    Wow! Great coffee. Cute little coffee shop. The barista made my drink spot on! Go see Leticia for a great brew! She made me a salted caramel cold brew...yummy! And her coworkers Evelyn and Ariel were awesome too. Very friendly and good vibes!

    Ordered mexi mocha which is tooo sweet. Never expected so much sweet it's like drinking sugar syrup but they made it good. So rating for their effort

    This place is the truth! Their coffee is so rich and flavorful. I was a committed Starbucks drinker but now I prefer them over Starbucks any day! I used to drive 25 minutes just to get this coffee. Now that I live closer...I am here everyday!

    I have been coming here every day, sometimes twice a day, ever since they opened. Service has ALWAYS been excellent. Sometimes the lines can get long but that is because this place is good and is getting popular. However the lines do move fast. Maybe once or twice, I have had to wait a little longer but I can assure you, Starbucks wait time is a lot longer than these guys and no one complains about them. And all of the staff is very friendly and attentive. They have kid options which is why I come twice a day....in the mornings for me and in the afternoons for them.

    This location is absolutely terrible. Least friendly employees I have ever encountered at a human bean. I'm sorry but if you hate your job so much maybe you should get a different one rather than act like customers are an inconvenience to you. I went to the human bean all the time in the state I just moved from and it was my favorite place. Went every morning. Sadly this location has ruined the experience for me and my wife won't even finish her coffee (hot snowy mocha is her go to) because it tastes watered down compared to what we are used to from the human bean in our home state. This place needs a major change because it is letting the franchise down.

    I've been coming here for a little over a year and a half regularly, at times almost everyday and I order the exact same drink everytime (Irish cream breve hot) and I will say 95% of the time my drink was made perfect, it was great! However, within the last month or two I've noticed new faces making the coffee and everytime I go now it's a hit or miss when it comes to the taste of my drink, 95% of the time now a miss. All I taste when receiving it is either a bland drink or nothing but the espresso, no Irish cream at all, milk or anything which without it is too strong to my liking. A time or two I have asked for the drink to be remade, however the other times I just take it as it is because I don't like to complain alot about the same issue, waste it, or have them go through the trouble to keep remaking it. I really like this place, but now debating on if I'll be going back often or at all at this point.

    We have tried giving this place attempt after attempt. We really like the food and iced coffee but it stay consistent that our order is wrong every time. Today we went through the drive through and got to the front. The girl at the window asked us to repeat our entire order. We asked if she needed everything and she clarified that she just wanted to know if we ordered the vanilla mocha. Then she walked away and brought us one drink and the receipt. The receipt showed two different drinks (not correct) and one sandwich when when ordered three items of food. We tried to clarify in a nice way that our drinks weren’t correct and that we were missing food. The girl got too frustrated with us and just disappeared. So another girl came to the window and fixed our order. Typically it wouldn’t be a big deal- but this quote literally happens every time.

    It is honestly insane at the incompetence of the people that work here. Then again, it is more my fault for giving them so many chances and then continue to be surprised when they make the same mistakes over and over. Regardless of whether or not you go in person, or like I have, order through Grubhub etc, your order will be wrong. It’s really a shame because the coffee/breakfast is very good quality, but the random roll of whether your order is wrong or not is just not worth it anymore. Me and my fiancé vowed a couple months ago to never go through the drive-through anymore because of the countless terrible experiences we have had with the drive-through staff just not being able to grasp what our order was. Ordering seemed safer since they would actually have a printed copy of the order in their hand to look at. Unfortunately our last three orders in row ordering have also been wrong. Just save your money and sanity and go anywhere else.

    Service was quick and polite but they didn't repeat my order back, even when they gave me my coffee. Also no receipt. I ordered soy milk and I'm fairly sure they gave me regular milk. I cannot have dairy so this would make the coffee undrinkable. I wish they had said "latte with soy" or confirmed at any point during the order but they did not. Even a receipt would have let me know they heard soy. We were just passing through on a road trip so I couldn't return to find out or get it remade. Just felt like a waste of time and money on my part.

    Saw this was close to my school and decided to give it a try. OMG HOW IS STARBUCKS STILL IN BUSINESS? So many different options and combinations to choose from and the staff is very helpful with reading their menu and deciding what you like and actually want!!! The food is 10/10, coffee 10/10 and timing 10/10!!!! I can’t wait to try more

    The revolving staff has affected the service. I used to prefer this location over other coffee shops, but lately, the service is slow and not as friendly. There are some terrific baristas, but it seems like the manager schedules a new person every day, so the consistency is not there. For the first time in the 2-3 years I've been coming here, I didn't finish my coffee, which saddens me.

    I drove 1 hour to and from my house to visit The Human Bean! Coffee sounded good, so I checked around Google and found this coffee shop and wanted to give it a try since the photos look wonderful. Unfortunately, I’m disappointed with the drink I ordered. I went with the Java Chip frappuccino. When I took my first sip, it tasted like water: extremely bland, no flavor whatsoever. The only thing I could strongly taste was the mocha drizzle around the cup. I returned back and told them this and the employee working register was so so sweet and offered to remake it for me. I felt so bad I even had to come back and make them do extra work. The second try around, nothing change. It still tasted bland and it was like sipping water. The employee with red hair (god bless your soul…if she sees this, please know I am so sorry and feel terrible for inconveniencing y’all)! 😔 The employee was so damn kind. The drink ended up being remade 3 extra times. The last round, the employee said they could add extra mocha sauce to sweeten up the drink. While it did taste better than the first time, it still was not sweet enough. I ended up just saying that the drink was good and left because I didn’t feel like burdening anyone again and cut my losses. I see other customer reviews on here saying their drinks tasted like water, so I’m not the only one. Though don’t let my review stray you away. They have other drinks that probably taste better! Their customer service is wonderful and everyone was so professional and friendly to me. Thanks for providing me with a good experience with your customer service!

