Absolutely brilliant find. Just popped in for a quick lunch and ended up staying all afternoon! Krysta our waitress was outstanding. It was very refreshing to be served by someone enthusiastic and with a good understanding of their menu and drinks range. She made several recommendations which were all excellent. Will return for sure!

Turtle Bay bottomless brunch, OMG! the cocktails kept on coming, at one point I think we had 3 cocktails each in front of us we couldn't drink quick enough!🥳👍🍹 It was brilliant if i'm honest, I've never been here before but I would definitely go back. Not all of the food is spicy hot & there is a vast menu to choose from.

My first time in Croydon and it is kinda known for carribean cuisine. I passed by Turtle Bay and immediately I have decided I will have brunch there. Lovely staff, was very helpful especially it was our first time dining there. The food was great. I had the bbq jerk pit. Chicken was tender and the spices was really warm. Great food in had curry goat it was spicy with the scotch bonnet peppers. The goat was soft and tender. Delicious The waitress was kind and informative. I'll be back soon. Hopefully can catch the happy hour Before 7pm OR after 9pm

My friend and I certainly enjoyed ourselves. We indulged in their bottomless brunch, and the waitresses were too kind. Our main server was a girl named Kryssa, sweet lady. Also, a tall slim brunette with long hair gave us charisma too. The drinks were flowing and we decided to order food. The Shack Shack burger was juicy and hit the spot, but really there should be at least a £1.50 charge for chips on the side; as the plate felt very empty. Or maybe side salad. I would go again, we’re already planning it! Thank you for your hospitality

I Rarely feel restaurants deserve a 5* but Turtle Bay is definitely somewhere that deserves this. Everything from beginning to end got a thumbs up from us. The host from the moment we entered was amazing! Red stripe on tap 😁 what a time to be alive 😄 We had doubles, and Jerk wings & then Roti rolls - both the meat and veg version with sides of curried chicken peas and Jerk Cheesy fries. Absolutely lush. Beautiful decor and Well thought out, most definitely had a carribean feel to it especially with the music which made the vibe / atmosphere comfortable, a little busy too for lunch time which is also a good sign. Clean toilets and overall great maintenance of the place. Will 100% be back.

I wasn't impressed by Turtle Bay in their earlier days, but they have stepped up! After a few years I decided to take a risk and return...it definitely paid off. Great cocktails, atmosphere and staff. I'll be back to try some more of the menu offerings.

Bottomless Brunch with my friends. We’ve been here many times and always receive great service. Henry and Karl were very helpful with picking out the best cocktails and were very friendly. There were great vegan options and the cocktails are all vegan too. We will be back in 2024 for more brunches.

My family and I had lunch here. We have eaten at their other locations before but this was our first time here. The atmosphere lovely and the staff are warm and welcoming. Our server was very polite and offered suggestions which was great. Food was amazing as always.

We visited Turtle Bay at Croydon over the weekend. We didn't have a reservation, however the restaurant staff were very kind enough to accommodate us. We loved the restaurant ambience and the food was really nice. There is also a 2 for 1 happy hour everyday until 7pm.We were served by Alex who was friendly and we had a wonderful time. Would definitely visit again.

came here the other night for a meal and drinks, a little skimpish on the rice & peas but the food itself tasted amazing! cocktails were 2-4-1 before 7pm & tasted pretty good if you can down them before the ice melts, it's a little pricier than i'd like but it's got lovely decor & atmosphere with rly attentive staff. would come again but mainly for the food

I attended this restaurant after watching a film next door. Overall the cocktail was value for money buy 1 and get a second one of the same free. However I didn't enjoy the food as much as I thought it would be full on seasoned and flavoured. It appeared to be bland with the sauce poured on to give flavour. Sadly where there was no sauce there was no flavour. May be the menu too wide and the same base meat is used with add flavours.

Great restaurant! The jerk tofu was especially great! And of course, the two for one cocktails :) lovely staff and great atmosphere!

Great drinks, the jerk tofu was good. Update: I changed my rating because I went back. I think it’s a good got to spot. I got the vegetarian beach platter, the food was good as usual except for the fact that the coconut strips on the roti were spoiled. They just brushed it off like it was nothing. I did not like that part of the service. Apart from that the food and drinks were good. I might go back again when I get over the spoiled coconut strips.

Had a great evening at the relaunch night. Service and food were great. Been several times previously and had a birthday meal there a couple of years ago so it’s great that it’s reopening. As someone who works in leisure and tourism I can appreciate the hard work involved in reopening so well done to the team!

A group of us came here for my daughter's birthday. It was midweek so it wasn't busy. It was a 2 hour session, unlimited drink with a meal. The minute we were seated the waiter gave us a cocktail straight away. It was the best time I've had out for quite a while. Service was 10/10 the waiter was knowledgeable and attentive to all our needs. The food was excellent,a vast selection of cocktails. Would definitely come here again.

