What a vegan surprise! So many more options that are actually labeled vegan and multiple options that spanned from a burger to chili and so many vegan sides to choose from. The coconut quinoa was delicious and I'm so glad I ordered the vegan burger with sweet potato fries. Definitely recommend eating here. Heard the coffee is great too!

Cozy and home style meals. The s’mores latte was incredible! Very casual but the food and service was excellent. They have a coffee bar also! I think I had a Chile relleno omelette with sweet pastor for brunch. Absolutely loved it. Great place to catch up and have a good meal.

I live out of town and this was the place I ended up in. I had the Chipotle steak and eggs, and it was amazing! I also had the Street taco, the meat was a little dry. I love the restaurant decor as well as the arts, which were decorated on the walls. I love the server, he was friendly and fun.

We went for a book signing and Cafe Brazil had fresh coffee and snacks. It went very well and we had fun, good food and mean green smoothie which lives up to its name.

Really great food! The pancake tacos were delicious, my wife loved her omelet and the fruite pancrepes were really good! We'll be coming back often!

Glad we tried this place! Food was delicious. Server was efficient and friendly. Kitchen was on the slow side but the food was so good and flavorful. Chicken fried steak did not look good but it was very good! Menu has lots of variety, we'll be back to try more.

It would have been nice to be acknowledged by the many staff members who were there when we walked in but that's all fine. But to not be acknowledged for a good 3-4 minutes while there were two tables with customers in the entire place, and then not be seated for another couple of minutes while some of the workers were twiddling their thumbs behind the bar was a little painful to be honest. Half of our table's order was good and the other half was bad. I will cut to the chase and say don't get their loaded breakfast bowl. It had an ocean of oil sitting at the bottom of the bowl. Every time I took a bite I felt like I was eating spoonfuls of oil from a warmed up pan. The dish also had tons of old and dry green onion as garnish and it just didn't work for me. I did end up sending this back but service was so slow that I didn't get to replace it. Ended up just having a protein shake I brought from home. The chicken crepes were good, though. The crepes had a nice texture, it wasn't falling apart. The chicken and veggies were cooked well and the spicy sauce on top had a tiny little kick that was just perfect. It also came with potatoes and toast on the side which were also good. The most important thing that brought us back here was the coffee bar with unlimited refills and THAT was worth it. They had seven flavors total - two of those were decaf and one was a dark roast. It is October and they brought out their holiday blend coffee which I highly recommend. Some other flavors they had were Brazil select, bourbon pecan (reg and decaf), snickerdoodle, holiday blend (also in a decaf), and Kilimanjaro dark. We sat outside and the tables were pretty old and gross looking but I guess that happens sometimes. The waitress was not really around and we were never even told about the seasonal menu that was posted on a board inside. That was disappointing to find out later as we checked out but I guess it will bring us back to try it next time. Generally I still recommend this place because although the food may be hit or miss, their coffee bar is really fun and worth it. Not to mention the quirky feel of the place and plentiful amounts of parking. *Don't forget to ask for a to-go cup and grab yourself that one last cup of coffee of your choice for the road!

Haven’t had Brunch in a while so decided to try out an interesting place nearby during our stay and found this gem! There’s a really great selection of coffee (20 or so types!) that you can fill bottomless for $3. Service was a bit slow since they were understaffed but they did their utmost to make sure we were happy and we were. The food items were all very richly made and tasted wonderful. I really loved the spinach chicken crepe especially!

The over easy eggs were good, the thick cut bacon was overcooked, and the French toast was a bit dry/old tasting. Only a few bites had the eggy taste I’d expect from French toast. My friend thought her chicken and waffles were underwhelming, especially considering they were labeled “Best in Texas(?).” The table was dirty when we sat down, but the waitress cleaned it. She was friendly, but didn’t check on us much. I think they might’ve been understaffed. The front windows/glass doors were very dirty and it showed as the sun hit them around 2pm. The whole restaurant felt a bit old and uncared for, including the restrooms.

We were immediately seated. The food was good, issues started with the cook time. It was a 20 minute wait for food. Numerous tables were leaving the restaurant and were not ordering therfore potentially backing up the kitchen. The server seemed nice, not once did she update us on how come our food was taking so long. I had to flag her down and ask her, she immediately went to the kitchen and came back with our food. Even with a less then stellar first visit, I'll visit a different location for a second chance, the food is definitely worth another shot.

We love the chicken crepes but this time I did a create your own crepe which was very good! The wait staff are always so friendly knowledgeable. The only issue we have had was this time they brought out our food and it wasn't warm it was room temperature. Our server was very nice and went and put our plates in the oven for a few minutes. After he did that, all was right. We tipped him well! 😄 we like this resturaunt very much.

