I ordered the shrimp burrito bowl thinking it would be the size of their burritos in a bowl form or at least Chipotle. No, for over $10 you will receive the smallest bowl meant for a toddler. The size of the bowl and the fact that they didn't even full it and put in as little ingredients as possible. Don't waste your money. It's not worth it for a kids bowl when for $10 you can get a large adult bowl at Chipotle.

My boyfriend and I went in to place an order to go, and let me just say that Gladys was the highlight of our experience here. This was our first time visiting Fuzzy's. She was attentive, conversational, and all around a cool person to meet. The food was good, but she is definitely the reason I will be going back. There is nothing better than excellent customer service.

Had an amazing time at lunch today! Food was excellent! I met employee Vic here today! He was full of energy and zeal and you could tell he was happy to serve! Just quick conversation brought a smile to my face and made my day! I absolutely recommend you check it out over here on midway. Thank you Vic for your service it was a blessing!

I used to love Fuzzy's, hadn't been in a few years and I will never be back, I'm not sure what went wrong, but both my son and I got sick from eating the tacos. Maybe it would've been worth it if they tasted delicious, sadly no dice. Avoid!!!

Service was great and especially since we we’re sitting outside Vick would check up on us and really good customer service from Voice and Vick. I wansn’t able to get the really cute duck tho💔💔💔😞😞🌝

We love fuzzys - the quality is up and down .. today it was down The queso was lumpy and not warm. The nachos were uninspired w lumpy old queso.

I had the pleasure of being invited out for dinner by my cousin and his fiancé. We went to Fuzzy's in Carrollton. It was a memorable dining experience. We were greeted by a young man named Voice as we entered. He asked how we were doing and if we'd had a good day. It only got better from there. None of us were familiar with the menu. Voice patiently took the time to tell us what ingredients came on what items. I had the tacos and cilantro lime rice. My cousin had beef fajitas and his fiance had the grilled shrimp salad. It was absolutely delicious. The store was clean. Our order was made exactly as we requested. My family and I visited and Voice swept through the dining room asking how everything was. He is one of the most delightful people I've met in awhile--and i managed a Taco Bell back in the day. All I have to say is, "Voice, your customer service and people skills are spot on. Keep that beautiful smile on your face!!"

It's been 25 minutes, patience is a virtue, but it isn't even busy. My kids are literally watching the direct TV logo bouncing like they did on the office trying to pass the time, I guess it is good to be bored every once in a while-so I had the time to review. A really nice guy took my order, so that's good I guess. I found that many people were waiting and got the wrong food... That might be the root cause

Not happy with service lately. We go out every Tuesday, but the service lately has not been good. It feels like when we walk in the team has to force to service us. We have to consistently follow-up going up to the counter about our drinks or even missing our missing food. We have to walk with our receipt to prove that we made the payment. Not happy how the management doesn't respect the customers. This is not the service I normally get from Fuzzy's Taco Shop!!!

We love Fuzzy's Carrollton Midway! Gladys is a GREAT manager, the whole staff is super friendly, and the kitchen never disappoints! Great food, service, and prices!

Awesome service! Voice and Gavan were friendly, welcoming and even spotted my fiancé and I chips and queso on the house! Definitely recommend as a spot to stop for a quick bite. Fuzzy’s certainly delivers!

Gavin is the definition of customer service from greeting me at the door to making sure my order was correct. He made me feel like I’m an actually human being not like other places. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.

My favorite meal is brunch at Fuzzy's! I'm able to enjoy breakfast tacos with a cold margarita! I drive 30 minutes to this location, which means I pass several others in between. This location is by far the best! I love the grilled shrimp salad, always fresh and delicious! This location is always clean and the employees are super friendly and tentative! The manager does a great job keeping this place in order. By the way, I love the new look!!

Overall the app and calling in the order didn't go according to plan. However, when I entered the store Gavin helped me complete my order and asked Gracie the manager in charge on this Sunday morning to assist in accommodating the mishaps that were out of their control. I appreciate both the time and consideration the team put into helping me get food home to my family. Thank you 😊

This spot is always on point....except on 10/28/22. I placed an order online and went to the location (it was raining horribly) only to discover they were closed for maintenance which was not indicated when I placed the order online. I was told I would be refunded in a few days which I wasn't. I have left multiple emails and messages for Mo, the manager and have yet to hear back and it's 11/11. The fact that the manager can't even take a minute to call me back or email me back says volumes. This order was almost $50 and I am beyond upset and WILL NEVER GO BACK!! All the employees are awesome tho.

To Whom It May Concern: We arrived at 9:35 p.m. and were rudely informed that we could order for carry-out only; only after the FOH went back to confer with the kitchen that we would in fact get the privilege of getting to eat there. I’ve worked in food service and could totally understand this response had we arrived at 9:55 p.m. My niece (11y) had just played a soccer tournament a block away and I only wanted to feed her. Will not return to this location.

I wasn’t hooked on Fuzzy’s till I started going to the Midway location in Carrolton, now I come almost once a week! The nachos are always yummy, consistent and very filling and the drinks are my favorite there. The staff there is super nice too when I go, especially Gladis and Nano who now know me as a regular. They always make sure to say hello when I come in!

I had Fajito Steak Nachos with no pico de gallo and a Medium Diet Coke. The nachos had good flavor. The meat had a nice seasoning and the cheese had good texture. The staff had good customer service. I went there to do some Bible Reading. Friendly environment and good place to do some reading.

Always great for a good eat! I am a big fan of the special ground beef crisply tacos and the Latin potatoes. I was able to sit outside on the patio with my son and my dog. We enjoyed the lunch and the conversation.

My first time there. Queso was Luke warm and the limes had been sitting put way too long. They were happy to cut me up a fresh one. The HH prices were good. They need to work on their margaritas on the rocks. Kinda watered down.. The red beans were full of bacon. Yummy. Beef tacos were so good. Shredded chicken tacos were so dry. Cashier was eating chips and queso while taking our order. That was a first for me.
