I was not expecting such great customer service from a motel 6, but my girl Ally really did make my stay enjoyable. She really went above and beyond when it came to helping me out. Everything was dope with the rooms. They also had coffee out every morning. I ain't gonna lie, this place has gotta be one of my favorite places to stay at and its cheap to.

Rooms are cozy. Warm light option. BUT ridiculously overpriced. If I wasn't dead sleepy that night I would have never. It was 80+ dollars for one night and I checked in after midnight but wouldn't give me a discount. Carson city is incredibly one dimensional with basically ZERO diversity, all Caucasians. Was constantly being stared down. Would not recommend a vacation here for minorities unless that sort of thing doesn't bother you.

Say what you like about motel 6's.The Motel 6 Carson City services and personnel far exceeded my expectations. Their Level of professionalism is second to none. They were pleasant, courteous, professional and hard working, from front desk, maintenance and the room cleaning staff.. When asked for additional services they complied quickly and pleasantly. I was very impressed with the level of security. They give a lot of thought and attention to customer safety. Not once did I feel uncomfortable as with some other motels. After a week stay I would not hesitate to stayi here again.

I did not expect much and was very pleasantly surprised. Super friendly staff, renovated and very clean room and an absolutely fair price. Would come back anytime and can only highly recommend it. The bad reviews are probably from before the renovation, otherwise I can not explain.

The chk-in was quick and friendly. My room was a single queen bed with fridge and unique shower. Kinda like a walk in tube (no tub). Just the basic no thrills kinda room. I was there solo w/my small dog and felt relatively safe taking a short trip around the property after dark with my fur-baby to the designated dog area. Lighting was fairly good after dark. Again, there are no thrills with the room or area but for what was needed and the price I'd recommend.

Motel 6 can be inconsistent in quality. This was a good one. Clean rooms, no long term residents, friendly staff, and located near a nice residential area to walk the dog. No pet fee!

This Motel 6 was a great experience all the way around. Room are clean and comfortable. Jerett made checking in fast and easy and is knowledgeable on the city.

Best bang for the buck by far. Even if the price was twice this, we'd give the same high review. Lori, the manager, made our checkin quick and easy with a helpful attitude. Room is clean, spacious, modern looking with wood laminate floors. Gives a good feeling when you walk in. Fitted bed sheet and bedding you don't have to fight to cover you. Sounds trivial, but even the TV remote is easy to navigate. Best sleep we've had on this trip and are now looking for the next Motel 6 along our route.

No frills room. Was very clean compared to Day's Inn. No frills room and very limited ammenities. Small towels. No room service for two days stay. Fridge and microwave worked very well. When I checked in, there was a sign on the night window (at 530pm) back in 10 minutes. He showed up almost an hour after that. Hard to hear him from all the mumbling through the night window, could not get into the lobby at all.

10/10 motel experience! Checking in was fast, easy and hassle free! Jerett at the front desk was super welcoming and helpful! Anytime I had a question about the motel or checking in he answered diligently and with a smile! 10/10 customer service. When I had lost my room key he was eager to help me and solved the problem. Room was also very neat and tidy when I arrived.

Ally at Motel 6 I'm Carson City Nevada was amazing! My family stayed the weekend and are stay was one of the best. The atmosphere was clean and quiet. Thank you for your hospitality!

I want to express my pleasure meeting and getting to know the maintenance man DAVE! He is a wonderful human being and an exceptionly hard worker! He will take time to talk with you and make you feel at home! The entire staff from management to customer service clerks and house keeping do an exceptional job at making you feel like a valued customer. Extremely friendly and accommodating. I've stayed here twice when going to Carson City for medical appointments. I read about Lori at the front desk and the first time I stayed there she certainly lived up to her rep. She was not working on the day of my last stay but I have to say the Ally was great as well and may just start giving Lori a run for her "fame standing". As other have said the rooms are clean, it is close to downtown and it is affordable.

The rooms at this motel 6 are very small. With two full size beds there was no room to move around. The shower was small and nasty. So nasty, I didn't shower. A good thing too, as the bath towels are thin and about the size of a hand towel. The front desk clerk was nice enough to. That's the only positive ting I cans say. Based on the price and the small size and low quality of the rooms, it is a very poor value.

This was absolutely the best experience we have had at any Motel 6. Freddie, at the front desk, was fabulous! The room was very clean. We travel a lot for our business and this was likely the cleanest room we have had. We will definitely stay here again when we need to visit Carson City in the future.