Staff was friendly, attentive, and aware. Had items to recommend based on my vague requests, including modifications for my tastes. Room was comfy; nice art and color, good light level, comfortable noise level. Felt like a nice coffee shop / breakfast diner. Food was delicious - everything, from the pancakes to the latte to the potatoes, tasted delicious and was perfectly prepared. Super satisfied by my visit, will be coming back.

We were using Uber eats for our Mothers Day dinner and got notice an item was out of stock and could we choose another and then the app would not accept our substitution. So I called Cafe Brazil and Caleb made me aware of his inability to fix the Uber issue however he manually duplicated our order (special requests and all) and saved the day. I can't speak highly enough to the excellent service Caleb provided especially since I found out he had already worked a double shift and could have easily just said he couldn't help with Uber and let me hang up. But he didn't. Thanks Caleb and to Caleb's boss, he needs a raise. If you are wanting a food review, check out the picture.

I love CAFE BRAZIL! It was our go to after clubbing in the 90's. Um glad they are still around! Great coffee, Rosemary potatoes are the bomb, and service is excellent!

The chicken crepes are amazing especially if you get burnt out on the same 'ol breakfast foods all the time. I love their coffee selections. I WILL offer as feedback at Carrollton: the coffees are watered down which takes away from the great flavors your offer, consider less water and more flavor!! I love Cafe Brazil, it's a true Dallas staple for breakfast!!

This place is a little short staffed but they have help wanted signs posted, so it seems like they’re actively working on that. The server was nice. The bacon was crispy and delicious. I really wanted to like the rest of the food but it was only okay. Best part was potatoes and eggs. The chorizo empanada wasn’t great. One person dining with me really liked the chicken bacon waffles, and the portion sizes were great.

My kids (16, 14, 12) and I eat here fairly regularly. They typically only have 1 server on the weeknights, but it's rarely an issue. Unfortunately not tonight. When we arrived, there was 1 other family already there and already eating. The waitress came to take our drink order, and only listened to mine and then walked away, bringing everyone the drink I requested. Three of her friends showed up and they chit chatted by the coffee for a while. After about 10 min, she finally came to take our order. After about another 10 min, a couple walked in and their order was taken in a reasonable amount of time. They received their food promptly. The other table ordered dessert and received it. 45 minutes had passed and our food had still not arrived. The waitress didn't once come to check on us, refill drinks, etc. She just hung around the counter twirling her hair. Every time she came out, she didn't even look in our direction for me to get her attention. So I went to the counter to ask her for an update on our food. She twirled her hair and shrugged her shoulders. After another several minutes, the manager comes out and gives me some excuse about their computer not working (but it worked for everyone else), and told me I could leave or he could make us food. I told him we would just wait for the food since it shouldn't take that much time for pancakes to come out. Another 10ish minutes later and they brought food, not what we ordered, scrambled eggs were runny and had shells in them, other things were over cooked or just not at all what was ordered. What really gets me, though, is that the manager verbally apologized, but his attitude was the complete opposite and acted like I was in the wrong for asking about our food. We arrived at 5:45 and didn't receive food until about 7pm. There were only 2 other tables.

This place is incredible! I'm mad I'm just now finding out about it, but believe me I'll be returning OFTEN. The food was amazing, high quality and bountiful. The cold brew coffee was one of the best I've had. Great service and atmosphere. Can't wait to come back!

Food was delicious, but wow the wait staff wasn't even trying. The restaurant was empty except for 3 tables, including ours. I had to ask for water when my food arrived which was 40 minutes after we sat down. When the waitress finally took our orders, about 20 minutes after we sat down, my friend asked for a coffee, the waitress quite rudely laughed and said, "Is this your first time here?" Didn't even answer the question. We had to leave quickly after 15 minutes of eating, so we asked for the check. We waited another 5 minutes before I walked up to the bar to check out because we didn't have time to spare, and the waitress was just sitting texting. Haven't been to a Cafe Brazil in a while, and frankly I won't be back anytime soon because of this experience. Too bad because the food was really good.

Haven't been there for a while but I was craving crepes and also saw they have kids eat free option Sun - Thursday 5 to 10. Although we went on a Friday so didn't ask about it but will be going back during the week to take advantage of it. The crepes were better than I remember. Very yummy. Service was relaxed and very helpful.

We moved and hadn't been to Cafe Brazil in years always loved it. So when we were near this location and hungry we stopped in. As usual the food was SO good. I had the sausage Empanada, eggs, and potatoes. My husband had the steak fajitas. Both were great. Excellent service too prompt, friendly, and efficient. We'll be back!
