    We ordered a couple pizzas for delivery tonight. An hour and a half later we called. First call, lady said pizzas would go out in 5 minutes. Second call 20 minutes later, she placed me on hold for 4 minutes then hung up. We waited another 15 minutes and called again. It was now past 8pm. I said if the order had not gone out, please just keep it. She said it had. Another 10 minutes and two very room temp pizzas arrived, $48. These folks owe us a refund and an apology

    Mine was Order no. 52 on the night of 17 MARCH 2023. Not only was my order fulfilled poorly, the quality of the food I ordered was not up to the usual standards of quality, and specifications that Pizza Hut has normally fulfilled. I ordered a hand tossed pepperoni and jalapeno pizza, light cheese, and received an overcooked, brittle, dry thin crust pepperoni and jalapeno pizza, the pepperonis cooked to a crisp, with too much cheese and no pizza sauce. The Pizza Hut, the manager and manager in training assured me that they would replace it that evening, and the new pizza never arrived. I will be calling this morning about that replacement. It happens on rare occasion that this pizza hut provides less than satisfactory service, but this was especially heinous. They were busy, and I get that, but they speed in which they worked caused poor quality in the food, the experience, and the two additional pan pizzas I ordered for my kids were so poorly put together, the ingredients were less than what was ordered, and bunched all to one side. The boxes were soggy, and smashed. This is a 1/5 star experience in what is usually a 3 - 3.5 quality establishment. Apparently satisfaction is not guaranteed.

    Food was cold and dry. Bread sticks were hard and marinara sauce was ice cold. This is strike three for me! I'm out!

    Received food in 15-20 min as expected. However it was extremely dry and burnt crunchy all around 3 pizzas. We are here on vacation, and was not worth the $70 I spent. Taste as though a heat lamp or something dried up every bit of sauce that pizzas should have. I would have much rather waited a little longer and enjoyed our pizzas more freshly made.

    The pizza was very small for it being a large. The price was way to high. A d the crust was so thin practically needed 2 hands just to keep stuff from falling off of it

    I just spent 45 dollars there. It tasted like a wet cleaning rag. Most disgusting pizza I ever had. I will never ever order again. It's criminal what you guys do.

    Received a coupon in the mail for a delivery special for a three topping pizza for $14.99. call ed this pizza hut. woman on the phone said it was a carry out special and I advised her of the label on the coupon. I asked if I could do half and half on a pizza. she told me I could. I ordered half of the pizza with three topping and the other half with three different toppings. she told me that was six toppings. one wonders what she thought the difference would for the second half of the pizza. then she left to talk care of something else while I was still on the phone trying to order. very incompetent and poor service. will not order from there again. If i could I would give it no stars.

    I order through the app. I've never had a problem until recently. When I got there the employees gave me two different totals and told me I still had to pay.. I inform them I had paid online and show them the receipt provided. They said that was just a hold on my credit card and I had to pay again. I contacted Pizza Hut at their customer service number and I was told somebody would contact me within three business days. It has been over 4 weeks and nobody has contacted me. I found a different pizza place. I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

    Normally we order from here it’s great, this time I ordered the big dinner box asked for extra cheese only got it on one side of the pizza. The other half didn’t even have cheese on it. The cheese sticks were really dry and the pasta was really dry.

    This location is not capable of taking orders over the phone and if you order online I would advise calling and double checking they got it in their system to make sure you receive your food on time.

    The New Yorker makes a big difference. They should keep it on the menu, I don't know why they don't. Clearly the best NY Style pizza in my area.

    Quite an experince. Dine in must have just opened. They do have tables and chairs They have Ice but no water. No fountain drinks. You can buy liter of soda or bottled water.

    I hadn't had pizza hut in years and we tried it a few weeks back and i was pleasantly surprised. It was very good. The staff were also super friendly even with it being later at night!

    What can I say it's Pizza Hut. Sometimes it's great. Sometimes it's not so great. If you order online the prices are a lot cheaper than ordering in the store. They too have been struggling with employees and have not had delivery drivers.

