I've been coming to Hanabi for years, almost every Sunday. The Tonkotsu and the Tan Tan Men are my favorite and the ramen is just good. The shrimp shumai is pretty awesome too. They give you a tiny little bit of spicy mustard to go with the shumai and it really makes the dish that much better.

I would rate the food here a 3.5/5. My dish, curry katsu-don was good. The ramen, half and half spicy tonkotsu and black tonkotsu, did not have any flavour at all. I would not recommend the ramen. The appetizers, shrimp sumai and karikara (it was sweet), were good as well. The gyu don was alright but dry.

It was way too cold in the restaurant! I was freezing and it was difficult to enjoy the food under these circumstances. The Shrimp Shumai were delicious! I also liked the Udon. Unfortunately there are hardly any vegetarian options. The service was good.

It’s good. I don’t remember which one was which, but I got the dual option - spicy tonkotsu + spicy miso. The left side was better, but nothing really amazing. The right side was a bit bland and nothing really to talk about. We also ordered the fried chicken. It was a little hard to chew. Pretty popular on Sunday evening. Almost no seats left, even though there were a lot of seats. There are probably better ramen shops out there, but I have yet to find an amazing one in Dallas.

I'm convinced the little sandwich has crack, how can it be so good. Next time I go I will definitely only order the little sandwich I forgot the name but it's good. I'm honestly going back for it. Korean restaurant 🫶🏻

This restaurant had such a warm cozy vibe that feels like you aren’t in Carrollton any longer. Check out my photo. The atmosphere is one its best qualities. The ramen was good and what I expected from a ramen house. I had the seafood ramen. Service was great. When I left, all of the servers said good bye to me. I really enjoyed it.

The place is a gem, I am judging the broth by its looks and it didn’t pass at all but when we tried it - it was one of the few tastiest ramen we had. The chicken karage with their sauce is somehow overwhelming for those that’s not used to with asian spices - it taste more like a korean. The beef bowl was really amazing especially their rice is high quality from what it taste like. The place only have indoor seating. When you enter their place you will be greeted immediately and feel the Japan vibes. It was a really cool interior. Service was okay, nothing really fancy. Overall it was a good experience!

Wonderful experience and atmosphere overall. Staff are friendly. Highly recommend the fried dumplings (pork/chicken) as an appetizer. Food was great! Karikara Chicken sauce was thick and a lot, couldn’t enjoy as much. Ramen was so delicious and the spicy level was enjoyable. I will definitely come back the broth was amazing!

Cozy atmosphere and Ramen shop vibe. Quality ingredients and flavors. Worth the drive to Carrollton. They have other items if you're not interested in Ramen. Gyoza was crunchy and tasty.

First time trying Hanabi Ramen. Food was surprisingly fast. Staff was very nice and pleasant, as well as the whole aesthetics of the restaurant. For appetizers, I ordered the Chicken Karaage and Shrimp Shumai. Chicken Karaage was crispy; like any other chicken. Shrimp Shumai was extremely delicious but a little overpriced for 4 pieces of shumai. For entrees, my family and I ordered the Pork Katsu w/ rice, chicken curry w/ rice, and half and half ramen. Pork Katsu cutlets were crispy and spread with katsu sauce, which made it even better. Chicken curry w/ rice was the right creaminess and had a generous portion of chicken bits in it. Half and half ramen was decent; just like any other ramen. I also ordered fried rice which was extremely good. Total price was 60$; worth it for the price and experience. Underrated place but will go here again! 10/10

We had a really nice experience at Hanabi on our way to Oklahoma for a mini vacation. First time here and we were seated immediately (family of 7 with 3 kids) for lunch. Our server was super nice and attentive. We got the gyoza, chicken and shrimp for appetizers and were able to try the tonkotsu (regular and spicy), shoyu and butter garlic ramens. We pretty much enjoyed everything! Broths were flavorful and the price point was definitely worth the portions. The chashu was also tender just like we like. Thanks for having us and we hope to visit again soon!

Second time here (third for my wife) and I’m not sure you can find better Ramen! I had the Tan Tan Men and there is such rich, deep flavor full of spice and peanut. I only could get the photo of the empty bowl.

Absolutely love this place ! Food is delicious and comes in excellent portions! The flavor is exquisite! One of our all time favorite ramen spots in the DFW. Great customer service from every single one of the employees!