I was given a room, but when I used the key they gave me and opened the door to that room, I found a man sleeping in the bed already. I was offered no apology or explanation and after several minutes of the clerk silently working on the computer, I was handed a new key to a different room. Thankfully, nobody was already occupying this room. Then during the night a man tried for several minutes to get into my room. Additionally, though the rooms are nonsmoking, there were people smoking everywhere outside on the property. The office staff was smoking right outside the office doors. The office smelled like smoke. When I turned on my bathroom fan, my bathroom smelled like smoke. I highly recommend NEVER staying here.

Property has been recently renovated and has modern appliances and outlets, high definition televisions, and better cable options than most motels. Rooms are small, as is expected for a motel, but the price reflects that and is quite affordable. I stayed on a busy weekend and didn't have trouble with noise; it's right off of a central road and feels very safe, as well. Staff was friendly and provided me with extra amenities when asked. I wish all motels were as nice as this one.

We stayed for 4 days and not once were the trash cans emptied or the dirty towels picked up. We had to ask for toilet paper and fresh towels daily. The bathroom also left much to be desired and smelled of urine. The pool was constantly closed for cleaning. Overall it was not a good experience. Would not recommend this location.

Lori at the front desk was great!! Very nice to my elderly Mom (love you!) The room is clean and quiet, been here a little while. The maids are respectful. Great lighting in the parking lot and throughout the walkways at night.

Front desk clerk Lori was great!! Literally an emergency life saving surgery for my husband during the storm of the century. I needed a place for my husband to rest and gain strength before heading home. Lori was accommodating with some extras that we needed. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of shops around to meet our needs. Thank you for a warm welcome when we needed it most.

What a pleasant surprise! Newly remodeled rooms that were super clean! The parking lot was extremely well lit, and Ally at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful! We’ll definitely stay there again the next time we’re in Carson City.

Lori at the front desk was extremely nice and informative of the area. We travel with our two cocker spaniels, and found the pet friendly room to be exceptionally clean. A great value. Thanks for making our 4 day stay a good one.

The room was exceptionall clean! We have pups so we choose to use motel six for this reason. They are accomodating for families woth dogs. The value at this particular Motel 6 is outstanding. We are non smokers and the room did not have the typical stench of the sneaky smoker, this is huge for us.

Front desk was so helpful and nice, especially Lori. Prices were great, location is walking distance from everything. Clean, quiet, on site laundry facilities and swimming pool. Very family oriented type of place, unlike some other motel 6 locations I've visited.

I didn’t feel safe as the door was not working properly it didn’t close on the top or bottom however I was able to lock it in the middle and when brought to the attention of the front desk they did nothing the pillows were not only dirty but flat the light bulb was taken out of the lamp and the bathroom was dirty. I’m grateful I was only there for the day as I went to check on a ill friend and needed a place to rest before heading out but never again will I choose that hotel unless major improvements are made

Me and my boyfriend where staying for a few nights, but when we got there I realized I had booked a room with 2 beds instead of just one queen room. I spoke with the front desk about fixing my reservation, and the lady at the desk was so helpful and understood my frustration and confusion. she was very patient with me, got me another room fast. she also told me if I needed anything I could call down and she would be more than willing to help. 😊 when I went to go get ice we engaged in a very comforting conversation she gave me directions and recommended a few things to do. the property was well kept and the maid service was on point!! I think the lady's name was allannah or ally something like that. she put a smile on my face and I would go back just to visit her again thank you for making my stay better. Keep up the good work 🙂

My stay at Motel 6 Carson City was excellent. My room was immaculate with plenty of towels. The staff that included Paul and Ally were inviting and accommodating. You couldn't ask for better staff members. I will come again many times in the future.

Great value. My room was clean and well maintained. Lori at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. She put me in a ground floor room at the end of the row, where it was quiet and I had easy access to my car. This is obviously an older hotel and the price reflects that, but if you just want a clean and comfortable place to stay you would be hard pressed to find a better deal.

For a two night stay it was good. The room was very clean with a microwave and small fridge which I needed. Bathroom was clean with a shower which was fine no tub needed. I had my two dogs with me with no extra charge also. The staff was very friendly and location has many places to eat on main road. It was a very quite two nights with no loud noise and the a/c, heater worked great.
