Amex
travel
for
two
queen
beds,
when
we
got
there
we
received
one
bed.
No
remedy,
I
was
told
the
hotel
was
full
yet
the
parking
lot
was
bear,
I
don't
believe
many
people
go
to
Carson
City
for
Labor
Day.
I
booked
two
previous
places
hotels
in
two
other
cities
no
problem,
I
was
then
told
you
don't
always
get
the
room
you
expect,
which
was
a
lie
because
the
previous
two
hotels
I
got
two
beds!
Then
the
retainer
fee
was
applied
and
I
had
to
call
in
to
get
it
removed.
Poor
customer
service
and
I'll
never
stay
at
this
place
in
Carson
City
again.