What can I say about this place? I wasn't in the mood for ramen but once the food came out, the mood quickly changed! The food was fantastic! Fresh, delicious, hot, and came out quicker than expected. Furthermore, the service was A1, top notch! Our server was David and he went above and beyond for us! The atmosphere was also excellent as it had a laid back vibe with a cleanliness that was heavenly! I'd give it more stars if I could!

The food was great! I had the Spicy Tokyo Tonkotsu and highly recommend. As far as service goes it was not as expected. We walked in and the front door was extremely tight because there are two doors, definitely not wheelchair or large stroller friendly! Upon being sat, the waiter Luis sat us at a booth and told me my Doona stroller would not be allowed the table. I have a 4 month old who can not sit yet so I asked to be sat elsewhere so they could accommodate. He then told me no and insisted that my car seat be removed from the stroller portion. I informed him this would not be possible as it does not detach, he continued to insist I remove the car seat. After speaking with another waiter, the second waiter was able to seat us at a table where my baby would be able to be placed. Being a new mom it is hard enough going out and waiters like Luis don’t make it better. In addition, the changing station they have is extremely low to where I almost had to get on my knees to change my infant. I will say it is nice they at least had something as some restaurants don’t have anything. Overall our experience ended up being decent but I really wish the customer service wouldn’t have been so harsh at the beginning.

Omgosh this place was so good. The service was great. I love that you have the option to try two different ramen. I had the Tokyo tonkotsu and Kara miso both 🌶️ spicy and they were so good. I can’t wait to go back here and have more ramen.

Always amazing ramen. Everyone that I bring here loves it. It's my FAVORITE Ramen place! I've come here so many times and keep coming because my friends now love it too and insist on coming here everytime they are in town. Try all their Ramen, but personally #1 is my favorite! Also got great comfy and nice interior. Get their soda drinks too! Try their split bowl so you can try 2 different flavors!

Actually really good ramen, good price point and cheap appetizers. Spicy tonkotsu didn’t have a distinct flavor per my boyfriend, but I had the tan tan men, loved the spicy peanut flavor. The corroke was also very good.

We always walk by here and finally decided it was the right day to forgo out other favorites and try something new: glad we did! The atmosphere is so cute and cozy, but most importantly the ramen is YUMMY. The shoyu broth is *chef kiss*. And overall everything is great prices. I definitely recommend Hanabi Ramen. I think it’s going to be one of our new favorites.

I was so excited to eat the food that I forgot to take photos! I got the pork katsu don. It was tender and delicious. The atmosphere here is fun and welcoming. It was busy yet they did not rush us to make decisions. Second time- I remembered to take photos this time. I got the pork chashu bowl this time and it was delicious! My husband got the gyu don and that was also delicious. Tried the fried squid for the first time and the flavor was really good.

I had few small plate dishes; Tako Yaki, Chicken Karaage and Korokke. In addition, I had Ten Don. Ten Don wasn't really fresh. Chicken Karaage was slightly lacking of flavor, but it was still juicy and fresh. Other two dishes were great. Most likely I will be back to taste other dishes.

First time here with a friend she ordered the Black Tonkotsu, Croquettes, and I ordered the Butter Garlic. The Ramen was OK if a bit bland with no additional condiments offered, but the Croquettes were really tasty so that increased the rating to 4 from the 3 I wanted to give. I don't know if I'll be back, but it was less crowded than the other restaurants on a Sunday afternoon.

Great service from the staffs & the curry items are amazing! Obviously if you like ramen then this is the place but if you want to try Japanese curry noodles then I highly recommended this! You won’t be disappointed.

Tried this restaurant recently and it was pretty good! Didn’t have the ramen tho, so will definitely have to try that very soon and update. Had the ten don shrimp and that was delicious! Very crunchy and flavorful. Also had the chicken rice sandwich but in my opinion, the chicken was too dry. Our waiter was also very kind and helpful which was great. Will be back to try more!

Truthfully cannot leave anything but a 5 star review. Good food, good staff hospitality, clean and comfortable environment, quick order times, etc. Order the Karikara Chicken with a side of white rice every day for lunch and the chicken is incredibly juicy yet crispy. Yes, the food is a good as it looks.
