When I was in Seoul I had gong cha at the gimpo airport hotel, and I also had it downtown Seoul. I can’t explain just how good that cheese foam is, or how fresh and soft their boba is, it’s indescribable, no words can explain the pure perfection! Nobody comes close! And when I found out there was a gong cha here in Carrollton, I almost died! I have been coming to Carrollton for years doing my grocery shopping, and getting my korean restaurant fix at many places here, and never knew there was a gong cha. You can not compare !! This company is the best ever. Definitely give it a try if you haven’t ever had it.

Got the green milk tea and the lychee oolong. Both had great deep flavors. Really tasty teas here. Love that you can control the sweetness level. The menu is small but adequate. It has a little bit of tea, fruity options, coffee. Staff was polite and provided quick service.

Its seems a bit hidden as it's away from most of the other main areas of Carrollton. The boba was flavorful and the service was very quick.

The drinks are great, I love that I can get drinks with 0 sweetness, feels less guilty and healthier overall and still be able to enjoy my drinks! Only complaint is that it smelled like sewage/dirty bathroom in the store when I went a few days ago. (Pic is from one of the times I went)

My favorite boba place in this area, which is saying a lot! They have strawberry-flavored white pearls and a huge variety of tea options!

I had pineapple mango green tea at Gongcha Carrollton yesterday, which absolutely becomes my favorite boba tea. Great and polite people. Next time I will try Pina Colada Crush with Pineapple cup.

Stopped by after kbbq for some boba. Decided to try the earl grey milk tea with 3Js. It was pretty good. Even at regular sweetness it wasn't too sweet.

This is one of my favorite tried and true bubble tea places here. Definitely in my top 5. Ive never had a complaint about here other than those dang straws they had for awhile that would break so easily, haha 😆. Pretty much everything on the menu is good. My go-to for fruit tea is lychee oolong with star jelly and either coconut jelly or white crystal pearls. I love trying the new seasonal drinks- The recent bloody taro was delicious. Mom always gets the yogurt/yakult fruit drinks with popping boba. I, however, REALLY miss the strawberry crystal boba shaped like a "heart" they had one year. I hope they can bring it back in the future. Those in my go-to lychee oolong were so good. I've always gotten my tea to go, but i did notice that now they have some games in there to play if you drink your tea there with friends. It is a nice little place to come and hangout with friends or chill and study /do homework, etc.

Milk tea was blend but my goodness, I didnt know taro tea can be this good! Whoever made my 50% sugar taro tea deserves a praise, it was literally the best cup of ice taro tea i’ve had in my life. If you like taro tea, give it a try. You wont regret it

Friendly and fast service from this team at this location! Had a wonderful visit ordering with Tony and Ashley! Got to try the new star jelly 🌟 and it was absolutely delicious with my lychee oolong tea! Tastes exactly like those mini lychee jelly cups from the Asian supermarket 💓 got 75% sweetness since the toppings are already sweet!

Nice place, good customer service, ordered Mango Milk Tea with Boba, order was ready quickly. Great points are that, you can choose ice and sugar levels! A lot of variety for the drinks.

I had a good experience at the Gong Cha store in Carrollton. The baristas were so friendly and welcoming, and they had so many different flavors of drinks to choose from. I got a bubble tea with mango and it was delicious! The service was speedy, too, so I was in and out in no time. Definitely recommend if you're in the area and looking for a refreshing drink!

Love the boba shop. I decided to try Milk Foam Strawberry Matcha this time. Definitely recommend.

This was my third time coming and my Earl Gray Milk tea wasn’t as good as the other drinks I’ve gotten, but it was still decent. Their boba pearls didn’t taste as good this time around either. The shop is very beautiful inside, with lots of seating and friendly staff that takes the time to explain the menu. Their tea’s are delicious 😋

I like coming to this Gong Cha location in Carrollton. They consistently make great milk teas. This time we got pearl milk tea with earl grey and peach green tea with mango bursting boba. I like that we can customize the sweetness and ice level we like. The staff is also polite.

Products they offer are 10/10, highly recommended just about everything! Customer service need a little bit of work tho. Please don't greet your customers like you didn't want them to be there. We're just trying to get good bobas and not bad vibes.

Kind of hidden but in same vicinity as Manna shabu2. Great how they let u customize ice and sugar Update Still nice and efficient, sitting inside allowed. Seasonal special of pineapple and mango was disappointing though. The taste was not pleasing

The place was neat and alike with other Gong Cha place interior. The service was fine and nothing special. The Milk Tea was quite have different taste from other Gong Cha place we had. We still enjoyed it but hopefully they check the amount they put in as it taste like more milk and were not able to taste the tea.

One of my favorite boba places in town. I especially love their strawberry series teas with the strawberry white pearls. If you love salty sweet and creamy drinks, and have a ton of calories to spare get their dirty brown sugar milk tea. Always remember to adjust your sweetness and ice levels!
