    Drive thru is barely open anymore. I love this jack in the box but I think it's time to shut your doors for good. If you can't have afford to have workers and keep the drive thru open then it's not worth being open....

    Sometimes it's ok and sometimes it's not, must be who's working and cooking, prices are getting high like everything in gougeavada (nevada) and Greedafornia!!

    Manager very rude. Simply asked for more onions and she freaked out. This person should not be working with the public. In the end she told me to get the ____ out of the store. I have talked to a number of people in the area who go there occasionally, they all say the same thing. How long before Jack and the Box fires this person, I know they're losing business cuz of her.

    We went inside to eat. The manager had all her kids inside and no one watching the kids. A toddler was all alone at times while mom was working and the kids were running around. Unprofessional. The food was not fresh and the cheese on the hamburger didn’t even melt. The manager was looking and talking to us like we were a inconvenience on her taking our order. My kids would not sit down with the manager kids running all around. Then the manager turns off half the lights in the dinning area. That was our last time at this location.

    I just can't remember the last time they got the whole order right... sad... just sad. I know it's only fast food, but you should get what you order and what you pay for. Plus the fries tasted like they had been under the heat lamp for several days. Also, the line was ridiculously long.

    Went to the drive thru. placed my order. Went home and opened the bag and this was one of the sandwiches . yuck The box looked like it had been reused. Even inside the box looked dirty. On a plus note the egg rolls were very hot and tasty .

    Order was correct, no ketchup available and my food was cold even though I got it right after it was made and ate it right away... Location wasn't really dirty but it wasn't clean either. The entire experience was very blah.

    When I can into the restaurant I was greater with a smile. Place my order she thanked me when I gave her the money for my order. My daughter and I had a wonderful lunch

    They should just close this location. The rudest staff and management joins in. Have witnessed very bad behavior, hard buns I couldn't even chew, drive through can take up to a half hour even if you're the only one in line....just horrible. Behind the counter is a gross mess that you can see while ordering. The owner should just close if they don't care about quality or service. 🤢

    We pulled in with a big order an hour before closing time and the young man at the window (I forgot his name) was so upbeat and pleasant. So many young adults seem like working is such an inconvenience and make it obvious when they help you. Not this young man. He was awesome. Keep it up.

    This is the best Jack in the Box ever! They're always friendly and the food is fresh and hot. The place is also kept pretty clean.

    Everything was made fresh to order and very good. Their staff is a bit... unpleasant. None of the ones working register actually know what comes on anything and they get kind of agitated/hostile when you ask. Also... what place in their right mind charges for Onions? They messed our order up. (We ordered spicy strips, they have us a sandwich)

    Ordered four items and they got one correct. I ordered a chicken nugget kids meal and the gave me fires and churros in the kids meal bag no chicken nuggets to be found. I also ordered a cheeseburger with curly fries and got a crispy chicken sandwich with ice cold regular fries instead. I ordered mini tacos and got jalapeno poppers instead. I understand how intense dinner rushes can be but this is completely unacceptable.

    1st time at jack n the box and the tacos in the munchie box are horrible, two types of fries ticked me off lol I love fries btw and the spicy nacho chicken sandwich was old or over fried

    They were so short staffed that the drive thru wait was more than 30 min. The employees were being run ragged. There were only 4 employees and the line was about 15 cars long behind me and I was about 6th in line so 21 cars at 8 pm and I paid 37 dollars and only got 4 things that I ordered and 2 bags of someone else's order. Granted I should have inspected my bags more carefully. I just felt so bad for these employees. They need employees. Corporate should do something to help these guys out. I'm not sure what but something. If you need a job try applying at these seriously understaffed restaurants.

    My husband and I took our kids to eat and my 7 year old daughter accidentally spilt her drink all over the table and floor. So he asked if they had a mop or something to clean it up with and they said ok, about 10 minutes go by and nothing so I went to the counter and reminded them and the guy just shrugged is shoulders like it wasn't a big deal (The dining room was full of families with children and trying to avoid the spill wasn't easy) So I mentioned to him that it was a lawsuit waiting to happen as I walked away. And as we sat and waited again we saw him walk over to two other employees pointing to the spill and they all were laughing about it. Wow ! How irresponsible and not to mention a safety hazard. I know it's hard to find employees but to keep ones that don't care about the safety of others is just outrageous and unsafe.

    Ugh! Waited in line for 16 minutes (only 1 vehicle in front of me) the fries had some kind of flavor/ taste comparable to idk what, the monster tacos meat was like what cat food in a can looks like, and the parking lot is kinda dark. Not a great Jack in the Box experience.....and it was to be my "rescue dinner" since that was a sister in law disaster. Lol

    I am a delivery driver for a local company. I just went to pick up a customer's order, I was in the Drive-Thru for probably close to about 15 minutes. I was the only car in the Drive-Thru when I pulled in. I was at the window for at least 5 minutes before anyone even came to the window. A few more minutes past and a manager came to the window and tried to give me another person's food. I then told them that wasn't my customers and tried to ask her a question at which point she shut the window in my face while I was speaking. When I tried to mention my experience to both the employee and the manager they were continuously cutting me off and not giving me an opportunity to speak they were telling me that they were short staffed. I know a large majority of the world is short staffed and I understand. However disrespect is not excused because a company is short staffed. I have used this location myself as a customer before as well and still I've never had this type of experience. If you are planning to use this restaurant anytime soon expect to get stuck waiting forever. With really no understanding

    Very friendly and helpful during this visit. That's not always a guarantee when there is a worker shortage pretty much everywhere and the people who are working are very... over worked! During these times, I understand when I get servers/workers that are short tempered and stressed, but it's nice when they are friendly and helpful as well! 🙂
