This local bar IS that FUN!! GREAT local neighborhood bar with good bang for your buck drinks!! But you better bring cash because it's a CASH Only place with an ATM onsite. Bartenders know how to make a drink and stiff ones at that plus they have a plethora of bottle beers to choose from (Bud & Bud Light, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Stella Artois, Guiness, Red Stripe, and on & on) not to mention the plethora of liquors they carry - and they are ALL super friendly!! Best Scratch Bloody Mary around not no fancy schmancy with the sandwich on it, but it's AMAZING!! One of my go to drinks - Margarita on the rocks w/salt served in a pint glass (they serve it that way FYI) with Hornitos - ummmmm OMTASTY and definitely inexpensive and yepppppp that GOOD!! Thank you Timbers!! Need to get your fix and watch some Football, Baseball or Golf they got you covered and this is definitely the local bar to do that in! Play a game of darts or just hang out with some friends, heck bring Fido because he's welcome to if he's friendly that is and can lay around and behave - they will even give Fido a bowl of water if he's a good boy. I almost forgot if you find that you need something to nibble on besides your dates neck or the person you just met LOL They have fresh popped popcorn in the back corner for ALL patrons, day & night - yep they are that kind of friendly bar! During games, holidays and sometimes just because they have potlucks so don't be surprised if you happen in here and find a spread of homemade delicious food from the owners, bartenders and some of the regulars - they are amazing like that!! Well come on down to this GREAT local neighborhood bar, belly up and order a round or two and if you dare to ring the bell, well then drinks are on YOU - and believe me this will NOT break the bank and I am NOT kidding because I have been dared - and for those of us that have to head out or aren't ready for our next drink, we get a handy, dandy Timber's drink token for when we are - ENJOY!

One of the best local dive bars in Carson City Nevada, if not the best. Jeff is an amazing bartender. Funny, friendly, and inviting. He has become a good friend quickly. Ask him about the Blue Dolphin special.

Greatest bar in northern Nevada. Spotlessly clean, super friendly and helpful staff. A hidden gem. 06/21/2022 still the best bar in Nevada. Opens at 0700am, fantastic service and the most clean restrooms ever. Great staff. Don't forget cash only but there is an ATM onsite.

I really appreciate a good neighborhood bar, and The Timbers Saloon is definitely one of the best in Carson City! The drinks here a reasonably priced, and the rest of the bar is clean and well cared for. So if you are thirsty and want a nice place to hangout, than I highly recommend this bar!

Customers are always treated like family at Timbers. The drinks are generously poured and reasonably priced. I've yet to have a bad experience at Timbers and expect I never will.

Timber’s is a fantastic little local pub on a quiet street in Carson City. This is strictly a locals place which. during the day has generally an older clientele. The service is really 1st class and the beer is ice cold! There is no food, but there is fresh popcorn for free. If you want cold beer and a place where no one is going to judge you, this is the place!!!!

I flew into town to hike the Tahoe Rim Trail. Came off the trail and set up in a local hotel near Timbers -- this place is amazing and definitely lives up to the reviews. If you like a friendly and neighborly place to have a drink with folks of good spirited company, this is your place. Don't let its exterior fool you -- this establishment is clean, well run, and well stocked. Kasey is especially delightful. You will not be sorry you stopped in. This is ESPECIALLY a place for you if you respect veterans -- they most certainly do.
