Used to be our go to Mexican restaurant but some things have changed. Still amazing salsa but the veggies have changed and no longer taste fresh. Service was sub par, our waitress was not friendly, 10 minutes to get chips/salsa and the bill was presented while we were still eating. When we said that we wanted dessert we were told the kitchen was closed 10 minutes before the restaurant even closed. Part of the reason we went there was for dessert (yummy sizzling apple pie.) If they were planning to close the kitchen early they should have asked if we needed anything else before they did. Disappointing.

When Cristina’s closed in Plano, I thought all Cristina’s closed. We were so happy to find that the Cristina’s in Carrollton, just west of The Shops at Willow Bend, is still open. We visited on a cold Monday evening. The restaurant was moderately busy and decorated for the holidays. Cristina’s is our go-to for Tex-Mex. I had the three enchilada platter and my dining companion had the burrito. They were as good as we remember. The chips and salsa are a nice accompaniment.

Went to dinner last night 04/16/22 with my parents and had the worst service ever. I could not believe it. The waitress did not care about anyone. We waited over 15minutes until she got to the table to help us. Knowing we were there because she walked past us 5 different times. Another waiter brought our food, waited for the waitress about 10minutes still didn’t come and finally said I will do it myself. That is very frustrating. My parents food was cold mine was hot. We told her we wanted the check and she brought it 10minutes later, my dad said here you go, to hand the credit card and she walked away never came back, we waited over 20minutes. Finally had to get up and walk towards the door/bar before she even acknowledged us again. She doesn’t deserve a 1 star she deserves zero if I could just like the tip she received $0.00. I am very disappointed this use to be one of the best places and service use to be excellent! Not sure what happened but it sucks now days!

Nothing to rave about, but a solid Tex-Mex spot. The prices are reasonable, the portions are large, and the service is great. The food could use some improvement, but overall not bad at all.

Place had a great atmosphere, I ordered the Gran parrillada de Guadalajara and it was so delicious , beef , shrimp, chicken and carnitas in a sizzling dish, so good. It was so much food that I shared some. The regular salsa is not Spicy, but they have some spicy one and it was soooo good. The flour tortillas were good but not homemade. The service was excellent. I definitely will be going again .🤙

This place is good but it's not great. The food came fast and it was tasty. Portions are very generous. Priced for the entries are between $13,5 to $23,5, and they have a good variety for fish, chicken or steak. They have plenty of setting both in booth and tables, for small and large parties. Parking may be limited. The place is just OK, if you are around the area you can certainly try it!

Today I witnessed right in front of me, as I was walking out to my car, the true compassion and kindness the manager at Cristina's has. A homeless lady walked out behind me and called out to me asking for help because she was simply hungry. As she tried to explain to me in her distress and obvious state of hunger why she was begging for help the manager walked over to her with a bag of prepared food for her. I must say that I'm very grateful and blessed to have been in the presence of this act of giving. Please thank the Manager and staff here at the your restaurant located off Hebron near the Midway cross street. You have a patron for life.

I had a great solo lunch here. Staff was great, salsa was way good and very fresh. Lunch menu was reasonable and tasty.

Fish tacos. To be honest, Not exactly the best ones that I’d tried before, but the flavor was good. Poor presentation. Floor tortilla and crispy fish. No the best combination.

Got there an hour before closing but never felt rushed about placing our order and eating. The staff was pleasant. Food and drinks were great. We also ordered takeout from them a few nights later since we were there on a business trip and the food and drinks were good.

Went here for dinner before my birthday activities withy Bestfriend. And the food service was fast. The waitress was sweet and we loved our food and drinks. Definitely recommend. The food tasted authentic which we appreciated and not Tex-mex food.

My family and I went here and it was a great experience. We were sat down right away and our server was very attentive. Food was delicious and customer service was excellent. I got the fish tacos and they were so good. We will definitely be back again.

I placed a to-go order. There were two other people ahead of me. The waitress was really nice, but the service was kind of slow this time around. The restaurant is nice and clean. Most importantly my food was good and hot. I was disappointed I didn't get any lettuce or guacamole or cheese with my fajitas and they didn't ask me if I wanted any. It was still good though

Visited for a friend's birthday dinner and it was great! Margarita was delicious, so was the food. My friend even got some dessert, on the house, for her birthday!

This location of Cristina's (Plano on W Park, West of the tollway) always seems to be a step above the others, perhaps because the staff and management always seem to treat you like family. Although our service this evening didn't measure up to the usual standards at all times, overall it was still good. The menu selection is varied and the execution is always good. I wish they had a few more beer selections on draught, but the bottled selection fills in nicely.

Food and Margaritas were solid, but the service was terribly slow. I have become much more patient, because of shortage of labor. This was a management issue, with lots of talking and standing around.

Cristina's did a great job catering our daughter's rehearsal dinner with fajitas and enchiladas. Delivery and setup was easy and on time and the food was delicious. Highly recommend having them cater your special events.

Cristina’s is our go-to Tex Mex place. I am very picky when it comes to this cuisine, and I’ve never left disappointed. All of their food is fresh, amazing quality. The chicken is tender and juicy. The beef fajita meat has the best flavor and is never too tough like you find at a lot of restaurants. Seriously, I can’t say enough good things about the food. Then there’s the service! We’ve had multiple waitresses and each one has been attentive and friendly. The manager also frequently makes the rounds to check on each table. Plus, the place is beautifully decorated, AND they give complimentary shots of Kahlua at the end of every meal! I mean, really, what more can you ask?

food is good, salsa is excellent but the service is horrible. I waited and waited in the bar area, just to be acknowledged finally a waitress came by asked me what i wanted ( a menu would be nice) she walks away i waited turned and see her sitting eating a plate of food. Still waiting for my menu finally got one, ordered food came out fast but no silverware ( waitress still eating) i looked over at her she seen me looking came gave me silverware went right back to eating. drink??? i am thinking... Horrible service! She received a tip that measured her service. I usually give 30% well keep eating.... Wish the management would care more on who they hire and how some staff is ignoring His customers, we are in a recession so every dollar that is spent should be appreciated, realistically

Margaritas are amazing. The food is good. The queso is delicious. The enchiladas taste so authentic. The refried beans and rice tasted funny to me, guessing because its premade. But overall, not bad. I still prefer Chuys though. I didnt see anything different about this Mexican restaurant that others don't have. The staff is very friendly though & the service is great.

We took lunch here. I do not know what they serve was 'real' Mexican food or not. But for me, it was not too spicy, while it was cooked and seasoned carefully, and I felt it was quite delicious. The premise was clean and moody. I guess it must have been even better in dinner times. Probably I will come to this place again for dinner next time.
