Extremely long wait for just one bagel. There was no additional car in front of me in the drive through. I've given this location multiple tries thinking that I might have just had a bad first experience. Unfortunately, each time I come order, I wait for at least 10 minutes.

Terrible service. They only have one person taking orders and like 5 people making the sandwiches. I had to wait over 10 minutes in front of the cashier because she was making an order for a customer instead allowing the other 5 people taking care of that…

I am a regular at Einstein bagels, weekly 1ce at-least. I ordered through the mobile app and went in for the pick up also noticed that there was a huge crowd in the drive through. My order was ready with my bagels and my favorite caribou coffee. Dang, when I got back into my car with my fiend driving back home, opened the parcel with a burnt bagel rather than toasted. Very disappointed but got a refund through rewards via my tweet responded by @einsteinbros which is really good Would have been a 5 star if my food was prepared carefully. Thank you Einstein.

Einstein Bagels are the best in the world ! I can’t wait to have my favorite brunch or lunch specials every weekend and the Darn Dark Cofee it’s amazing , so far my orders were always accurate they never ever missed anything I can trust always to order through my app and be confident I’ll get home and have everything there !

I have been to this location 2x and the first time the experience was arguably a little better but both times it took forever, the girl working at the window/on the speaker is slow and unhelpful. This last time I ordered 2 sandwiches and was there for at least 10 minutes before they even came to tell me they actually didn’t have the bagel they said they did at the speaker. Between the customer service and the wait time, none of the food here is worth it. It is under seasoned and over cooked. Try somewhere else

I ordered a french toast bagel and they gave me a salty bagel that I didn’t ordered for breakfast! Honestly, the least y’all can do is double check the order before handing it over to the customer! Imagine sitting down to eat breakfast only to find out they messed up your order! So disappointing!

Ordered some bulk orders for my work. The associate working the counter was killing it. I believe she was the only one there. The only reason I can't give this site five stars although she deserves it is due to the lack of care her maintenance team or manager puts into the place. A lot of the equipment needs some TLC desperately.

The staff is half asleep. They dont greet you they just let you stand at the register not even sure if they see me. And they ALWAYS give me the wrong bagel on my online order. Ive drove home and had to come back way too many times. Im done with Einstein. Food is good but not worth the trouble im always going through just to get the right sandwhich

Food is excellent but staff is very non welcoming. My bf was waiting for my mobile order (10 minutes) and wasn’t acknowledged once, he then asked politely if they had an order under my name and they still didn’t acknowledge him. About 3 minutes later they said they the order was coming. I come to this location 1-3 times a week and they have always been non welcoming. The only reason I come back is for the food and it being the nearest location to me. If staff was welcoming it would be a 5 star review but they are not.

I love bagel bros but this location disappointed me today. My shake was watery like they left it sitting too long and my bagel was burnt.

The employees at this place are super friendly & kind & helpful. I ordered Nova Lox with extra add-on avocado. The savory flavor of the salmon and cheese bagel with soft avocado and cream cheese went so well altogether. The cold brew was fresh and refreshing too. The only thing I was not that satisfied was this place is neither super clean nor cute, so I took one star out. It seems to me that this place needs some kind of renovation- like replacing old chairs and tables with nice, cute ones, and also needs to get some work done in the kitchen area. Except for the interior part, it was overall a satisfying experience for me:) If u want to grab a quick breakfast bagel on the way to go to work, this place is the right place for you!

Just got home after going through the drive thru. Ordered a bakers dozen with 2 cinnamon raisins, 2 French toast, 2 chocolate chips and 7 honey wheat. Was told they only had 3 honey weats and i said okay make the rest chocolate chip. Got home to find I had no honey wheat and only 12 bagels. Not a happy.

This location needs a major overhaul when it comes to staff and management. Sitting in a drive thru for over 20 minutes is simply unacceptable. I finally got to the window. Paid. Waited 5 min for my TWO bagels. And waited who knows how long for a chai tea just to decide I wanted money back as the window girl out of no where decided SHE was going to make it. So I had been waiting there, with at least 8 cars behind me, for who knows how long at this point and they hadn't even started my drink.I decided I didn’t and couldn’t wait any longer with my crying babies in the backseat and got my money back. This location needs training. And quick. Before it goes out of business due to terrible service. I'll be going to Panera or Starbucks instead.

Mike the cashier is absolutely amazing. My card decline 😬( wrong card) and mike pulled me to the side and Discreetly told me and waited for me to retrieve my credit card from the car, it was super busy. He didn’t make me feel embarrassed or unimportant, thank you so much mike! You deserve a raise.

I used the drive through window, and both of the people working were so friendly, and prompt. There was sadly very little lox on my bagel, and more onion than lox. It wasn't worth the over $5 it cost. Otherwise, it was a great visit.

Einstein Bros Bagels are the best bagel especially on Monday with their Bakers Dozen special. Their egg breakfast are fast and tasty.

Lucky to have this as the closest location. Team members are often working fast and efficiently, they always offer a smile and go above and beyond if a certain bagel runs out. Coffee bar is often replenished on time and newspapers are always available. Overall the place is decently cleaned and the ambiance is always good and welcoming. Definitely the must-go place for delicious bagels.