    (Not a Small Business) I'm feeling disappointed in this location. The Human Bean is one of my favorite coffee shops and has a special place in my heart. This franchise has sentimental value because I have been a customer since childhood. I was getting my coffee this morning when I noticed a "support small business" sign, and this felt very deceiving. I know The Human Bean is new to Texas, but it does originate from the West Coast. I am so grateful that locations are open here since I have a little piece of home. However, this is not a small business, and I feel it is tasteless to call it so in order to garner sympathy and support to bring up profits.

    Sweet baristas, quick service, and decent coffee. I have yet to try more drinks from their menu but their coffee is pretty standard. They have a variety of sweetener options. Each drink is accompanied with a teeny chocolate covered coffee bean. A cute place to make a caffeine pit stop.

    I am a Dallas event planner and needed coffee for a recent event where we were working very long days with a crew of 30. I reached out to the Human Bean in Carrollton to see if they could help me fulfill a daily order of 30 individual tumblers of coffee each morning for 4 days. Manager Lauren Stark didn't hesitate to say yes and then was so helpful making this happen every day. The coffee was always ready to go on time for early pick-ups, and Lauren even went out of her way to text me each day to remind me to return the mugs before they closed. This really helped me out because I was forgetting from being so busy! I am so thankful for all of their help and would recommend Human Bean to anyone. Coffee tastes great too of course!

    I really like the coffee here, it’s great and the staff is usually great but there is one person who works here who literally acts so inconvenienced if I want to change to whole milk, the person rushes the order never repeats it back and I recognize this person’s voice and almost half the time when they are the person primarily taking my order it’s wrong and I don’t usually want to say anything because of how inconvenienced they seem to act when they inconvenience me the person paying for the coffee. There isn’t even a line most of the time so I don’t understand why this person acts so bothered by taking just 15 seconds to repeat an order.

    I’ve been coming here the last five times and three of the last visits they give me the wrong drink. Who puts coconut in a cappuccino? It was disgusting. They don’t have experience in making coffee and no apology when I came up to the window the next day. If your not a morning person then you shouldn’t be working there. The staff need to learn customer service skills which they don’t have. I will not be coming back.

    I love going To Human Bean! My favorite drink is: Medium or Large Granita Mocha Java Chip with extra Mocha 1 shot or 2 shots of Expresso. It all depends on what type of morning/day I need to wake up to complete my work day. I also drink this as a treat myself on a special day, because it is a very smooth drink.

    This place is pretty new still and it's sooooo good. I went here for just a basic coffee and it tasted so fresh. The staff here is so awesome and it really has the environment of just a normal coffee shop. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend and I say you go ahead and give it a try too!

    Their specialty drinks are good, I recommend the Mexi-Mocha, but the flavored lattes are super bitter. Even if I ask them to make it sweeter it’s super bitter and I can’t even taste the flavor I asked for. Some of the staff isn’t so friendly in the mornings.

    The refreshers at this place are absolutely marvelous! Real fruit, mixed in also, and always love the free coffee bean with each order. Owner Laura and staff are phenomenal. Great customer service every time.

    Was always curious about this coffee shop so glad I tried it I get the cold foam cold brew with cinnamon and I tried the ham and Swiss croissant 🥐 so delicious and really good size too!!! Will keep coming back here ☕️

    Love their coffee and fruit drinks. A Lot of drinks you can't see until you pull up at the drive thru window. Why don't they display those BEFORE we drive up to pay? @HumanBeanCorporate you need to redesign your drive thru experience!

    Decent coffee if you order the right drink. A lot of the time it's just sugar water with flavor and not coffee. Never order chai from here, never. I was hoping this would be a good alternative to super sugary Starbuck, after several visits they have proven me wrong. Starbucks is better sadly. sometimes the special coffees here are good, but it's really hit or miss. You may get something bayou like about half the time if you try a new drink every time.Go to Lemma in downtown Carrollton if you want good coffee.

    The first time I had a coffee from here, I wasn’t SUPER impressed, so I hesitated going back. I’ve recently switched to a sugar free lifestyle and Starbucks has ONE sugar free option- vanilla. And to be honest, I’m not a fan. This morning I saw the human bean has SEVERAL sugar free options, so I decided why not try them again? When I tell you this was the best sugar free coffee I’ve ever purchased, I’m not lying. The salted caramel and white mocha together are amazing. I definitely don’t think I’ll be going through Starbucks again any time soon!!!

    My hairstylist told me about this place and I was super excited to try especially because I started boycotting Starbucks and never got my matcha drink anymore! I’ll just say this! The matcha grade they use is ten times better than Starbucks! There is no chalky after taste and I am super obsessed!!! I really wish they would open a store near Arlington/ Mansfield area!!! Then I would go all the time! As of now I have to go whenever I get my hair done or on that side of town!

    I love this place and am so sad I moved away from it. (Please come to Texarkana). I will go out of my way to come to this location. I get a salted caramel mocha, hot with whipped cream, drinkable hot - and it is perfect ever single time. They are miles above any other coffee shop I ever go to. I'm sorely going to miss this place.

    I love the human bean in Carrollton. The staff is always super helpful when I want to try new drinks. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their products! The drinks taste wonderful and are very reasonably priced. 10/10 I would recommend The Human Bean to coffee lovers across the world!

    Finally paid the human bean a visit. The staff was outstanding, they noticed I had my dog and offered a milk bone. The little espresso bean is an awesome touch. The banana nut muffin was very good. My only suggestion would be to blend the matcha smoothie a tad longer, I had a few too many chunks of ice that wouldn’t fit through the straw. Still, this is a 5 star spot.