Had a great time! Got our 2-4-1 drinks at the bar. Aleks was great and got our orders tasting NICE! Nice vibes, music wasn't too loud so you can have a conversation. Definitely recommend you come down.

Maya was the host with the mostest, she was helpful and took her time to take us through the menu and recommendations. The food wasn’t great, hence the low score, the presentation was top notch but the taste wasn’t. I have a suspicion that the problem was the oil, just my opinion.

What a lovely place. Nice to see that it’s been completely refurbished during lockdown and the place looks amazing. The food was really good. Large quantities which was nice. Love the cocktails and the and 2 for 1 makes it even better. Really enjoyed our time there. The service was friendly and excellent.

We went for a bottomless brunch, service was very slow and they didn’t have certain menu items so we were limited in what we could have even though still paying the same price. Staff were rude and offhand, couldn’t even be bothered to replace empty sauce bottles. Disappointing as when we went earlier this year it was great, but this time it certainly wasn’t value for money.

Food is fresh. I would prefer it to be a bit more flavoursome but I guess they are cautious not to add too much salt/spice seasonings in their dishes like we do at home. Cocktails are ok however a little less syrup and a bit more alcohol in them would be nice. Can't fault the staff they make you feel welcome

Bottomless brunch at Turtle Bay is the place to go. The staff are so attentive and the food and cocktails are amazing. Steph was amazing, she made sure we always had a cocktail in our hand and were having a good time!

Went to Turtle Bay for a family get together. Unfortunately the food and service was extremely disappointing. The majority of our food was served luke warm and when we complained they took it away and reheated it in a microwave rather than replacing the meal completely. I ordered ribs which also arrived cold and burnt. The meal was replaced and did arrive hot and properly cooked but it still had a funny taste. The manager did discount our bill and we refused to pay for the service charge. The cocktails and mocktails were very good and are highly recommended. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the restaurant also had a lot to be desired. The table we were given had food under the table and we had to ask a member of staff to clean it up before we were seated. Someone had also been sick in the female toilets which took staff over 30 minutes to clean up. Very disappointed and will not be going back to any branches of Turtle Bay

I enjoyed the reggae punch cocktail with some ribs. Nice staff and beautiful decor inside restaurant. We enjoyed the 2-4-1 deal for drinks also. Really enjoyed myself with my friends.

Went out with my friends, the drinks were okay-ish for me, I have had better cocktails tbh. I had the squid and curry goat with rice&peas the food was good, with the exception of there were burnt part of the rice&peas in my food that were somewhat hidden underneath. The squid was perfect, the deep fried mac n' cheese was nice. The service was quite slow. The atmosphere was the place was great.

Slow on service and collecting empty glasses/plates. The elderflower soft drink was definitely not elderflower however the waiter changed this for me to a different soft drink. One of the shot glasses had a crack, this was very dangerous to drink from. Atmosphere was nice all in all.

Early lunch, whilst shopping in Croydon. Food was OK, but would have been better value to get the brunch; although who wants to be drinking so early in the afternoon. Maybe if I had gone there for an occasion, I would have felt more at ease and happily purchased the brunch. Did not represent good value for money a la cartè. Service was disappointing given that it wasn't very busy, although staff were friendly.

Wonderful experience in turtle bay, croydon. Ambience & Hospitality is amazing and food tasty yummy as well, they have best offer in cocktail’s specially during their happy hours. I would specially thank Mr. Henry for his service and hospitality towards us. Cheers

Starters were lovely. The 2 for 1 cocktails you actually need 2 because of the small glass it comes in (i had strawberry daiquiri) the mains need improvement especially the goat curry.

Absolutely amazing Sunday bottomless brunch with my sibling! Really attentive staff, including the lovely Zhanai who regularly checked in on us to make sure that everything was okay. Great service, and portions were more filling than expected. We went for the bottomless brunch an amazing selection of cocktails and Henry the server was a great host to our table. Recommending drinks and food and supply the table with great vibes and energy.

A regular haunt for me, it was my friends first visit & 1st jerk chicken. I had the brown chicken, it was tasty with plenty of tender chicken pieces. We had 2 cocktails, the1st, which was very colourful, was a little sweet for us, but the zombie went down very well. The service was friendly, attentive without being intrusive, as it was a late lunch it was quite quiet, the background music loud enough to hear properly, but didn't interrupt the conversation.

Henry was great at handling my allergy of gluten. Great host and great atmosphere. Great quality for money for the bottomless brunch and handled a large group well.

Amazing service! Had the bottomless brunch. Food and drinks were amazing. Staff were so friendly and attentive. (Asking us for our next order before current drink had finished) Krysta was especially amazing. Really friendly and lovely. Recommended cocktails that were amazing as well.