    I ask anyone reading this to never order pizza hut again. Very bad experience. Talked to a woman when I ordered my food. When I decided to cancel the order cause I didn't have correct change she asked me why I even ordered it. I called the store and a woman answered. I asked to speak to the manager and she proceeded to tell me she was the only one working at the time. So I called Corporate Pizza hut. In the middle of the conversation I asked the Pizza Hut representative to hold on why I answered the door. I proceeded to answer the door and get my Dominos Pizza. When I picked the phone back up after carrying on a conversation with Phil from Dominos who delivered my order, the phone was dead. So I called back and talked to Mickl G. I immediately asked for his supervisor. He asked me my name repeatedly and the third time I gave it to him because he said he couldn't connect me without my first and last name to his supervisor. After I gave him my name he asked me how he could help. I said give me your supervisor. He never did. I finally got frustrated and told him I was going to contact Jack in Pizza Hut Corporate office and he should proceed to find a new job. Then I hung up the phone.

    This has to be THE WORST IN carson city... Half BBQ CHICKEN half veggie with white sauce 1st... I have a food allergy and ordered white sauce and got red... pizza was remade not at all looking like what was ordered and brought out the 1st time... im still wondering where the BBQ sauce was... the manager on duty was amazing dealing with me... the counter help guy needs his hearing checked not only did he apparently not hear me in a completely empty restaurant he didn't hear being told the remake was in the warmer either

    I wanted to try to eat at the pizza hut restaurant... Silly of me, what did I expect? Well I did not expect the pizza to be served in a box and to get an optional disposable plate and cutely. The experience was awkward. The people were nice but the organisation is, let say surprising.

    I had a terrible customer experience yesterday when I attempted to use my reward points on the Pizza Hut App to order two pizza's. First of all the App failed to work, several times, and when I ultimately drove to the brick & mortar store in my area to use my reward points to place my order I found out that the Pizza Hut App operates separately from the stores cashier system and therefore their are unable to view or use your points to place an order? In today's day and age this type of customer service is unacceptable and causes enough frustration to chase me away from Pizza Hut to one of their competitors!

    These kids were great!! We came in around 8:00 pm with a party of nine. We ordered a large supreme and pepperoni pizzas. That was the best Supreme pizza I ever had. The veggies were fresh and the crust was not burnt. The kids loved the pepperoni pizza and they had a great time playing with their coloring books. It was an awesome experience and affordable too. We are from the Los Angeles area and visit Carson City about twice a year. I haven't had a good supreme pizza in years around Los Angeles. This one hit the spot and it easy right on time. Thanks guys, we will be back!!

    I ordered Pizza tonight (two mediums and Cinnabons) back at 5:10 pm with an estimate of 5:40 pm delivery time via the Pizza Hut app, again I get it’s an estimate but it’s never been this far off, I finally get a text message at 6:05 pm that my pizza is finally on its way… at 6:20pm I get a call from my delivery driver asking if I got my pizza that he left on the doorstep, I open the door and no pizza is there, so my fiancé runs down to the end of the driveway to find the driver, about 5 minutes later, my fiancé comes up with our food and upon opening the pizza it looks okay, but when we took bites of the food it tasted absolutely horrible, like disgusting beyond repair! It was pointless to call and complain because we would just be stuck waiting for another pizza for another hour and a half! I have always been pro Pizza Hut till tonight,, it will definitely be a long time before a try here again!!! 😩😩😩😩

    Giving Pizza Hut even one star was to much. I ordered a pizza, chicken wings and chicken Alfredo. When delivered there was no pizza. When I call them back I was told that because they read the order back there was nothing they could do. The order was not read back because I would have asked about the pizza. She offered me a pizza at a discount. I told her that my total was to include a pizza. The pasta had no taste. I got 10 chicken wings not 12 and the bread stick were cold and hard. Needless to and there was no pizza. I will never order from pizza Hut again.

    I forgot about this chain of restaurant. Went recently and with everything happening in the world, I have to say that's affordable and good. No need to spend too much to get good food. You can find cheaper, but you may not like it. For me, it was a good compromise.

    Haven't eaten Pizza Hut in years. Saw the commerical for the Detroit Pizza so we decided to try it out. What a $16.00 mistake !!!!!!!!!. No toppings all bread garbage. Called and manager said they can only put on so much per company policy not even I'm so sorry for anything. We said we weren't coming back and she said okay ty no problem and hung up. Alot of pizza places in Carson. DON'T waste your time and money on bread and sauce.
