customer service. the reception was pleasant, but that was it. i couldnt aces any options i paid for unless i got a ferry up to the main hotel. no food service. i paid extra for that option. i was told if i wanted to do laundry i would have to go to the arcaid to get coins. for the 600. is cost me for 1 night, i felt like i mine as well stay at a best western. also someone started vacuuming at 7 am, a large wedding party or social grp was present and bagged on the ceiling until 4 am. it was not ideal whets so ever.

For the price they could have replaced CFLs with LEDs, lubricated door hinges so they don't squeak, provided coffee/hot water for breakfast. I also noticed the toilet door cannot be fully opened, it is hitting the toilet bowl, kinda lame.

Service was amazing thanks to Marvin who went out of his way to accommodate our group. Highly recommend!

I have been in the high-end experience and hospitality industry for the better part of the last decade, and have stayed at Omni hotels all over the country, and this location is wildly overpriced for what you get. We booked here for my birthday thinking we were getting a luxurious weekend in the mountains during peak fall season and honestly wished we hadn’t. The room was very outdated. The bed, which was called a queen, is most definitely a full size bed. I measured it. While this location is within walking distance to the main Mt Washington Omni building, we were pretty unimpressed with that also. The building is huge, and very old, but needs serious updating. There was a leak in the ceiling of the main dining area during breakfast, maybe expected with an old building, but the furniture throughout was also broken and very dirty. The food and coffee in the main building was disgusting. We spent over $350 on food over 2 meals and were so disappointed. Breakfast was a buffet (cold and undercooked) and we were charged $60 for it. We bought coffee ($15 for two iced coffees) at Morsels the cafe on the first floor and literally walked outside and dumped it out. There isn’t anywhere else to eat for 30-40 mins. Zero fluff with a very high price tag throughout the entire experience. The staff was very nice, but overall I would NOT stay here again and would not recommend it.

Rooms are comfortable, but sound travels from the kitchen to rooms above. Especially the kitchen and dining room doors slamming. In deep winter the pipes froze and there was no water for nearly an entire day. So plan on showering at the gym in the main hotel nearby. The WiFi speed is spotty, so don't plan on working remotely. Food here is excellent. So is the service. Actually better than up at the main hotel.

Our room had a bunch of lady bugs. One was killed on the wall and left there!! Under the beds hadn't been vacuumed in quite a while. Staff was nice and friendly, but was way overpriced. For $600+ including taxes pet night for a two queen bed room, I expected more for my buck. If i had to do it again, i would find a much cheaper hotel and then gone to the big hotel to check it out. Not worth the money they charge for sure.
