Karen
is
so
so
rude.
Every
single
time
I
call
up
there
she
is
so
passive
aggressive.
Zero
phone
customer
service.
This
place
is
not
clean,
staff
is
unable
to
do
anything
when
you
ask.
One
time
a
guy
working
said
he
couldn’t
sign
up
my
guest
a
membership
because
he
just
didn’t
know
how.
WHAT?
I
was
a
GM
of
an
Anytime
Fitness
for
years
before
moving
to
Carrollton,
and
your
staff
should
be
able
to
do
everything
to
operate
the
gym.
Having
members
call
ABC
for
anything
to
be
done
on
their
accounts
instead
of
staff
having
access
is
crazy.
Complete
mess
when
it
comes
to
communication.
ABC
says
one
thing,
Club
Fitness
employees
say
another.
At
least
everyone
else
is
super
nice,
besides
Karen.
I’ve
debated
posting
this
a
few
times
but
today
at
a
time
of
desperation
for
them
to
help
me
out,
she
was
so
rude.
I’ll
change
my
review
if
the
owner
actually
takes
time
to
call
me
back
and
works
with
me.
