Apparently these are fake reviews the carpet was so dirty your feet are black in 5 minutes had to wear shoes 24/7 crackhead on the floor above us we're up 24/7 and loud the unit behind us was being treated by pest control for bed bugs we paid for 2 weeks got sick got out of there in a week try to get back our second weeksecondweek's money and had no return policy place was filthy disgusting

Quiet and people keep to themselves. This Inn is extended stay only. Management is friendly and courteous. Air conditioning is not up to par. Residents here are familiar with one another. Community feeling.

Manager is great but the cable would go out in the middle of the night, people above me had no consideration, the handyman kept things going. They let u have ur pet an thats a big plus!!!

Every day improvements are being done at the Silver Queen. Management and maintenance are on top of every thing that requires their attention. I would recommend the Silver Queen aka Carson Heights to anyone. Only one issue that is annoying, the elevator does not work. I guess that will keep you in shape if you are above the first floor. 👍

Management is the best and the rooms are clean. Every time we need a place to stay this is where we come. We recommend the Silver Queen to everyone!

This is a motel that's on the cheaper side. They only do weekly and up. However, they prefer by weekly or monthly.

Ravo. falcon Here. So basicly when we moved in nice manager nice service. And then 5-8 mounths later new manager. The new manager was angry not helpful had an attitude 8-9 mounths later When I was sitting on my couch watching tv I killed a bug. I checked for more there was more. So basicly my parents and I took it outside and it was infested with bedbugs and the Couch was clean No food or anything in there. So basicly I’m telling u not to rent cause when u rent u will regret it it’s a trashy place. So that’s my review. So make sure Do Not rent the joint.
